Vacation rentals with an accessible height toilet in Playas del Coco

Fantastic secluded villa with an amazing view!! Very clean with a fantastic pool! Me and my family really enjoyed staying here however you def need a car which is capable of going up steep hills!

The house is just as it is and as shown in the photos, the option of self check-in is quite good and easy to perform, we stayed for a week and in the middle of the stay they came to clean the house, undoubtedly a plus that distinguishes from the others. The kitchen has necessary cooking utensils and the pool is quite comfortable and private. Without a doubt it is a place to rest calmly close to beautiful beaches, good location, close to restaurant and supermarkets. The Special Place team always kept in touch about our stay, provided the easy-to-understand entry instructions in addition to the recommendations for activities near the house.

We had a lovely trip to Playa Flamingo and the house was as described and in photos. It is Not fancy but very functional and with a lovely view and a nice pool.There were a few small land crabs that would come in the house but otherwise it was pretty free of bugs; there were hardly any mosquitoes. We were visited by some iguanas and there are a few raccoons that like to visit the pool at night and leave little gifts on the patio and in the pool, but its Costa Rica... The pool and the balcony upstairs both had lovely breezes and were great for sitting out in the early mornings and evenings. No better place for a sunset than the upstairs. Not that we were around much in the evenings - the beach is wonderful and so closely so we were mostly out there. It was a lovely week and we very much enjoyed the home.

This place was an absolute gem nested in the hills of Playa Flamingo. I celebrated my 40th here with my family. The house is very modern & has everything that you need. The views are amazing especially during sunrise/sunset. The host was very responsive from the minute we booked until the min we checked out. My family enjoyed themselves very much. It is also about an 8 min drive to Playa Flamingo and other restaurant beaches. I would definitely do it all over again!!!

Nice location and peaceful and private. Beautiful beach. Suggest using the “back road” to come and go due to very congested traffic along the beach road. Walk out patio to beach and the amazing views are a real plus. Only one restaurant near the property so plan to travel a little or utilize the well-equipped kitchen.

This was a great condo in a secure and well monitored gated community. Security staff were kind and friendly. The hosts, Special Places, were friendly, professional, informative and quick to respond to our many questions. House keeping was included but make sure to check when they're scheduled, they come early. The kitchen was well equipped with all the supplies one would need to feed 6 people. A Britta water filter and a variety of spices to cook with were also included. The apartment was nicely decorated with quality furnishing and clean, you could sense the pride of ownership. There were no funky smells that can be present in humid tropical environments with A/C. The beds and pillows were all very comfortable and the curtains were blackouts. The location was central to 4 pools and a hot tub. Restaurants and grocery stores were also conveniently located within easy walking distance. We would not hesitate to come here again and would highly recommend Pacifico and Special Places

Excellent condominium, the complex with excellent pools, very quiet, to enjoy with the family is a great place.

This place is really well equipped, spacious and has a great pool! Close to the center, and shopping centers... completely walkable! I would love to come back in the future!

A great location, close to downtown, the beach, supermarkets 500mts away, the cleanliness of the spot, has everything you need for a perfect stay, the amazing kitchen area, comfortable beds, sofa bed in perfect condition like one more bed, the common areas excellent the pool, the host always attentive responding almost immediately. Super recommended. Thanks to the hosts. Recommendation to check the tax collection, as the Ticos are being charged, and the bank is also being charged.

Very good location and easy to walk to cute places

We enjoyed our week at Pacifico condo. Condo looked as advertised, pool was nice and clean. Construction noise which we were notified about when booking was loud at times. Enjoyed a dinner and sunset at the beach club. Our door code did not work one day but was rectified quite quickly. Would stay there again.
