Elegantly Converted Stables near Bath with Luxury Hot Tub

EllaRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
We really enjoyed our stay at the stables. We only had two nights here but they were lovely. The location is beautiful and surrounded by countryside however it is very close to bath city centre only a ten minute drive, so it was a perfect location for us. The stables were beautiful inside, it was equip with everything that we needed. It was very clean and looked just like the pictures. We really enjoyed being able to use the hot tub too which was one of the things that stood out to us when booking. Nancy was really quick to reply if we had any questions or problems which was really nice. She also gave us clear instructions of how to get into the property and where to park etc which was really helpful. We would definitely recommend the stables to anyone who is looking to stay in bath!

Pet friendly peace in Herefordshire

BlueRating, 5 stars6 days ago
My wife Kate and I had a wonderful, very relaxing short break from our busy working lives. Ian and Christine were friendly and welcoming and the space was clean, warm and homely with everything we needed. In spite of the wet and cold, we had a great time exploring the area and sampling some local food,(and cider of course) before returning to our cosy accommodation. We will hopefully visit again in better weather.

Beautiful barn with outstanding views.

CatieRating, 5 stars1 week ago
For our family of four (2 adults and 2 teens) this place was perfect for our needs. Compact and beautiful, clean, attractive, comfortable and cosy. We were there for sleeping and mornings only and we had everything we could need. The viewing window in the main bedroom meant that we were treated to unspoiled views of countryside and we were serenaded by so many birds - robins, wrens, dunnocks, blue and great tits, blackbirds, song thrush and the owls!!! If you are an urban dweller, you will love this place for the peace and beauty and like us, you may even get a glimpse of early morning deer nibbling fauna in the back garden. David was friendly and helpful all throughout. Highly recommend!!!

Country to city a 20 min walk - private apartment

JohnRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Sally's place was a great find and allowed me to explore Bath easily. It's up quite a steep hill, and therefore driving my car to the bottom to park seemed a good strategy to avoid excess walking! Currently those parking spaces give you 4 hours, and after 6pm parking is free. The place itself is well proportioned and had all the amenities I needed. It's very quiet at night, so I was able to get some restful sleep. Sally was very friendly, kind and helpful. Also very quick to respond to my messages. As long as you're ok with the location (up a hill!) then I'd happily recommend it to anyone looking to visit Bath.

The Nook at Shrawley - cosy studio guesthouse

SandieRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
I have booked this accommodation a few times for someone who comes down from Huddersfield to deliver training for Lost Dog Tracking. Claire travels extensively and has stated that this is one of her favourite Airbnb's. Becky has been super helpful and when I have been unable to find the property to book and messaged her she has always responded quickly and resolved the issue. I have booked this accommodation for a further 3 visits from Claire in 2025. Thank you Becky.

Nook by the Brook

Jo-AnneRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Myself and my daughter decided last minute to spend New Years Eve away for a change of scenery and a bit of a girls night in! The accommodation was as described, easy to find with clear instructions on how tobget in. We were made to feel that the hosts were on hand should we need anything or have questions, but we had everything we needed for a lovely break away. We enjoyed using the woodland path to the rear to get out for a walk before settling on for the evening. Many thanks 😊

1 bedroom Barn conversion near Bath and Bristol.

PhoebeRating, 5 stars2 months ago
When we arrived at the Chalwood Barn, it felt really clean and fresh, we were greeted with a bottle of cider and some local fudge which was a nice touch. The hosts came to visit us on arrival and explained the location and what’s going on in the area and where and how to get to different places. We visited Bath and Bristol, which was only 20 miles away from the Barn. After long days out walking and shopping the Barn felt really cosy place to come back too and rest up for the night. All in all a lovely place to visit in the middle of the countryside with the hustle of town life not too far away, we would throughly recommend and will be looking at rebooking for next year.

Robins Nest lovely quiet studio with parking.

GailRating, 5 stars5 days ago
We had a lovely long weekend at Robin’s Nest which was cosy and comfortable. Bath city centre was only a 20 minute walk away, although a bit hilly in places, yet where we stayed was beautifully peaceful & out of the hustle & bustle. Amy, who looked after us during our stay, was extremely helpful & proactive with information & tips. The added extras on arrival were a lovely little treat, thank you.

Gardener's Pavilion | Malvern

Felicity AnnRating, 5 stars1 week ago
What an absolute gem of a place to stay. Charlotte is a fabulous host who thought of everything we could possibly need. Kitchen is very well equipped, you could even bake a cake if you were so inclined. Walking distance into Malvern high street and only 10mins drive from British Camp car park, a great location. We popped over the border to Monmouth for lunch one day and explored the Wye Valley too. Can't wait to come back and do some more exploring.

Little gem at foot of Malvern Hills

MichaelRating, 5 starstoday
Just back from a lovely short stay during February half term. Sara and Matt were excellent hosts and the guesthouse was extremely comfortable, with everything we needed for our break. A lot of pride and care has obviously gone into making the guesthouse a welcoming place to be and it is spotlessly clean. The location means there are lots of places to visit within a reasonable drive - we went to both Hay-on-Wye and Bath - and there was a drawer full of leaflets for different places we could have gone. The property itself is quiet, with lovely views from the living room. We ate one night in the Duke of York, which is a very short distance away, and it was very good. The food was really good and the staff were very friendly. We would definitely recommend to families. Overall, we would unequivocally recommend Sara's place: it has everything you would want or need for a short break and all our family had an excellent time.
