Great place, good location

It was the coolest pool condo during my trip with my child. There are three convenience stores and restaurants near the condo, so there is no problem eating. You can order various delicious foods with Grab. It is equipped with kitchen utensils for cooking, so simple cooking is possible. The bedding is very pleasant ~ The soundproofing of the room was good, so I was able to get a good night's sleep. It's far from downtown, but it wasn't a problem for us using a rental car. Recommended for families. The host listens to the guest's opinion and is actively accommodating in troubleshooting. I was impressed by their fast service.

Enjoyable stay. we celebrated our wedding in this really good villa. the landlord was really nice and responsive.

The very Best experience we've ever had in Pattaya. Perfect location. Luxury house with beautiful Jomtien Beach right in front for swim. It is in a luxury private Village, close to famous restaurants, cafes, shops, malls& attractions. House is privately gated+peaceful; &Village has 24hr security guards; we have small kids& felt safe, relaxed. Bedrooms & bathrooms so large & clean. Huge living rooms & communal areas for big group activities. With all amenities we need:washer, big fridges, TVs, fast Wifi, safe, cooking tools, water heater, bikes, etc. Pool is right in front of house& very nice +large, for small kids &adults. Host is friendly & honest. Available 24/7. Flexible check-in/out. We even forgot USD4,000 in the house: they immediately informed and drove 2 hrs to return to us! We've been to Pattaya many times, stayed in many places & can say that this house is by far the best value. With cheap price, we got a 5 star villa. Truly the best house in Pattaya. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place to stay at for a few nights, the house is in perfect condition and truly is a amazing house. Host themselves are very friendly and always here to help me if I have any Issues. The place itself is very private and peaceful definitely recommend others to come to this house.

nice villa. but little far from other places.

Rafael and Janejira are quick to respond, usually within minutes. Khun Aey who was the aunt of Janejira lives nearby and available at all times. We loved the place. Beach is located across the house. The road in between the house and the beach is a dead-end road, therefore, traffic is low except for people going to the restaurants. There are 5 floors with elevator access to each floor. Total of 10 bedrooms, with 6 of them facing the sea. The bedrooms are located on 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor. The first floor is the dinning room, kitchen, small sitting area and the pool. The 5th floor is the lounge with huge sofa, huge screen TV and pool table. Each bedroom is equipped with coffee machine, small refrigerator and bathroom. Lots of good seafood restaurants within steps of the house and a convenient store within a block of house. We absolutely love the house and one of the best AirBnB that I have stayed in. Highly recommend.

The apartment was just right for me as a single person. the apartment building has very good security outside and was an ideal location to allow me to get around to the places I like in Pattaya. Very comfortable double bed in the room and a terrific view from the 14th floor window. The kitchen was more than adequate not that I used it for cooking and the fridge was of very ample size. Bathroom had a really good shower pressure and readilly availble hot water 24/7. Wifi/ TV all good too with apps to connect to Youtube and Netflicks Enjoyed it that much might be booking to stay there again in September this year. Many thanks Phil

A very Good stay, I would recommend to stay here if your staying in Pattaya. although the apartment is 10/15 mins from the beach it is so easy and cheap to get around Pattaya by using Bolt. The apartment was tidy and it was very quite and peaceful.

Great location, close to the beach, without the traffic of being right on the beach. The pool is huge and well maintained. Lots of restaurants nearby and two good grocery stores within a 5 minute walk if you want to get snacks or cook for yourself. There's also a pretty well stocked convenience store right in the building. The apartment is well furnished and quite roomy for a couple. The kitchen is decently equipped. The bed is large and firm, but comfortable. There are two balconies with a lovely sunset view.

top facility. well maintained and clean. Multicultural guests just class. Pool great. the location is perfect. within walking distance great restaurants and bars. Still quiet. In 5 min on the jomtien beach - and 5 min to the city center

The apartment is located in a very central location which left me spoiled for options to eat and go out at night. There is a 7/11, Villa Market and place to have laundry done all within a few minutes walk. The apartment is a corner unit so the bedroom doesn’t share a wall with neighbors providing a very quiet place to sleep. The apartment complex has a huge pool, sauna and two gyms. Provided inside the apartment is fast internet, comfy bed with European style mattress and two large TVs. The apartment was spotless upon check in and was cleaned once per week. Communication with Ovi was excellent throughout my month long stay. I would highly recommended this accommodation and this will be my #1 spot to rent in Pattaya next time I visit. I just hope it’s available.

Couldn’t have asked for a better host. She responds quickly and the place is very nice with a beautiful skyline view of Pattaya. You definitely won’t leave upset. I look forward to going back😊.
