Really enjoyed my extended stay at Ryan’s place! Great location, space, and loved the free garage parking. Also perfect setup for those who need to work remotely while staying there. Ryan and his co-host Charles were always very responsiveness and attentive to any of my needs. Highly recommend staying there - would rebook in the future. Thanks again!

Great spot. Very comfortable bed, nice kitchen, although we never cooked. Lots of great restaurants nearby. I would stay again.

Jane's place is as described in her listing and she provides tons of great recommendations for the area! Even though it's a studio, there is ample closet space, a nice sofa, and spacious bathroom stocked with soaps and shampoo. The kitchenette is small but has a mid-sized fridge with freezer and a portable stove - it would benefit from a toaster oven. Jane provides basics for food prep and had 2 waters in the fridge plus plenty of coffee and creamers - very nice welcome 😊 There's an awesome supermarket nearby and lots of restaurants within a short walk. It’s a great place for a short visit to San Diego!!

The house is beautiful and bright. The location is perfect, only a few blocks from both the beach and Newport. The space actually felt bigger than the pictures. Franz was very attentive and helpful. We really loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again.
