Vacation rentals in Santa Teresa Beach

We’ve stayed with Jessica a few times in the past and this time did not disappoint, as usual! The place was spotless upon arrival and really comfortable. The view from the deck is even better than what can be captured by the photos. It’s the busiest time of year in ST and Jessica’s place is so close to town and yet very quiet, away from the noise and dust. Atv recommended to get up the hill, as the listing says. Host is super responsive and can hook you up with atv rentals, etc! Thanks for another amazing stay!

Great, remote place on a quiet beach. Long, curvy drive from Liberian airport, but worth it! Neisy, our host, was so kind and responded quickly. Cool to hear and see beautiful macaws everyday! Also heard and saw howler monkeys, many other birds, and butterflies. We highly recommend going to Tortuga Island, Curu Wildlife Refuge, waterfalls and ziplining in Montezuma, and on the bioluminescence tour if you are interested and able. The road traffic was pretty loud early in the morning since the house is close to a speed bump. You can easily walk to a nice little grocery store and several good restaurants. Great to have an outdoor shower, hammocks, washer and dryer, and big outdoor seating area.

The view, the view, the view. This place is the last one on the top of the hill. The view from the deck was stunning. We watched the sunset with the parrots each night (the parrots also visited at sunrise). The pool was great and our daughter didn’t want to get out. The property felt quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the main road in Santa Teresa.

Greg was very helpful, the communication was great and the house was beautiful and safe to stay at. Walking distance to the beach and places to eat. I definitely recommend his villas!

Great location, easy to find, security, and central to a lot of stuff to do in the area. The beach is within walking distance, but you can also drive your car and park it closer to the beach to save yourself the 20min walk. we loved the AC in every room and living room and the big king size bed. Although the listing states that it can have 8 guests, I don't know how comfortable it would be with 8 adults. there are only 2 showers and the water in that area is limited. This is common for many areas in Costa Rica, so just something to keep in mind. We were 4 adults and found the place perfect for our group. Cristy was very helpful and had lots of suggestions for what to do.

Pretty awesome stay, very comfortable and beautiful place and pool area

We LOVED our stay in dome #1 for the last 5 nights. The domes are cute, furnished well, well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer were great, and linens and bed were soft and comfortable. We had some issues with our AC and the host was so responsive about fixing the issues promptly. Parking was safe for our car (behind a gate but not locked gate - just an FYI), and we felt safe in this property (code required to access the property from the area the car is parked). Our dome was clean on the inside. The outside could use a rinse off, but we were fine because the inside was super clean. There is also a deck out back, but it seems like it is less utilized as it was a bit dirty with lots of leaves. We still went out there a few times though. The surrounding area is amazing… domes are like 100 yards from the beach. Honestly this beach was probably one of my favorite beaches I’ve ever been to as well. We loved the area, domes, and communication from the host. We will be back!

This spot was so cute! Super close to the beach/center of town/park, all easily walkable. Having access to the pool at NYA Hotel was a huge plus, since the very "in the middle of it all" location made it so that keeping the windows open at the house was too noisy/not safe. The photos of the pool don't do it justice and we saw a troupe of monkeys in the trees right from our lounge chairs.
