Monthly Rentals in Prague

We had a wonderful stay at Rached's place! The apartment is centrally located near a tram stop and only a few steps more to a metro stop. There are so many great restaurants within a 1-2 block radius that you'll have no problem finding somewhere to eat! The apartment is on a quiet street so we had no problems with city noise. The apartment itself is surprisingly spacious and the kitchen comes very well equipped. We were very happy to find cooking basics like olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and many different spices already provided. I highly recommend this apartment and would very happily stay here again next time we are in Prague!

My wife and I enjoyed staying at this nice apartment. It has a perfect location in Vinohrady, within walking distance to explore this district as well as Zizkov, and Vršovice, a perfect connection to the city center. Lots of nice cafes, bars, etc. are around. I think it may be a bit dark because it's located on the ground floor but it was not a big deal for us since we spent most of the time exploring the city anyway. At the same time, the window looking into the courtyard makes the place peaceful/comfortable to stay (passing trams and cobblestones - together with partying tourists - are a risk when booking a place in Prague). The apartment looked super clean and had all the needed equipment. Rebeca was quick to respond and easy to communicate with regarding our stay. Some welcome drinks and an informative digital map with city recommendations are just another sign that the hosts care about their guests.

Both the apartment and the hosts were fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location is approximately an hour from the city center, but it's easily accessible via public transport. While the apartment is compact, it is well-equipped with everything you need to enjoy your time in Prague.

Great stay in Prague. Felt right at home at Nadezda’s place - the apartment had all the amenities and was easy to get to central Prague on public transportation. Coffee shops, restaurants and groceries nearby. She even had Christmas cookies waiting for me. Would highly recommend !
