Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Pattaya Beach

My stay with David was excellent. Alain, the property manager was incredibly friendly and always attentive and willing to help. The property was as described. You can have anything delivered from all over the city. Ordering a Bolt or Uber is easy, fast and affordable. I will definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for a week and I would highly recommend this place, very spacious house and a quit neighborhood, but also not very far from everything you would want to do. if you plan to go to pattaya I'd recommend staying here.

Villa is beautiful, clean and spacious. The host is extremely helpful and informative from the moment I booked the villa a month prior to my visit. We had a great experience at this villa. Highly recommend!

With a car things are easy to get to. Usually 15 minutes to amazing not crowded beaches or 20 minutes into downtown

Our stay at Villa Navin was fantastic! The location is unbeatable. Just steps away from the beach and close to Jomtien Night Market and Yai Mak Market, which made it easy to find amazing local food. We came here for a team offsite, and the villa was perfect for our group. Each of the 9 bedrooms had its own bathroom. The villa was clean and well-maintained, and the host and staff were quick to respond and fix issues. The pool table added a lot of fun to our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a spacious and convenient spot for a group getaway!

The room is very clean, the internet speed is also good. The living area at the door is still quite convenient. The host often contacted us by the car. It was very convenient.

Overall a great place to stay. Quiet & peaceful with a dipping pool to cool down. Taxis however had difficulty finding this place.

Great condo in a great complex. Condo had extra appliances for cooking etc. only issue for me was the location as its is quite a distance to the city area but other then that great condo fully recommend. Definitely more suited for people looking for a quiet place far from the busy city area. Condo complex facilities are great, especially the pool areas and also a private beach access.

We had a great stay! The check-in process was seamless, even though we arrived at 3 a.m. The apartment offers stunning views of the sea through its massive floor-to-ceiling windows, including a striking glass corner. The air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the apartment itself is spacious, spotlessly clean, and has plenty of surfaces for use. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, and Terese provided an excellent recommendation book, which was very helpful. The swimming pool was a bit cold for us, but we noticed other residents, including children, enjoying it. The location is fantastic—just a 5-minute walk to the sea. While the area doesn’t have a huge variety of restaurants, there’s enough to keep you satisfied. It’s also easy to get to Jomtien Beach, with taxi rides costing just 100-150 THB. For those working remotely, the internet speed was excellent—80 Mbps for downloads and 20 Mbps for uploads—and the large table was ideal for work Highly recommend

Looks exactly like the photo on higher level overlooking pool on the balcony, very clean and bright with natural light. Sue was helpful, easy communication and responsive.

We had a great stay at James's Airbnb! The host was exceptionally helpful and responsive, promptly addressing all our needs. A standout feature was the host's efforts to ensure everything went smoothly, offering advice that made me feel safe and at ease. The place was clean, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable atmosphere. While there were minor areas for improvement, the overall experience was great. The walk to the beaches was convenient, and the amenities were satisfactory. The nearby water park was perfect for families with children. The nearby convenience store was very helpful and added to the overall convenience of our stay.

We really enjoyed some family time together in Vanilla's Condo. Great views and a great neighborhood area. We did a day trip over to Koh Larn and we all agreed we preferred the beach at the Condo better. Plenty of inexpensive food options, and many outdoor markets around. Felt very safe in the building and the area.

I am a digital nomad and have to say that yours was one of the best air bnbs I have ever stayed in. There is everything you need in the accommodation soap, toothbrush, hairdryer, iron, washing machine including detergent, everything has been thought of. It was clean and exactly as in the photos. The building is also unique and couldn't have made a better choice. Modern, clean, good location, pools on the roof, sauna, work room, gym. Reminded me a bit of Bangkok and dubai buildings. The price/performance ratio is great.

If you are looking for a very Nice place to stay, in a quiet area of Pattaya, this is the place. Great access from the garage if you have a motor bike. You really feel like you are in Heaven.

This condo is WONDERFUL!! You feel like you are at home your whole stay. Everything was SUPER clean. I love how the cleaner the made towels look a ducks when you First walked in lol. Ellen was SUPER responsive faster then AMAZON .LOL my question is , Why can't every airbnb host be like her? With that being said I gave give her ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars . keep going for great!!
