Monthly Rentals in Punta Leona

Stayed for 2 nights with my family. The place is super clean, nice decorated and Kitchen was fully equipped. Amenities of the condo are nice and has easy access to the beach, there is also a minimarket close which is convenient . The only thing is that restaurants are far and need to go by car. Good option if you want something near to SJ

We loved our stay here! Bernarda and Jose were great hosts, super friendly, responsive and attentive. The apartment had everything we needed, super clean and exceeded our expectations. We were greeted with a bowl full of fresh, delicious fruit and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals when we didn't want to eat at restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed all the wildlife; iguanas, scarlet macaws, white faced capuchins, one giant grasshopper, basilisk, raccoons, other beautiful birds. We did the guided (free!) walking bird tour at the club where we spotted a toucan and 2 sloths! Our guide was awesome and I don't know how he could spot the cool birds and animals we saw. We also visited the butterfly farm without a guide, but still worth the visit. Thank you, Bernarda and Jose!

Eugenio and the family were lovely, welcoming hosts who made us feel right at home. Apartment was very clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. A short walk to the beach, peaceful and safe location.

Clay was very helpful with tons of information on the area before the stay and when we got there all was as described. Jaco is a very busy city with so much to see and do. The beach was only a block away and the pool was nice. It was overall a good value. We reserved it because it was handicap accessible for my parents and truly it was.
