This was a wonderful place to stay and explore. The garden was absolutely wonderful and much appreciated by all guests of two and four legs. Wonderfully clean, bright and spacious rooms. We had a wonderful time and are very grateful for the stay. We will definitely be back!

Rebecca and Scott were fantastic hosts. Their place was the perfect interim home for 3 weeks whilst we awaited getting our new house and have found it hard to say goodbye when we had to leave. They were so responsive and helpful for any questions we had during our long stay and we would definitely recommend staying here. Beautiful location in Shere with so many walks on your doorstep! Great little cosy place for a few days. The check-in was very easy, very responsive host and I would recommend!

This was a great place to stay. So close to lovely restaurants, galleries, music venues. The flat is just lovely. Everything you need, and spotlessly clean. We were a bit cold the first late afternoon, but a quick message and were immediately reassured the heating was just coming on and it soon warmed up. the heating in the bedrooms could be manually turned up. Would go back in a heartbeat x

by far the best air bb so far.I visit Eastbourne every other weekend to see my two boys since the divorce so quality time and a place that can offer the warmth,security and accessibility is paramount.Svetoslavs Hospitality and flexibility made this visit a special one.Lovely and modern,private garden,not overlooked,incredible value for money,with everything you need on your doorstep.Thank you!

Stayed here for a long weekend during Pride and we had the best time. Property was immaculate, nice bedrooms and we loved sitting in the courtyard garden. Ben was super helpful and the best host - thank you. Will definitely cone back next year!

We had an excellent stay at Jonathan's place in Petworth over a couple of nights for my wife's birthday. Jonathan was very friendly and extremely responsive and sorted us out with some great local recommendations. The house is in a perfect location in the centre of petworth within walking distance of the restaurants, pubs and shops. We couldn't really fault anything about our choice to stay at Jonathan's. Thank you very much!

We had a lovely relaxing stay here. It felt like a really cozy home with the added benefit of the hot tub as well. Lovely walks on the door step and walkable to a few different pubs for drinks and/or dinner. Fully equipped kitchen was handy too. Easy to find and good parking. Megan was also very responsive.

Great place to stay , parking limited and tight. Very good location excellent pub the Dover Castle Great Chinese at the end of the road. will book again when working in Brighton . Only 1 big draw bag the big hill called cardiac Hill so steep !!!!!!

Wonderful little house in a fantastic location. Excellent location for the delights of Preston Park and Fiveways and very easy to get into central Brighton and the seafront and even closer to the stunning Southdowns countryside.

Great location just a short walk from the high street and beach. Hosts communications were spot on, timely/accurate/clear, couldn’t have asked for more. The flat was spotless, full of gadgets and lovely new bathroom. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Dan for letting us stay!

Perfect location for a long weekend in Hove. 5 minute walk to the promenade and 10 minutes to local high street with shops / restaurants. Apartment exactly as described with lovely private garden that would be amazing to sit out in / BBQ when the weather cooperates. Private parking a real bonus . Joanne was very helpful,friendly and responsive. We had a great time and would be happy to do a repeat visit.

Pristine place, literally couldn't find a spot of dirt anywhere. David was very friendly. We had a lovely time in Brighton - the flat is easily walkable to town, lovely little coffee shop opposite (with amazing coffee!). Seaside only a 5 min (or less) walk. Would love to stay here again. A very minor point, but the window in the front bedroom is an original so you can hear street noise, but it didn't affect our stay. Thank you David!

We needed a temporary home for a month while we were in between places and Nicky’s was just the place! Well equipped, very spacious and comfortable bed - a perfect stay! Nicky helped with everything we needed and was so responsive. Was sparkling clean and we felt right at home and the outside patio is a real bonus! Would recommend

I would highly recommend Siobhan's place for a stay in Brighton. The apartment is in a brilliant location, minutes from Kemptown shops/cafes and less than a 20 min walk into the main centre of Brighton. The place is clean, spacious and has everything you'd need for a short stay. The bed is also very comfortable. Siobhan kept in regular contact and made everything as easy as possible.

We had a fabulous stay at Susan’s lovely flat. We were blessed with wonderful weather and able to sit out and enjoy the beautiful views. The flat was warm and comfortable and had everything we needed. Our first time in the area and there was so much to see and enjoy. Thank you

Patrick's place is very well located between the old and new towns and only 10 minutes' walk from the train station. Climbing the hill to get there is more than worth it. Beautifully presented flat equipped with everything you need. Very quiet and with comfortable beds. Great views to the sea and pier from the front, and the tiered rear garden backing onto the rock wall beneath the castle is quite special and means you are not overlooked either side. Patrick was a very friendly and helpful host. We liked it so much we stayed an extra night!

Really enjoyed our stay, the pictures didn't do it justice. great location would definitely stay again
