Jaco vacation rentals

Great place to stay! We had a view of Jaco Beach from our balcony. This place was modern, safe and walking distance to the beach. Parking was very safe and private. I highly recommend to anyone going to Costa Rica. Anytime we had questions they were very quick to respond.

Amazing place! Great location, terrific amenities, top notch appliances and supplies. Pool is beautiful! Rooftop terrace is magnificent! Private gym, great security. Close to everything and wonderful location right on the beach.

All good except the construction noise in neighborhood starting at 6:30 am.

What an incredible stay we had at Casa Del Ray David! The proximity to the beach, the beautiful backyard landscaping and pool, and responsiveness of Askel and her team- it was a dream vacation. We HIGHLY recommend checking out the local surf comp at Vida Hermosa every Saturday and taking a surf lesson with Hermosa Riders! If you are a surfer, this place is for you. Playa Hermosa is a heck of a break and we had a great time surfing. We had chef Leo (2 nights) make extraordinary meals that had us wanting for more. And the sweet outdoors cats were bonus. We will be back!

We travelled in a group of 3 adults and a toddler, the place was very comfortable for a family holiday. House is beautiful and has everything you might need for cooking etc. it is very safe - located in a gated community. The ocean is very near. We had a car rented and it would have been more difficult without one. We had a very lovely stay. Thank you!

Beautiful home right on the beach with amazing host who was always right there to assist when needed. The home was immaculate and beds very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. The living room was a great relaxing spot and my favourite was the patio table overlooking the pool. We loved this home and you can tell the owner takes pride in hosting. We will be back at the first opportunity . Highly recommended. Thank you for an amazing few days!

Excellent apartment in secure gated community. Just couple mins walk to the beach, and very quiet area. Solid wifi, good tv, both in main room and bedroom. A/C in both rooms work well to maintain good balance temp. Fans also useful for the hot days. Living room good size, comfortable couch, eat in dining. Good sized patio for outside entertainment. Bathroom superb shower, all new fixtures. Kitchen good size and all you need for long stay, large fridge and full size stove. Bedroom good closet space and very comfortable bed, curtains block light well. Resident iguana lives close by you see every day. One negative was the communal pool. Two parts. Adult, with folk in talking, fairly small. Other part always has kids in, being, well, kids. But I personally spent the days at the beach, did not come to CR to sit by a pool. Overall would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Nick and James are out of the ordinary guests, I have rarely seen such high efficiency and concern for the well-being of their guests. The location of the house is very close to the city center. The Sol Dorado community is really great, people are kind. The pool is well maintained. It's easy to walk to the beach. There are a lot of restaurant and action choices if you want to go out in the evening, but it's absolutely not bothering when you're at home.

We love this place! It was our second time staying there, and will most likely return. A short walk takes you to private beaches with a spectacular sunset view. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting in the pool and watching macaws and other birds in the huge trees surrounding the place. Rosanna is a sweetie-pie!

We had an amazing time here, stayed three weeks. The view is amazing. The pool is perfect for hot days. It’s located in a great place to attend many activities. Not far from ceviches in the village, a local market or the national park. Carlos is always helpful and ready to make your stay pleasant. If you’re lucky enough to get your days here don’t wait to book it! Pura Vida!

Christopher’s place is INCREDIBLE! The outdoor space was so beautiful and calm. We saw monkeys climbing through trees right over the property. Iguanas and different birds are around as well. The pool was clean - very enjoyable. We had dinner outside - so good! Christopher gave us a great recommendation for a private dinner at home and it didn’t disappoint. The grill outside works well also. The kitchen was fully stocked, and everything was clean. There is a blender to make smoothies, and the fridge has a lot of space. The living area was pretty comfortable, and it’s easy to connect to the TV with AirPlay/streaming apps. We stayed in the master bedroom. There is A/C in here, and the bed was so comfortable. We loved the outdoor shower! There is a carport for one car. There were a ton of food options close by, and free delivery services too. Christopher provided helpful options! Downtown Jaco is only minutes away by car. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back!

Very nice place. Kids enjoyed the pools and ammenities a lot.

Spencer responded within minutes when asked for dinner recommendations which were great restaurants. Steps from the beach and there were beach towels available with chairs.

Always attentive and friendly, he gave us all the necessary information for a hassle-free check-in and check-out. Definitely a great host! The house is just spectacular. Spacious, well equipped and with beautiful decor that makes you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The kitchen comes with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, and the living room is perfect for relaxing with a high-definition TV that is fully enjoyed. The location could not be better: full center of Jacó, with easy access to the beach, restaurants and shops. Everything you need is within walking distance, which makes the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. It was definitely an amazing experience and we recommend it 100%. If you are looking for a comfortable place, conveniently located and with a top host, this house is the perfect choice in Jaco!

Angela is truly a super host! Upon entering the house you could tell the home was well looked after. The amenities were amazing and the location was a quick walk to the beach, local restaurants and town. The pool was beautiful and the house has amazing access. Angela was always quick to respond when we asked questions. Her home was the perfect spot for our Jaco Vacay! We were a group of 8 and we had plenty of space. I would definitely come back and use this property again. Thank you Angela for the amazing memories!

An unforgettable week in Maud's beautiful villa which is exactly as described. 20 meters from the beach it was perfect to see every night breathtaking sunsets! Maud was available for any questions and very accommodating. She had told us about work around the villa, which is very honest on her part and in the end we were not very bothered by the noises nearby I would recommend it 100%

I'm glad, I booked this house. The condominium was clean, quiet, the pool was nice and even has a jacuzzi with a roof and multiple areas to be around the pool, with tables and chairs like little cabanas. The house had everything we needed. 2 bathrooms were fantastic for the 5 of us. Lots of room to storage our stuff in the kitchen, the rooms and bathrooms. Enough A/C to cool the entire unit. Everything worked fine. The kids had fun with the bikes, and the surroundings. I recommend it for a family trip, and even if you're thinking of a longer stay. The beach is 1 block away and everything you need is around the corner. Our host was absolutely kind, responsive and helpful.

It was a beautiful place for my family, we had a wonderful time together enjoying the games, the views, and all the areas. Also Gary was a wonderful host.

The pool and location right on the beach can’t be beat. The house itself feels like a party house for 20-something’s, but it was well cleaned and the kitchen was well stocked with what you’ll need. Hosts were responsive when we contacted them. The sunsets here are incredible.
