The pictures really don't do it justice. We had an amazing time and there's so much around the area to see, we've not even scratched the surface. We'll definitely be coming back.

Beautiful location, lovely and cosy. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Tessa's place. We had some thick snow and it made the inside of the cabin feel even more like a cosy getaway. Tessa was super responsive and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend!

This was our third stay at the lovely barn and I’m sure we will be back in future. Lots of character, beautiful, peaceful surroundings with a few pubs within a couple of miles walk. Diana was a great host as ever, overall another very enjoyable stay.

I stayed in the Summerhouse for 2 nights and absolutely loved it! Set in a beautiful garden with fields around, it's so cosy and well-designed with everything you need including a full size fridge with freezer box, crockery, cutlery, glasses, mugs, tea and coffee, fresh milk, orange juice and butter for the delicious home made bread delivered to me on my 1st morning. The bed was comfortable and I slept really well. It's only a few steps to the house to use the toilet and bathroom and the path is extremely well lit if it's dark. Jacqui and David were perfect hosts, super friendly and they offered lots of useful advice, but not intrusive and Barney the gorgeous cocker spaniel is a delight. I would definitely recommend staying here. It's a perfect location for visiting Hereford, the Wye Valley and the Forest of Dean and is one of the best value and most friendly Airbnb's that I've stayed in 😊

Wonderful long weekend at Flagstone Cottage, the most peaceful place we’ve ever been, no car noises whatsoever and beautiful scenery. Cottage was exactly as described. We asked for the BBQ to come back out and Clare actually brought out all the outside furniture for us to use which was a nice surprise when we got back from our day trip. Our 5yo daughter loved the mezzanine bedroom and being able to have multiple baths a day (we only have a shower at home). The walk from Llanthony Priory up Hatterhall hill is amazing and the pint in the priory grounds at the end was very scenic and rewarding! Hay-On-Wye is well worth a visit, Abergavenny also.

Beautiful place that made you feel right at home. We actually wished we could have stayed longer. Sue was very friendly and welcoming. If we ever get the opportunity to go back to the area, we would 100% stay here again.

We had a lovely stay in a beautiful place with picturesque surroundings. Being surrounded by the Welsh countryside was perfect and the place itself was charming, clean and accommodating. Elizabeth was warm and welcoming; ensuring we had everything we needed and was very responsive. We had a lovely stay and would definitely visit again.

The cottage was an excellent base for our hill walks, either direct or following a short drive. The setting was tranquil, with great views of nearby hills. The accommodation was comfortable, homely and all we needed. A real 'find'.

We loved our stay in The Cider Shack. It was a wonderful way to start the new year, surrounded by nature and enjoying the peacefulness of the tiny home. We loved the wood burner, fire pit and outdoor bath, all of which kept us cosy and warm in the cold weather! Laura was very friendly and welcoming - thank you so for our delicious cider and breakfast basket! We loved being able to switch off and enjoy the local scenery, hiking up the Black Mountains, The Sugar Loaf and walking into Ewyas Harold. We will definitely be back to visit the Farm Shop and will recommend the Cider Shack to friends & family! 🙏🏻❤️

We absolutely loved staying here, the photos don't do it justice! Gorgeous home thats kept very well with unique touches. We loved the well stocked kitchen, piano addition and cosy atmosphere. The rooms were all large and bright too. The surroundings are gorgeous and you can walk from the house on a public walk, and very easy to drive to local places. We hired a masseuse to come for the day which was amazing and we'd really recommend: Catrin Houston - Massage Therapy Thanks Sophia, it was gorgeous and we feel very well rested!

From the moment we booked communication was amazing. Upon arrival was made to feel at home with a little welcome package. Was amazing holiday. The only negative which couldn’t be helped was no hot water though he really did try and get this sorted. He kept us up to date with the repairs and even though wasn’t sorted we had the most amazing time some things you can’t help and can’t foresee happening. Was one of the best places to get together as a family and to just relax and enjoy time together. Thank you dan for being amazing your home is stunning and really is well loved.

Clive & Debra were extremely responsive and helpful from the moment I booked, going above and beyond in all aspects. The location is truly stunning and very private and peaceful - Clive recommended some walks that we tried out.. we walked for a couple hours and only saw one other person! The wood burner kept the entire cabin lovely and toasty, and the morning visits from Maddie were a welcome treat as dog-lovers! The road is what you would expect driving to the top of a mountain, but my little corsa made it up just fine. After the first time when Clive meets you at the bottom (highly recommend doing this), you know what you’re dealing with. Definitely worth the drive up for the views at the top.

Great stay at Clare’s lovely place. She was a great host and communication was fantastic. The cottage was exactly how described and couldn’t have been more cosy and inviting. Recommend highly and we hope to return again.

Lesley is a fantastic host. This is our second time visiting, first with our new baby and lesley could not have done more to make sure we were comfortable. We stayed during a weather warning for ice and snow and she checked regularly to make sure the cottage was warm enough for us and to ensure we had adequate food. She really does go above and beyond and we will definitely be returning.

If you get the chance, book this place! The accommodations and the scenery are all that you will need. Oh, the wood-burning hot tub is a plus lol. Seriously, do not miss out on a chance to stay here for a few nights, you will not be disappointed.

Sheri is an amazing host ! We were travelling as a group of 8 adults, 4 babies and 2 dogs, therefore we had a fair few questions before our stay. Sheri was extremely helpful and answered all questions very quickly. The barn itself is absolutely gorgeous and extremely well kitted out with all the added extras you could possibly need including baby cutlery and plates, a baby gate and a high chair. The views are stunning, walks are beautiful and the local pub did the best roast we have ever eaten. Whether you want to sit in a hot tub with a glass of wine or walk up Sugar Loaf, this air bnb is perfect for adults, babies and dogs and we would love to come back.

Had a great couple of days here. Warm and cosy in the depths of winter, in beautiful peaceful surroundings. Sharon welcomed us on arrival, then left us to enjoy our stay. Thanks 😊

Absolutely fantastic Airbnb! We have stayed in a fair few and this is definitely one of the best we have stayed in, for the location, size and definitely amenities! It was great to have everything we needed already there to compliment what we'd brought! The barn itself is a phenomenal space; we were really lucky with the weather and were treated to some amazing star gazing and sunset! The kids play area was lovely and our little one had a fantastic time playing as well as saying hello to the cows and chickens! Would highly recommend and would love to return in the future!

Not too much to say really apart from Daisy lodge was absolutely fantastic, head and shoulders above anywhere we have stayed before. Stargazing in the hot tub in the evening was amazing and the lodge was absolutely pristine. Claire was a outstanding host very friendly and helpful

We had a lovely Christmas stay at Porth y Parc. Enjoyed the space and coziness of the property. Everything you need plus a few welcome extras like fresh eggs and mince pies. Beautiful countryside with walks from the door but only five minutes to the town. Perfect!

Nagi & Victoria’s place was perfect for us and a great walking holiday with our two dogs. The accommodation has excellent space outside to let your four legged friends free roam and inside is a well laid out space allowing for both family time and self time. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The Covey is a truly unique and beautiful place to stay. It’s like stepping back in time with its oak beams and original features. The garden and views are beautiful. Sarah is an excellent host and there is loads of useful local information provided in the cottage. There are lots of places to visit within a fairly short drive. We found the cottage to be clean, warm and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

The house was very comfortable with everything we needed. The host answered all our questions promptly. There was useful information about what to do and where to eat. We had a great time celebrating a significant birthday with family and friends, in a very pretty part of Wales.
