Best Air B n B ever! So glad we stayed here. Was a magical 9 days. Very close to amazing beach, easy to get to restaurants. Excellent beds, bedding, kitchen, couches. Everything you need, and extremely comfortable. Perfect for our family.

We had a great time in Avignon! The place is quiet, clean and close to Playa Pelada. It's a quieter place than Playa Guiones. Restaurants, cafe, and a few shops nearby, where you can walk. The managers of the place were available quickly to help us and very responsive. However, note that the road to get to the accommodation is difficult (lots of holes, dirt road). It's everywhere this type of street in Nosara. I recommend it!

We had such an amazing stay at Sea Esta! Pictures honestly don’t do it justice! Karine and Jason were amazing hosts and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay memorable! The Airbnb is beautiful and was a perfect paradise after enjoying local beaches! Close distance to local food spots and a nice 5 min walk from the beach. We can’t wait to come back one day and would recommend to anyone traveling to the Nosara area!

We LOVED staying here! Place was beautiful and very comfortable. It’s very spacious with the living room and the terrace! The pool and bbq are shared spaces with the other apartments but with a lot of space! It’s walking distance to the beach and a lot of restaurants and stores. Esperanza recommended restaurants and actives, she was more than helpful during our stay. Totally recommend!!

This was one of our favorite spots we have stayed in nosara! The location is great and the casita had everything we needed. It was walkable to all of the restaurants and surf. It felt very private and it was nice to have a washer and dryer. The pool was clean and relaxing. We loved this spot and will definitely stay here again in the future.

Lovely place to enjoy the nature and peace, our kids absolutely loved the swimming pool and surroundings. Friendly owners and staff made us feel like home and we definitely enjoyed our stay and would love to come back to explore more

This Marbella Airbnb is a stylish retreat with minimalist charm. Concrete floors, white walls, and large windows create a bright atmosphere. The AC works great, and the beautifully landscaped outdoor area is a highlight. The queen bed is comfortable, though we prefer king-sized. The location is very remote, which may not suit everyone. Unfortunately, weather didn't allow for surfing during our stay due to onshore winds and poor conditions. This spot would likely be ideal when surf aligns. The nearby Tiki Hut restaurant is a convenient option in this isolated area. The owner was communicative throughout our stay. We recommend this Airbnb, especially for surf enthusiasts seeking a modern, tranquil getaway. Be prepared for the remote location and consider checking surf forecasts if that's a priority. Overall, a unique stay for those looking to escape the beaten path.

We had a wonderful time staying at Jackie's studio, it was peaceful, really comfortable and the view is stunning. We loved our walks to the beach, Playa Carillo is really nice and Jackie gave us some great suggestions of other beaches and places go nearby. We also enjoyed the great restaurants, all within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. We also took advantage of the kitchen and enjoyed making meals and watching the sunset. We look forward to a return stay next year.

Great place to stay. Easy walk to the beach, with some of the best surf in the world. Our family was beginner surfers and boogie boarders. For us the waves were perfect some of the days, but slightly too big & choppy others. For intermediate surfers, the conditions would be near ideal. The roads are dirt and pretty rough in places. I'm glad we had an SUV, but were ok with it being 2 wheel drive. The host warned us to take the inland highway to get to Guiones from Tamarindo rather than the costal road, as that road gets washed out in the rainy season. So if you don't have a 4WD, be sure to go through Nicoya if you're coming from the north, not through Venado. The main thing we disliked about the house was that you had to go outside to get from the master to the rest of the house. For us, our kids were old enough that it wasn't a big deal, but if we'd had youngers it would have been a problem.

Where to begin with my applause for this place! Lovely abode, tucked away in a little jungle oasis but a mere 10 minute walk to the beach & bars etc. Bikes on site which is a fun plus, beach chairs, cooler, scuba gear and more fun toys to enjoy at beach or in the great pool that was so refreshing to jump in after a salty beach day. There is also a washer and dryer that works great, countless different towels to use for pool, beach and showers. The bed was extremely comfy, the bedroom stays nice and cool, the shower has hot water and the porch is a beautiful way to spend an afternoon or evening. Communication is super quick and helpful. We will most definitely return, and bring friends and family to enjoy this wonderful spot. We love Villa Espeval!

This place was everything! Great space, great pool, great locations, great hosts. Everyone was so personable and friendly. We really can't say enough great things about this place, we would book it again in a heartbeat.

Great house for a family. Kids loved it. We loved hanging out on the patio. You need a car for this location with a family.

It is always a pleasure for my family to stay at Luna's house. The house is very cozy, it has everything you need. The location is very convenient, very close to the beach and Samara downtown. Alfredo is a great host who is always attentive to what is needed and the people who help him are also very nice . It's our third time at Casa Luna and we hope to come back very soon

✨✨It was our first time in Nosara, and we were exceptionally pleased with this property. It’s a 10/10. Thoughtfully designed, well maintained, exceptionally clean, peacefully quiet (apart from chatty Howler monkeys in the a.m.🐒), and useful amenities (i.e., functional kitchen, quality washer/dryer, etc.). *Highly* recommend renting a car for accessibility to neighboring beaches, restaurants, wellness activities, excursions, etc.

Our group of 6 enjoyed our time at Chelsea's house and Samara. Having a pool and so many great spots to enjoy the view made our stay amazing. We didn't want to leave! Rainbow the cat was a great host who made us feel right at home. We heard howler monkeys almost every day and saw them several times plus an iguana and several anoles hung out with us too. We would love to come back again!

We had a really fab stay - the apartment was great and Patrick and Hilda were really helpful and responsive to any enquiries we had. Great spot near the beach and short drive into Samara. Was a lovely stay, thank you!

The location of condo (downtown) and size of Karen’s was awesome for our family of 5. Plenty of room and was very neat! And the kitchen was fully stocked and having the washer/dryer in the unit was so nice! Karen has books to read, movies, etc. Bring your own cards and board games (that is what we did). I didn’t see any board games in the condo. Karen was so good to work with and very responsive. She was an excellent host! Once we parked the car the 1st day, the entire town is walkable and we didn’t have to drive. There are 2 grocery stores next to condo, restaurants galore, shopping beach 1 block away. Samara was a fun town and location for a relaxing beach vacation. We rented beach chairs from Tico’s surf shop (do it the day prior to wanting chairs) and they were excellent to work with. If you don’t want to spend money on that, Karen has beach chairs in the condo. Overall, so FUN and would rent Karen’s again.

We stayed in the Condo for over a month and the place was a great location. The condo is well equipped for a young family and has everything you need. The host and manager are great at dealing with any issues and they actively try to solve any problems or request promptly. The A/C and fans was perfect for the climate and the family had no problems sleeping in the condo. The swimming pool is perfect for both younger and older children and they can be supervised comfortably from the Rancho. The laundry facilities work well and are big enough to accommodate a family wash when needed. A shop on the corner for most ingredients and cold drinks. The surrounding neighbours are so kind and engaging with us and the children and we often shared breakfast or drinks outside with them. The people here really do make the stay safe and more enjoyable. The wildlife in the immediate area is incredible from monkeys and iguanas to horses and coati’s all while having a coffee on the balcony. Thank you!

We loved our stay at Villas Las Ventanas! The condo was beautiful, spacious, and the amenities were all great! It is a ways out from the city life in Tamarindo, but the peacefulness and almost private beach access made it worth it. We ended up renting a car because it is pretty easy to get around there and we needed it to get back and forth to the other areas we wanted to go to. Our host Frances was always responsive when questions arose. The gate keepers at the condos were very helpful as well. Thank you for our wonderful trip!! Pura Vida - Denise & Laawrence

Boris was a wonderful host and his apartment is comfortable and authentic. We had plenty to do within a 15-30 minute drive to keep us very busy for a week. It is super close to a beautiful, kid-friendly beach (Playa Pelada) with amazing sunsets. Lots of restaurants with fresh food and live music are within a short walking distance, though the dust from the unpaved roads can make walking less pleasant (bring flashlights, as the roads get quite dark at night). The more developed part of Nosara is a 5-minute tuktuk ride away and you can walk in ~20 min. to the stunning, surfer-filled Playa Guiones. The apartment has a great covered patio and spacious living room (with fans but without A/C) and bedrooms (with A/C). The kitchen was a bit less provisioned than we expected from the other reviews but we mostly ate out. We had a great vacation.

Great apartment with spectacular views of Playa Samara. Lots of space and comfortable furniture and beds. Easy enough to get to beach down the path. We would stay here again for sure.

The stay at Vi’s place was fantastic. The unit was spacious and clean with all the amenities we needed. Enjoyed lots of time on the large deck and watching amazing views of the ocean and sunsets. It had easy access to the pool and a beautiful long beach for walks and splashing in the waves. Place is very quiet and peaceful. Have to drive to restaurants in the area but they were very good with a wide variety of foods. The turtle hatchery has a great experience of releasing baby turtles to the ocean. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet relaxing trip away from touristy Tamarindo. Would definitely stay again.
