Beach condo vacation rentals in Ocean Beach, San Diego

My family and I throughly enjoyed our stay at Tina’s place! Tina is a very helpful host and responded quickly to any questions. She was also accommodating to us traveling with kids. We appreciated the pack n play and all of the beach toys. :) The condo is a very short walk to the beach and the view out the window is gorgeous! Highly recommend staying here!

Great location. Kids got a day at the beach. Zoo was about 15 minutes away and sea world (I would have skipped) was 5 minutes away. Wednesday night ocean beach has a farmers market about 3/4 of a mile away. we walked down and we found delicious food for dinner, fresh produce, clothing and art. it was awesome. would highly recommend blue water seafood, you can either walk down the beach or on the sidewalks to get there and Benedict's for breakfast( it's so close and delicious we went there twice. pro tip--if your stay is for a few days or longer walmart will deliver groceries. if we ever return to San Diego this will be the place we will stay!

The location was fantastic—easy to find, and it was conveniently close to local attractions and restaurants. The host was responsive and friendly, making the check-in process smooth. However, one thing to note is that the property is in the flight path for San Diego airport. While this wasn’t an issue once I fell asleep, the noise from the planes, neighbors, and outdoor sounds made it a bit challenging to get to sleep on the first few nights. The walls seemed a bit thin, so I could hear quite a bit of outside noise. Overall, I'd recommend staying here, but be prepared for the noise—especially if you're a light sleeper. Amazing location! The apartment has floor to ceiling windows and the view of the ocean is spectacular. The beds and couches were comfortable. You can hear the waves crashing because you are so close to the beach. We enjoyed going to sleep to the sound of the waves and going for walks along the water in the mornings. The location was just 15-20 away from every sight we wanted to visit in the San Diego area. We appreciated that there were beach towels, beach chairs and a football to borrow. The laundry machines are down the hall, not in the apartment, if that matters to you. We had no trouble using them.

A gem to stay when in San Diego. Loved the walking trail right in front of the property. My family and I were comfortable coming back after a long day exploring the city. There were some kid-friendly items like dishware, sand toys, and board games that came in handy.

We loved our stay! The pictures, description, and positive guest reviews are accurate: this is a beautiful, clean condo with comfortable beds and stunning views. It was perfect for our family trip (three people) and could accommodate a larger group, too. The location is close enough to local restaurants/activities without being so close as to hear the commotion. We saw dolphins from the balcony on multiple occasions and even spotted a whale! We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, great coffee shops, and local stores, with an amazing view to enjoy each morning. The condo was spotless, well-maintained, and felt like a home away from home. Traveling with a child can be tricky, but the hosts were incredibly accommodating—they even provided a pack n play, which made things so much easier for us. We were warmly welcomed with a basket of fresh fruit and a bottle of Rosé, which was such a thoughtful touch and really set the tone for a relaxing trip. Parking was super convenient, which made coming and going a breeze. To top it all off, I accidentally left my AirPods behind and the host was so kind and honest—they promptly shipped them back to me, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality. We’d absolutely stay here again!

This condo is gorgeous and has the most amazing views!! We even saw dolphins from the balcony. Loved that we could hear the crashing waves from inside the condo. We felt so comfy and didn’t want to leave! We loved a lot of the restaurants that were easy to walk to and our favorite was the açaí bowls at Juice Wave across the street. Emmy was so helpful and responsive and we loved everything about this Airbnb experience. We can’t wait to come back again!! Thank you so much Emmy and Gregg!

Warm and welcoming luxury beach house with a relaxing atmosphere. Well-equipped with high-end appliances. Hosts were incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and accommodating.

Breath taking views of the ocean. Amazing private beach, pools and hottub. Walkable to great restaurants. We’re definitely coming back.

Was a great little getaway with family. The house was so cozy we barely left and enjoyed a relaxing weekend. Everything was clean and it was equipped with anything you needed. Would definitely book here again if we ever decide to visit the area in the future.

Excellent! Highly recommend for a relaxing comfortable stay that feels good for the soul. Had everything needed for a wonderful holiday, with steps down to the beach, comfortable bed and couch, bbq and hot tub and pool. Easy access to restaurants and grocery stores.

This was our 2nd stay in this building with Sea Breeze. You cannot beat the location! It is not just walkable, the view out the patio is all ocean, there is only a parking lot separating you from the sand. And it can be fun to people watch those come and go in the parking lot as well. The bed is comfortable and the place is spacious. Plus, so many great restaurants to walk to. There are no chain restaurants which is even better. I also recommend taking a food tour experience. Check out the Airbnb experiences that are available during your stay.

Very responsive and easy to contact. Especially with the owner's onsite assistant. If you love the ocean this if for you! With the door open you can hear the soothing sound of waves throughout the unit. The view through the sliding door is nothing but ocean as far as the eye can see. Sunsets galore. With the windows closed it is peaceful and quiet. The beach was clean and family friendly. I recommend this unit. I also recommend the Brigantine restaurant just a couple blocks away.

Great place, easy walk to beach or downtown. Ryan’s place is very well stocked with everything you could need. We had a great time!! There was even a Christmas tree up (we were there over Christmas) which made it feel very homey. I highly recommend this Airbnb!

We had a fantastic stay in San Diego! The home is beautiful and located in a fantastic spot. It’s just a stone’s throw away from the grand view beach staircase access. This is my second time staying in this home, and I can’t wait to return and visit again soon.

The host communicated well with us and got us where we needed to be going. their response time was amazing, we appreciate that. We will come back again next time we are visiting my dad. Ankaj was excellent with his communication with all aspects of the Airbnb, both prior to and during our stay. The booklet he provided with additional information on resources was very helpful. He provided an update on construction taking place prior to and during our stay. The view of the ocean from the accommodations was excellent, the process for check in and check out was communicated very well in addition to his accessibility during our stay was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone considering a visit to San Diego area.

Lovely view of ocean and racetrack in a spacious, clean condo. Great location near the quaint town of Del Mar and the city of San Diego. Wide choice of restaurants and cafes within minutes away. Brigantine is our favorite, especially for seafood. Kitchen is stocked with all appliances. Coffee too! Access to washer/dryer helpful.

Everything was wonderful. Beautiful condo, beautiful view, tons of amenities, location was great. Could not have been any better.

Such a beautiful view- looks like you are on a cruise all the time! We saw dolphins viewed right from the living room. We had a wonderful time because the place was well situated, very well supplied, everything was clean and as expected. Our manager was excellent, very responsive and helpful. We would love to be back.
