Very homely welcoming feel. Well stocked fridge and generous breakfast provisions. Very pet friendly and accommodating of our dogs. Spotless and clean and well kept and home from home vibe. Charming decor. Hosts couldn't be more generous and considerate. Ivan and Jaine were so helpful friendly and welcoming. So quick to respond to anything extra we needed. We had such a great new year with our family living in the area which was made even better by this brilliant Airbnb. Thank you

Elegantly Converted Stables near Bath with Luxury Hot Tub

SiânRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The stables were just as lovely as the photos! A perfect little hideaway! Nancy was a great host and provided us with detailed and clear directions before our arrival. She was always helpful and quick to respond if I sent her a message. Even though we knew there were people renting the cottage across the gardens from us, we didn’t see or hear anyone. It was lovely and private, super quiet and the gardens were beautiful. The property also benefits from its own private entrance and secured gates at the back of the property. The hot tub and patio was very relaxing and we spent both evenings outside. The place itself is very tastefully decorated and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The complimentary bottle of Prosecco on arrival was a lovely touch! 💗 We used the bus service outside just outside the property, which was a quick 15 min journey to Bath. A lovely day out! We had a very relaxing, well-needed break! Thank you Nancy 🥰

Lovely stay at David’s place. The property is wonderful, the grounds incredible and the views stunning. David and his family made us feel incredibly welcome and were available if we needed anything. Lots of information provided by David and in the house and we would highly recommend the walks in the local area. The Ring O Bells pub is a beautiful 30 minute walk and does brilliant food. Bath is an easy 15 minute drive. Would highly recommend this place.

Cosy, modern guesthouse perfect for visiting Bath

TheaRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
After deciding to go for a short stay with my 7 month old and sister, I was nervous on where to stay; what a great choice I made! Amanda was extremely helpful and responsive. The instructions of finding the premises were clear with the option to call her if any issues arose. I felt safe with the accommodation being gated and down a peaceful road. The space was as shown in the pictures, with everything clean, modern and tidy. There was also a space within the private driveway for a car. Due to there being no check ins after our check out, Amanda allowed us to check out later than planned which was also very kind and practical with an unpredictable baby. The place was in driving distance from the town centre or a slightly longer walk. Either are ideal! I would definitely stay again if I return to Bath! 5* all the way!

Country to city a 20 min walk - private apartment

Michael ColinRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Sally was extremely helpful from booking to departure. The cosy cottage was exactly as described. We loved the fact you could walk (downhill) into Bath in less than half an hour. You would have to be a bit fitter for the climb back up the hill, so we opted for a taxi. Overall 5 very comfortable nights spent at Foxhill Lodge.

The Granary, a stunning high spec rural retreat.

PhoebeRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Firstly, Jenna was very helpful and easily contactable, fantastic host, her partner was also very friendly when we saw him too (and the gorgeous Labrador of theirs that liked to wander over!!). The place was immaculate and well kept, modern interior and had everything we needed. The only “issues” we had (very minor and all personal) were that it was not shown to be right next door to the main property in the photos (thought it was more stand alone), the main road was noisier than expected (nothing they can do so very personal), and the pathway up to the house we found quite slippy as it was a steep path with chunky gravel so was a bit dodgy to go down (I nearly slipped a couple times), but there is grass verge next to it which we then started to use instead!!! All in all was such a lovely stay and would recommend to anyone :)

1 bedroom Barn conversion near Bath and Bristol.

HannahRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Was perfect for a Valentines getaway! We are so grateful to Sam and Adrian for extending their hospitality, they truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to make sure we had plenty of information about the surrounding area! We have to give our thanks also to William who provided lots of snacks and drinks through his tuck shop :) The barn itself was cosy yet spacious, the bed was super comfortable and water pressure in the shower was decent. The kitchen was fully-equipped for us to make a beef wellington on Valentines night!! Even the temperatures were near freezing - that didn’t stop us from taking full advantage of the fire place out on the patio! Overall we had a wonderful stay and would love to come and stay again! Thank you again Sam, Adrian and William!

Cosy Den in the heart of the Brecon Beacons.

CarlRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Beautiful little place with a real homely feel. Location is great for accessing walks across the Beacons or if you have a car then just short easy drives to nearby other popular walking areas or biking. Amy and Oliver were extremely welcoming and provided lots of really helpful information about the local area and popular places to eat and drink. There is only one pub for food and drink in the immediate village which is very popular but also small so you need to pre-book to have a chance of eating there which we failed to do went to another popular recommended place which was lovely. Would highly recommend staying here for sure!!

Scenic 2 Bed Lodge with hot tub and indoor pool

Kevh180880Rating, 5 stars2 days ago
We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the lodge, me and my wife were able to do some work while we were there (great internet connection) . We were a short drive from the Bristol Aerospace museum which the kids enjoyed going inside Concorde, we also spent a day in Bath which was great. But most of all the kids loved the pool, it was the warmest indoor pool we’ve ever been in and we struggled to keep them out of it ! We also loved the hot tub, the Lodge itself was excellent and comfortable, the cows out the back were very inquisitive, Becky was very responsive to any questions we had. We’d love to come back one day.

Everything you could need for a comfortable and peaceful stay, and plenty of privacy. A very comfortable bed, too! It's situated in a quiet, leafy residential area with shops close by, and it's an easy commute to the city. I wouldn't hesitate to book again if returning to the area!

Barn conversion in Gloucestershire

YvonneRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We really enjoyed our stay at Cheryl and Martin's beautiful barn conversion. Everything in the annexe seemed like new and was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was very good. The kitchen had all the equipment needed to cook a meal. The decor and furniture were very pleasant and comfortable and the log burner was a welcome bonus! There are lots of lovely walks straight from the door and the annexe has lots of maps, books and recommendations of walks, pubs and restaurants. Cheryl and Martin are very nice helpful people without being intrusive and Maud the dog is so sweet. We would definitely recommend this cosy cottage and hope to return one day.
