Vacation rentals with a pool in Pattaya Beach

Great pool The kids had a great time playing, the space was spacious, the three sizes and three sizes were super enough, and the shower gel squeeze in the bathroom would be more perfect.

My stay with David was excellent. Alain, the property manager was incredibly friendly and always attentive and willing to help. The property was as described. You can have anything delivered from all over the city. Ordering a Bolt or Uber is easy, fast and affordable. I will definitely stay here again.

Guests were free to check in and out according to their schedule, and the accommodation was clean and quiet. There were delicious local restaurants within a 3-minute walk, and it was a great place to stay. Although it is far from the main street, it was easy to get around by bolt, grab, or motorbike, and it is located not too far from tourist attractions, so it is also inexpensive. On the TV, there were various channels such as Nexplex, so it was easy to relax, and the internet was also great. The pool was kept clean. The staff in the management office were also friendly and actively reflected the requests. There were many kitchen utensils so that you can eat food by hand, and in particular, there is a washing machine, so you don't have to bring a lot of clothes. It was the most impressive place I've been to on an overseas trip in the last year, and it was a great value for money. I am willing to revisit 100%.

I had a wonderful stay. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The only downside was the distance from the city center. However, if you don't mind being a bit far from the city, this is a great place to relax and unwind.

The overall environment was very clean and also very suitable with children, not afraid of being noisy, and the space was very large!!The bed was a good night's sleep!The host was also very nice and very attentive to help with any issues!!Truly recommend you all💕

We had a fantastic stay at the Villa. The open floor plan with direct pool access was a favorite amongst our group. The Villa also had every amenity necessary to make our stay comfortable. Our host Johnny did an excellent job proactively communicating and providing suggestions on local attractions, restaurants, & group activities. I would definitely recommend this Villa for both families and traveling groups of friends.

Dmitry was very friendly and helpful whenever we needed something or had a problem. The place was also very nice and it was the perfect getaway for us. It had everything we needed and more! I would definitely come back here if i were to come back! Thanks Dmitry!

Looks exactly like the photo on higher level overlooking pool on the balcony, very clean and bright with natural light. Sue was helpful, easy communication and responsive.

Where do I begin. Out of all my years of traveling abroad, James is by far the best host that I have ever come across, hands down. He is extremely proactive, generous, considerate, and friendly. He extended all of this to my friends who staying somewhere else. James is an excellent guide; he recommended some local events and places to go before I even arrived at Pattaya. Our first verbal conversion lasted almost 3 hours, yet it didn't feel like it. James is the FIRST host that I ever hung out with on a trip; and together we made unforgettable memories like when he taught some Thai words that got the attention of most of the women surrounding us, Lol. I would recommend anyone and everyone to try out his place; it's clean, cozy, & comfortable. The location is away from all the noise of the city life and has good (affordable) places to within walking distance. This place is great for anyone who is single (male or female) and for any couples (with or without children). Thanks James!

I love this apartment. I always stay here when I visit Pattaya. I fully recommend this property. And the location is perfect.

The apartment was perfect for our 3-week stay! The top-floor view is absolutely stunning, especially at night. The pool is fantastic, and the building offers great amenities like a basic gym, sauna, steam room (all free to use), and a coin-operated washing machine. The apartment itself isn’t very big but is comfortable and well-equipped. The only downside was no TV in the bedroom, but it wasn’t a major issue. The location is excellent, with a 7-Eleven and a vibrant night market nearby. The host was helpful and responsive to all our requests. Plus, no cockroaches or other bugs, which is very important to me. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and convenient stay!

Clean and tidy apartment, great for a short stay. Excellent pools, slides and access to a private beach. Very family friendly. A car is useful if you want to explore other areas. Parking very easy. Nan is helpful and has great communication.
