Really good host. We arrived slightly early but was greeted and accommodated very quickly. Well presented. Perfect stay for our needs with two young children.

A nice little place where we could spend a month between house moves. John was helpful, and met us at the location. The flat was clean, and everything was as described. The flat is in a relatively secluded place as expected, but there was a bit more traffic noise than expected, as it is right on the corner of a crossroads.

We absolutely loved staying at Tatiana’s penthouse, it was stunning inside and out, the photos of the penthouse are beautiful but honestly it’s even more beautiful in real life. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be returning. It was the perfect place to be to celebrate my 40th Birthday. And Tatiana was an amazing host, thank you again for a lovely stay.

Wonderful garden apartment with everything we needed. Great location to explore Brighton and the surrounding area. Anthony and Mark are great hosts. The EV charger was an added bonus. Highly recommend.

We stayed a couple of nights in mid-March, and the place was as described. Although it was early Spring, the weather could be changeable, and the place was perfectly warm enough on the colder days. Thank you for your help provided throughout the stay, it was really appreciated. We look forward to coming back again.

It's always so nice staying somewhere where a lot of attention and care has been put on the property. I had such a lovely stay at this property, I absolutely fell in love with the interior decor (love wall paper in dining area), I had everything I needed, communication with host Robert was great, everywhere was clean, wifi worked well and even everything in the kitchen matched. Lovely, lovely, lovely and would recommend.

I cannot rate this stay highly enough. The house was gorgeous, exactly as advertised. It had a very warm and relaxed feeling, with a brilliant layout and created a sense of adventure in discovering all the rooms. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive, cheerfully helping us if there was any need. I would very much like to return! Thankyou again

Great place in an excellent location, close to everything in town but also quiet at the same time. Beautiful house, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, great communication from the host. Couldn't fault anything and would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming place in Kent! The stables were cosy, clean, and well-equipped, offering beautiful views of the countryside. I also really enjoyed the outside hot tub, it was a treat! The interior combined rustic charm with modern comforts, and the peaceful setting made it the perfect escape. It was a last minute booking but Tim made it really easy to find, and was communicative and helpful throughout my stay. Great host! Whether you’re after relaxation or adventure, this cabin is a perfect choice. Highly recommended!

Easily one of the best, if not THE best AirBnb I've stayed. Very friendly, comfortable and clean. They were very flexible about my arrival, even with my changing plans. When I arrived there were loads of creature comforts and I was immediately at home. I couldn't have asked for anything better and I would certainly love to be returning for a longer stay!

Lovely , calm quiet flat in the heart of vibrant Hove . 5 mins to the seafront . You can park outside for 2 hours using pay-by phone app to unload everything. I then drove to Norton Road Carpark which is council owned. This costs £10.50 for 12 hours 8am-8pm and free overnight . So I simply topped up using the app every morning just before 8 am . 3 days parking cost me £31.50 . Simples. There’s always space . Sarah was very responsive and Uber nice as was her partner . Had a chat with her neighbour and exchanged tips on well-being . Giggling Squid is a really nice Thai restaurant near by . Highly recommend . I spent my days on the beach and chilled in the evening in Sarah’s vibrant flat . Didn’t want to leave ! Thanks Sarah , Davey and of course not forgetting Lisa 😊

This was definitely the best property I have stayed at in recent memory whilst using Airbnb. The attention to detail was amazing. I had the idea of a quiet but fun Valentines evening, and Rachel completely understood this assignment and could not have hosted any better. If you love to play games you will be more than occupied by the pool/table tennis table. Also the bed was extremely comfortable and really didn’t want to leave !

Wow! We have stayed at enough places to know how great this experience truly was. All of the little extra touches absolutely made this our favorite home we have stayed in. Ever. The location is fantastic and close to everything you may need. This was our final stay in a week long visit to the UK to celebrate my son’s graduation and I couldn’t be happier with how we wrapped it up. Thank you Sarah! If we ever return to Brighton (which is such a lovely area) we will absolutely stay here again!

Perfect for a family of 5 with a small dog. Great location with everything on your doorstep and whilst we didn't use it the garden would be excellent in the summer. Would definitely book again if we came to stay this way again.

Rosalind, our host, has been most helpful and attentive to our every need. The flat was very clean and warm. We would definitely return and recommend it.

The Middle Farm flat was a wonderful place to stay and explore London and points in the southwest of Britain. We truly loved the local atmosphere as well as the convenience to public transport (<2 miles away), shops, and restaurants. Kate was an amazing hostess—so helpful, kind, and accommodating—and the flat was clean, comfortable, and a beautiful home away from home. If we ever have opportunity to return to the area, we will definitely be looking to stay here again!

We were very happy with the place. We arrived with an 8-month-old baby. We were provided with a travel bed, high chair and toys. Since we had a problem with the dryer (unfortunately it could no longer be repaired), we had to communicate a lot. We always received a prompt and friendly response. The place was very clean. We only gave 4 stars for the location, as it can get very noisy, especially on weekends, and the windows are not particularly soundproof, unlike in Germany. Here's another tip for travelers with a child. There are no shutters in England (or hardly any), whoever needs a darkened room needs a curtain. We got friends and a loan there. Some homeless people made themselves comfortable in front of the entrance, unfortunately it was sometimes very noisy at night. Overall, however, we highly recommend the accommodation! You're right on the beach and in town. Thanks
