Very nice and safe place with 100% recommended beach and pool access!

great accomodation, a bit outside the hussle of st teresa, which we liked. quiet and good for sleeping. close to the beach and rocamar, a very nice beach restaurant. nice pool area. beware of the currents in the sea (friend needed to be rescued, and someone drowned up south in mal pais a week later) and of the bikes (no breakes and the chain jumps off).

Once you pass through the gates and out of the Santa Teresa traffic it is like you enter a different world. You have your own personal slice of Santa Teresa where you can enjoy yourself and be one with Nature. You are right on the beach and can listen to the waves crashing all night long. When you wake up the monkeys are snacking on the leaves of the trees above you. You will not be disappointed if you book this home. Pia is very responsive and the whole crew who help with maintaining this property are respectful and friendly. There are limited homes with beach access and your own property you don't have to share and this one stands out. We enjoyed our time here and if we come back to Santa Teresa we would 100% book again.

Our stay was amazing!! The house is so beautiful and very high quality!! Everything is very high end, linens dishes appliances everything was really sublime. Alexandra was very responsive at any time. Very generous with really nice cleaning lady coming to fix the house and even brought fruits and cut them for breakfast!! Would Definitely come back!!! Such a beautiful stay, perfect location close to restaurants, cafes and steps away from the beach. We stayed with a 7 month old and 5 year old and they had the best time!

Great location to a less crowded area of the beach and in walking distance to town! Pool was also a bonus.

My family and I spent a week at Mona’s place and I was sad to leave. It is in such a beautiful location that is safe, quiet, and unique. A house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The pool and ocean are steps away. There is a restaurant, little grocery store and golf course also in the gated community. You could spend all your time there or go explore the many activities within an hour away. I hope to visit again one day!

This is a nice little spot to stay at. Josette is awesome, very attentive and kind. She lives in the unit below. The unit is extremely close to the beach and is spotless/kept very clean. It comes with tons of bath and beach towels. The outdoor kitchen is a nice touch and is cool enough at night to get cooking. Great stove, nice fridge… more than equipped in the kitchen. Air conditioning is brand new and wifis as fast as I’ve seen in CR. Heater water… Definitely recommend for remote work… nice patio to hang out on. One caveat, this is in a busy part of town, so it can be a little hectic down at the main road near the unit. If you’re looking for a super quiet and isolated holiday, this might not be the right spot, but for most people it’ll work nicely and is near to all the action. Lastly- one nice touch is the electronic gate. If you have a car or ATV this is very very convenient. Thanks Josette for the hospitality! Pura vida.

The place is really great and very remote, which of course is great for the peace it gives but getting there is a bit difficult. We didn’t had a 4x4 but I would recommend it. But the place is so nice surround by nature and wildlife. We had monkeys, birds and iguanas visiting. The kids loved it. The pool is absolute gorgeous and we used it constantly. Thanks for the nice stay.

Nethi and Dana were amazing and very warm hosts. Super uncomplicated, selfless and not to mention to their will to help!!!!! I would recommend this place to anybody.

The house was by far one of the nicest homes I have ever booked on Airbnb. Location couldn’t be better, cleanliness and views UNMATCHED. However, the best part of this experience was our host, Judith. She gave us all the best local recommendations and made sure everything booked was ready and on time. We will be back next year! You will not be disappointed!! We had a wonderful stay at Casa Grande at Casa de Soleil. Clean, spacious, well equipped and oh so stylish. Stunning, well maintained property. Soraya and her staff were very attentive and helpful. We hope to return someday.

Great spot! Up in the canopy of the rainforest with amazing ocean views. Tucked away south of Santa Teresa, this placed offered a great spot to relax and enjoy a more quiet experience, tucked away high up the hill. Less than a 10min ATV ride to main Santa Teresa, it was a perfect home base for the entire trip and all the local activities. House was just like the photos, with the views and experience even better! House was clean, kitchen well stocked, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful in organizing the entire trip from beginning to end! Costa Rica is a beautiful place and this house is a great spot to enjoy it!

We were 4 adults and 2 13 months babies and we enjoyed very much! Nice with the pool to cool off in and close to the ocean and restaurants. Super friendly contacts and the cleaning were nice with the children. Definitely coming back!
