Hello, Nice place and great house. All essential shops are not very far. Maid always available and pleasant. Great stay and a lot of things to discover.

The place is peaceful, private, has high speed internet, which is very fast. It is perfect for a change of scenery, sitting, working and relaxing. There is a beautiful clean swimming pool with an outdoor zone that is suitable for activities. There is a barbecue grill. The grill has been well advised and facilitated by the landlord if you have the opportunity to book again next time.

just returned home after 2 lovely weeks staying here, we used the pool everyday it was always clean and fun, our host was responsive on all communications and staff delt with any requirements. All in all had a wonderful time.

Staying here was just perfect! The host was great and staying in touch and the villa was perfect - it was everything in the description. Cleaners came everyday to clean and replenish stocks of coffee and water which was wonderful. Private and in a quiet, well kept road, it is a perfect place to relax. It's only a 3 minute walk to the beach, which has some local restaurants and bars on it, whilst if you want more choice, it's a short taxi ride to Pattaya. Would recommend it highly.

This is a wonderful house with a spacious living area, and the rooms are quite lovely.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is a modern and comfortable place - and a very peaceful location. It’s a little way from the main part of Jomtien - but we had no issues getting Grab cars to pick us up or take us home. The local service team (Rick and Polly) were great and communication was excellent. We will return here and have no hesitation recommending the property.

Nice and calm place, definitely recommend to stay if you want to relax

It was a very nice stay and the house was super clean! When the toilet got blocked, plumbers were immediately invited over to unclog it. Highly recommended and it is super cozy and warm for staying with family members.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Was a bit far but pretty peaceful . My villa was very nice. Also the host are very responsive and accommodating. I’d definitely reccomend you stay here if you are looking for a peaceful getaway in jomtien.

We had a lovely stay at this villa, and the host was incredibly kind and responsive. The location is fantastic, with easy access by car to the floating market and Jomtien Beach, both nearby. A few minor issues were promptly fixed by the housekeeper on arrival day. The villa was incredibly clean—the cleanest we've experienced. The villa is perfect for families—there’s a large swimming pool, and the pool table provided hours of fun for everyone. The garage fits one car comfortably, but if you have more than one, you can park outside. The peaceful surroundings, with real owners living nearby, add to the quiet and relaxing atmosphere. We also appreciated the host’s understanding when we accidentally broke a wine glass—no extra charge, and she was just glad no one was hurt. Overall, with the space and amenities you get for the price, much better option than booking three hotel rooms without common spaces. Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

The house was beautiful and looked exactly like in the pictures. Everything was fresh and clean. We were seven people and everyone enjoyed their stay. Location was good. Walking distance to the pier and market but we got to enjoy motorbikes arranged by the host which made everything even easier to explore the island. Thanks for the nice welcome and we will be back again.

Property was perfectly fine, but if we took a long stay please clean the property daily morning.

Great place! Easy walk to the beach and to all local restaurants and bars! Clean space with a tv that has Netflix and a washing machine, so it was well equipped! Kitchen had everything you’d need. Cute balcony with nice view for the sunset as well! We really enjoyed our stay here!!
