Great place to stay! Perfect location and the place was very clean! We had a great time

The stay was comfortable, clean, and right where we needed it to be. You’ll be in walking distance of many beaches, restaurants, and a variety of neighborhoods from PB to La Jolla, but can also easily find respite at the house and feel comfortable with the AC, comfy couch for movies, and great nights of sleep in bed. I was super impressed with the cleanliness, too! Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Mission Beach! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was perfect, and everything was thoughtfully arranged to make my visit enjoyable. Communication with Patty was seamless, and she ensured our stay was stress-free. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We were in town because a close family member had passed away and we needed to make arrangements. We needed an affordable clean space with plenty of beds. This is exactly what we got! Plus a beautiful view to boot. The beach is within easy walking distance! (Hopefully I can stay again in the summer for an actual good time.) The parking can be tricky because it’s only street parking, but that’s to be expected in San Diego even in the off season. Our hosts were kind and friendly with us offering anything we needed, but really we had everything from dishes to a toaster to extra pillows.

We arrived in a very foggy evening. You couldn’t see much but black out the windows but the second we walked in my MIL said thank you for finding this and gave me a giant hug….. this was without the view! The location is great. There was enough going on to feel like you were part of the action but you could also close everything up and enjoy peace and quiet, everything you would need and more is in short walking distance and the general vibe in the PB and Mission Beach areas was excellent. The kids enjoyed the few short steps to the beach and we enjoyed people watching, the surfers and the pelicans. Marlena and her crew have everything worked out to a science. All information for the stay was organized, crystal clear and thorough. We would stay here again. It’s a great find!

I recently stayed at this Airbnb in San Diego and loved it! The location was prime, just a short walk to the nicest beach. Great breakfast and grocery options nearby added to the convenience. The friendly neighbors and helpful host, Cy, made our stay even better. I would definitely stay here again for the unbeatable location! Highly recommend!

Ryder is a fabulous host and the house was excellent. I was a little worried about neighbor-noise, when we first arrived, but that wasn't a problem at all. It was quiet, peaceful, and there were LAMPS. So many folks put in overhead lights and don't provide lamps but Ryder's house has excellent lamp lighting. :) Thank you so much!

Loved the kitchen,was well equipped and appliances worked great. Secure, reserved parking spot. Great tv selections/streaming and WiFi. Airport nearby was not an issue. Quiet at night. Would reserve for future stay.

Decided to take a small winter getaway in San Diego and this place was absolutely perfect for it. It was in a wonderful walkable and quiet neighborhood with lots to do around. Lovely and comfortable space with everything that you need. It was exactly what we needed! I can’t wait to come back and stay here again.

Fatima was incredibly helpful and accommodating and helped make sure we had the perfect spot for my group to get ready for my wedding.

We have over 1 week in San Diego and are so lucky to have chosen this place. I had to stay with twin babies for 10 months, so I thought about cleanliness and safety as a top priority, but it was clean, safe, and there was plenty of parking in the neighborhood, so it was very easy, and it was a perfect location to go to all the distant places within 30 minutes. If I go back to San Diego, I'll definitely stay again haha

Nice cozy space! Would come back again!

Location is absolutely perfect, right between the bay and the ocean with lots of restaurants and shops right down the street. Despite being close to so much activity it also feels very private, with an excellent hot tub. The shower was also hot with great pressure. The mattress was a bit firmer than we are used to, and the kitchen supplies are a bit minimal, but everything was fine overall.

What a lovely place to stay. Clean, comfortable, everything you can possibly want from a stay! Everything was super easy and communicated by the hosts really well. 100% would come back and stay here, location was really good too! Some lovely places to eat and drink in the neighbourhood if you don’t fancy travelling too far as well. Loved it!

Adam was amazing! The place was pristine. The bed was comfortable, hot tub was enjoyable, and the laundry was convenient. It was a short walk to the nearest bus stop and only a little bit father to the nearest trolley. Parking was convenient as well. Adam was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay there again.

This was my second time staying at one of Ricardo’s places and it did not disappoint. The space was perfect for my weekend in San Diego and it was located exactly where I wanted it to be - central to any place in San Diego. The outdoor space was great to use and the bedroom was cozy for my staycation. I could not recommend it enough.

Jay and Erika were fantastic hosts! The instructions were very clear on how to get there before arriving to their place. The unit was beautiful! The bed was very comfortable. The hot tub was a nice relaxing touch to it. They respect privacy very well. I had a great experience! Thank you Jay and Erika! :)

We had an excellent stay. Everything met or exceeded expectations. This was the perfect place to stay for the conference we were attending. It was within easy walking distance of the convention center and any restaurant we wanted. The amenities were thoughtful and well stocked. The property itself has tons of stuff to do. We would definitely come back.
