A lovely little flat right in the middle of the laines. We had a great stay. The flat is gorgeous and the hosts were very accommodating with some really nice treats left for us. The ladies at the Flower Pot were also super friendly and helpful: thank you so much!

I loved this little space. I'd taken myself away for a couple of nights me time and meeting old friends. Zoe was great, she let me use the driveway but the road looked to have good parking. The space was quirky and fun it even comes with a record player and a great selection of records. I'll definitely be returning. Thank you Zoe.

We had an amazing 3-week stay at this property, and we couldn’t have asked for a better host than Daniel! From the moment we arrived, Daniel was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Anytime we needed anything, he responded immediately and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. His friendly and helpful nature truly made our stay special. The property itself was spotless and very quiet, which made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. We had a lovely stay. The flat was in a fantastic location a short walk to the beach and to local cafes, restaurants and pub. Inside was very clean and comfortable, light and airy with everything that we needed. We hope to be able to return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location can't be beat right on the seafront with a real suntrap of a balcony and sun front early morning almost until sunset. Easy to park directly outside with the Ringo app and only £2.20 all day on the sea side of the road (no charge 6pm til 8am) The flat itself was larger than it appeared in the pictures with lovely high ceilings and was comfortable,homely and stylish at the same time. The bed was extremely comfortable with decent linens and (grown up, tall) daughter said the sofa bed was too. Kitchen was very well equipped. The welcome letter with instructions for dishwasher, bins etc was appreciated and helpful. Peter's communication was spot on from start to finish and he was flexible on both check in and out times which we were very grateful for. I honestly can't think of a single thing I'd improve upon for a future stay and would 100% stay again and highly recommend to others, you definitely won't be disappointed!

Loved staying at David’s Airbnb! It’s in a perfect location next to the old town, the castle and the beach. The room was lovely, particularly the view! Would definitely recommend staying if you’re in Hastings

Jo’s flat was a wonderful place to stay for a few days!! It certainly lived up to the description- it was quirky and bohemian with lots of nice touches!! Jo was a wonderful host also, always quick to respond to any questions and she let us help ourselves to anything in the kitchen including any food- which was a really nice touch and saved us some pennies too !! The location was great too, I grew up here so felt right at home but it was private and a short 10 min walk to South Croydon station that takes you directly in to central London in 20 mins! It was a lovely place and I can’t recommend it highly enough!!

I rented Lisa's home for my partner's birthday gathering, and we had an unforgettable time there—every guest was amazed by the property! It was the perfect size for what we needed, and you can very comfortably sleep up to 12 people there. The place was clean, spacious, with lots of character, and we were allowed to bring our cat, who had a lovely time too! He particularly enjoyed the guinea pigs! The hot tub was a great addition, which we managed to squeeze 8 people into! In terms of location, despite being right next to a busy road, it is very private and you can't hear the traffic from inside. We walked to the nearby winery for a tour and tasting, which was lovely, though the road is not particularly pedestrian-friendly. All in all, Lisa was extremely helpful and friendly, and helped make our stay wonderful. She had even left some fresh eggs in the kitchen for us, laid by the chickens in the garden. We loved it, and I can highly recommend staying there!

Enjoyed my stay at Jonny’s place. Started to feel like home. Great location! Easy access to the train, motorway. Nice spacious place, nice neighbourhood. Definitely will stay again!

Jason and Lyn could not have been more accommodating, from start to finish. They were so responsive from the initial enquiry, then allowed us to extend our stay by one night, then remained helpful throughout our stay and afterwards. Any queries we had during our stay were very quickly resolved, they even dropped off a hairdryer to the door within 10 minutes of us asking!! The house is spacious and homely and the garden would be lovely in warmer weather. Our kids loved the toy room! We stayed for 4 nights over Christmas and they went to a lot of effort decorating the whole house, from the Christmas tree, to providing candles and crackers/ napkins for the dinner table, to beautiful fairy lights outside and even Christmas shower gel. The only slight issue for us was that the bedrooms although comfortable are all quite light, fine for adults but a bit tricky with young children that need blackout - maybe bring blackout blinds if you need.

The accommodation is set in beautiful grounds in a very grand house. Whilst it is set up as private accommodation, it is still a part of their home and so is separated by lockers adjoint doors, so there is some mutual noise transferred between guest and the owners. However, the place is extremely spacious, very well equipped (knives, pans, dishwasher, washing machine etc), TVs and the Japanese toilets were something we noticed in the photos and we're a good plus. Bim was very hospitable and to prove how well it worked for us, we extended our stay.

Fantastic stay at Matt’s house. He was extremely helpful - letting us check in early and check out late, setting up a single bed for our son and helping with parking queries etc. Really recommend for families looking to stay in a great home and a really family friendly area right by a playground, loads of cafes and a quick and easy walk to the beach. Thankyou for accommodating us at short notice - would definitely stay again.

Communication right from the start was super efficient! The house is even more lovely than the pics & description! High end goods and exceptional cleanliness. The location is perfect for The Pantiles with lots of bars restaurants and shops. AMAZING STAY! 5 stars!

Chris was extremely accommodating and friendly. Was always there if I needed anything. It was overall a really nice stay.

Ziggy has been a great host and an even amazing person to talk to. She is extremely social yet empathetic of the other person and makes you feel like you aren't missing your home. Other than that, the room was spotless and came with a set of good essentials and a very thorough yet easy to understand manual about the room and washroom (The Jacuzzi stands out). Overall, She has everything that makes an Airbnb host amazing and also the X-factor that separates her from other good hosts.

Staying at Steffi was so much more than we expected! It was last minute switch due to other accomodation bailed on us few days before arrival, but it turned out that it was best that could happen to us :) Steffi's flat is warm, cozy and full of art! Staying there was great experience, and we miss the place already. It has great view of surroundings, too! You can easily see various buildings from London centre. The host herself is also a caring person and we didn't feel abandoned at any point. Flat is well equipped for both short and long stays. It is also connected quite good, with around ten minute walk to train station and twenty minute walk (or 5 min bus) to another train station, giving really wide choice of options. it takes around 30 min to get to Zone 1.

Ola’s place is wonderful. Private, clean, cozy. Worth every penny. Ola is a great communicator and left us very clear instructions on how to find her. Overall I would highly recommend staying at Ola’s place.

Perfect for a short or long stay in Hove

Janet was very helpfully responsive and flexible with the time I could check-in. She was friendly and shared a lovely area of her flat which was a bright lounge area leading to a terrace that had a view of the sea and the Pavilion. I would happily stay there again when visiting Brighton. Thank you, Viv

Me and my partner had a lovely night away. Easy parking right opposite and a short walk into the town for dinner! The hot tub was lovely to relax in the evening! Josh was amazing with communication and extremely helpful with anything we needed.
