Comfortable, full of character and style. A very comfortable base in a great location - easily walkable to old Hastings and its amenities as well as Hastings and the shopping centre/train station. Great local recommendations and very clear instructions. A perfect base.

We had a fabulous new year's break at Robs place. everything we needed right there. Rob was fabulous - giving us a huge range of local places to visit, from pubs to restaurants, walks and even a local challenge too. the apartment itself, was exceptionally clean. just as described by Rob. we especially like the little attention to details - and the welcome gifts for us and the dogs were very appreciated. Elmer, is a lovely little village. very friendly and everything in walking distance. we took some walks around the woods and obviously along the beach every morning and even with the January cold- we got some fabulous photos and the weather was mostly Kind to us. the walk to and from Littlehampton was a perfect 10km round trip. we visited all the local walkable pubs with the best food being the Black Horse in Climping, however the Cabin and the Elmer were both very friendly and welcoming ... the Oystercatcher- erm..? I'd suggest avoiding. all in all a great stay. thank you

Sarah’s place was brilliant. It’s in a great location and I can see why in top 1% of places to stay with all extras. Sarah left us a bottle of bubbly , pastries, milk, jams, marmite , tea and coffee loads extra stuff that made staying there a joy. The apartment had everything you need and more including electric blanket! The smart tv and wi Fi worked great not that we in much to test ! This was a lovely place to stay and when come back to Brighton love to stay here! Thank you

Whether you’re planning a funfilled time or relaxing break away, I can honestly confirm that Siobhan’s place is the perfect place to stay. All that is advertised was found to be accurate, detailed guide provided useful information about the house and outside in the community.

We loved Xavier's place: great, peaceful location near where we needed to be in Hove. The house is well equipped, and we received some nice welcoming gestures like a bottle of bubbly, some juice, and oat milk in the fridge, plus stocked up for everyday needs, with things like olive oil, coffee in the kitchen, soap, shampoo etc. in the bathroom. All very thoughtful. The bedrooms are spacious, our kids loved the attic room - comfy, clean beds, and we had enough room for a very comfortable stay. Xavier is really helpful and responsive. All in all a gem in the Brighton/Hove area, highly recommended!

Great stay, the apartment is lovely and right next to the beach, in walking distance of shops. Would definitely stay again.

Julie’s place was lovely and new favourite of mine! Was steady during Storm Bert and being able to step into the beach to experience the waves was awesome! Very very cozy atmosphere in and amenities available. Got to say hello to her dog when I was missing mine

Jude’s place was better than expected! Layout and decor was beautiful, hot tub/ swimming pool was amazing! 😍 Jude was also very friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend! Can’t wait to go back! 🤗

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Amber’s apartment. Communication prior to and during the stay was great. The apartment itself was clean and ideally located. Having access to the pool and gym at the hotel below was a fantastic perk. We did unfortunately have to request some of the stated amenities during our stay. It would also be a nice touch if there was some furniture on the balcony to be able to enjoy the view. But other than that, we had a great stay!

Cosy and warm caravan for late December stay to attend family gathering. Very clean throughout. Simply furnished. Lovely quality bedding. Well equipped kitchen though didn’t use stove/ oven this trip. Smart tv,dvd and cd players. Only parking for Good internet service for my granddaughters. Useful separate shower room and loo. Room to park one car. Next to unit

Have just come back from a 3 night stay. Caravan is clean, tidy and homely with a modern touch. Its in a perfect spot for children as there is a small park right outside within eye shot. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are hoping to come back again! Kerry was in contact throughout when needed and replied to any queries quickly. Thankyou 45 Seaview! Becca and family.

Tim is a great host who is friendly and chatty but also happy to leave you to your own devices. tithe room is comfortable and spacious and has a desk if you want to do some work too. I highly recommend staying with Tim.

Not only was Lisa super helpful and friendly but the accomodation itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, well stocked and had wonderful, thoughtful additions. Will definitely be booking again

We loved this caravan. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we could have needed for our family weekend away. The beach is just a few steps away and we enjoyed a walk to the harbour. Even spotted a seal in the sea. The site was very quiet and peaceful and is tucked right away from the main road. Jenny was a very responsive host who answered all our questions immediately. We’d love to come back. Thanks Jenny!

The minute we walked in it felt welcoming and homely, there were great added extras like board games which the kids loved, towels and extra bedding and blankets to curl up on the couch with. This is a prime location not only on site right next to the arcade and shops, but not where you get disturbed with noise, but also amazing location to travel to all the sight seeing opportunities in the local area. Everything was was really easy to get to and ensured we had an amazing time exploring without worrying about extra travel. Both hosts were fantastic with responding and being contactable and I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a great value for money place to stay in a great location! I really enjoyed my stay at Mrs. Butlers Airbnb, it was fantastic. It is beautifully decorated, perfectly clean and so peaceful. The kitchen has everything that one could need and I really enjoyed the free coffee, it was delicious. Jaclyn was super sweet and incredibly helpful, I really appreciated her communication and how welcoming she was. I would 100% recommend this Airbnb.

We really enjoyed our New Year week stay at Sea Sure, great location, right on the seafront, but close to local pubs, cafes, shops and restaurants. Paid parking right outside was cheap and easy to organise via the Ringo app and free parking was available nearby too. Ideal for dog walking on the beach at low tide or on the very well maintained promenade at sunrise and sunset and in Egerton Park, just a short walk away. The basket of goodies to welcome us was much appreciated and the property was cosy, comfortable, well decorated, beautifully clean and lovely and warm on what turned out to be a couple of stormy winter days. Best place to stay in Bexhill I would say, thanks so much Gemma and Marc.

Kejia was a wonderful host - sent through instructions for check in early. Apartment was easy to find and was lovely! Exactly as photoed! Location was amazing too with being so close to the seafront. We will definitely be using this one again!

2 night stay - couldn’t recommend highly enough. The location is not only beautiful but perfectly placed too. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean & somewhere you’d be proud to call home. The bed is one of the comfiest we have ever slept in & Carla was so helpful with local recommendations. We will 100% be returning.

We spent a couple of nights here, right in the middle of storm Bert. It’s a beautiful house and very well equipped. Right on the beach and local amenities aren’t far away. Sophie and Tim cant be faulted. Their communication and friendliness was well above par and they were the perfect hosts. The house is very comfortable and is immaculate. It’s well set out and there was plenty of space for the 5 adults, two kids and two dogs we had. Great touch having the hot tub at the bottom of the garden too. The location is quiet and the costal area is also quiet, and great for long walks along the coast. We hope to come back.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sea la Vie. Rob’s place is fantastic, it’s in a great location in Hove, the house has been really nicely done up and the secure garden was perfect for our two dogs. We had a brilliant week and can’t wait to come back in the future. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful spot overlooking the beach. Bright and airy and comfortable, the flat had everything we needed for a nice weekend getaway.

Great location, extra handy that there is a parking space included! Lovely and spacious inside, the Christmas decorations were a lovely touch too.
