Great stay and convenient location! The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Pool was amazing and the house is walking distance to the town with tons of restaurants and the beach.

I cannot say enough great things about this airbnb. First, the host was super responsive and organized rides from the airport for us and proactively checked if things were going ok. Willy is the manager and was beyond amazing. We had major flight issues and he helped us with transportation changes and then let us stay an extra day when a flight was cancelled. He also arranged a great zipline tour for the kids. The location is perfect-away from the business of the town but an easy walk into town and to the beach. The house was comfortable and it was nice that our kids each had their own room and bathroom. The house has a really nice backyard area with a pool and it was fun to be outside even in the rain since there was a covered area. It was also great that we were able to avoid renting a car and just walk everywhere. Overall, we had a great time here and I am very grateful for such help from Willy and Sandi.

The home was exactly as described and the host was beyond helpful with day to day questions and helping to arrange activates. Lovely place. I recommend you try it.

Great quiet location, but a little far from good options for food. A car is definitely necessary if you are going to eat out. We just bought food at the local market and brought it back to cook. It was very quiet and we had monkeys right outside and had fun watching them every morning and afternoon. Ocotal beach is just a 2 minute walk away! Would stay again!

We loved our stay so much at Casa Bianca that we extended. Marie was so helpful. Beautifully furnished, comfortable beds and linens, super clean! The pool area was beautiful with lovely loungers. The outdoor kitchen was a great spot to hang out and prepare meals. Having a washer and dryer was so nice after traveling for a while. The location is perfect, short walk to beach, restaurants and shops. We loved that they provided beach chairs too. WiFi was strong to catch up on emails or research things to do. I would highly recommend staying and we are already looking at return dates. Playa Grande is a perfect location to do day trips from, we explored Tamarindo, Playa Flamingo and Brasilito. Marie provided great directions and a nice welcome package for nearby things to do. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Casa Blanca was perfect for our family stay. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants and a quick drive to Playa Brasalita where you can access Playa Conchal (don't miss it). The pool was perfect for lounging around in the heat of the day and the pool help kept everything spotless. The kitchen had every cooking appliance you need and we apreciated that there were containers for leftovers and taking things to the beach. That said, there are no cooking supplies other than salt pepper and coffee makings. So if you're planning to cook, just know that you'll have to supply ALL you own spices, oils, etc.

Our stay overall was fantastic! The only things I would point out is that the photos made this place look much more spacious than it is, which happens sometimes. But this house is in a cute little circular community with a private gate, has a beautiful palapa outside the front door, and felt very safe. Also the property manager was very attentive and took care of everything we needed including setting up water delivery and fixing the AC immediately when we had a small leaking issue. The host was very gracious as well and gave me a partial refund when I had to leave early due to a death in my family. One thing I would recommend for future guests is to make sure you have some sort of transportation. While it is just a 15 min walk to the beach, the larger grocery stores and better restaurants are a bit far to walk to, and the street back to this house is uphill with little shade. We stayed a month and made it without renting a car, but groceries were a battle to come home with.

A group of 7 people spent 4 nights at Andrea’s. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the weekend - she managed the golf cart reservations, drivers to and from the airport, and last minute requests. When one of the showers was clogged they called 2 handymen to fix it - by night 3 it was fixed which was appreciated. Check in was seamless. The house itself was spacious and very modern with a nice pool area. We really enjoyed using the outdoor patio and the location was a little further from town in a good way. We used the golf cart very regularly so I would recommend ordering that if you’re staying there. Overall a great stay and very grateful for all the help with our large group. Thank you for the stay!

We really enjoyed our stay which was one of a kind experience. Samantha was very helpful and communicative right from the get go with check-in instructions, local recommendations, excursions and really anything we needed during our stay. She was always very quick to respond and provided all the information we needed. She communicated when landscapers, pool cleaners and any workers upkeeping the property would be coming by well ahead of time in order to keep the property in A+ condition. Marilyn, who was our maid throughout our stay was absolutely wonderful. She came everyday to clean, make breakfast, snacks, drinks and was a lovely person to get to know. She only knows a little bit of english so make sure to use a translator to communicate! The house was spotless everyday before she left and she cleaned all rooms and washrooms daily. Marilyn was truly the cherry on top for this airbnb, thank you for all your help! The pool was nice, rooms spacious, each room had its own washroom & AC.

Your house was beautiful. The house, along with brand new bathrooms and air conditioners were wonderful. The air conditioners worked excellent along with the ceiling fans and I am warm natured. I was always very comfortable. The setting was truly gorgeous. I won`t forget the priceless sunsets we watched most nights from the multiple decks or on the beach 150 steps away or the cliff above the beach. The neighborhood was gorgeous and extremely secure. You never had to worry about anything being in a locked gate community. Everything we needed was provided from pots and pans to an ice chest and chairs if you needed them. The pool was nice too and the surfboard shower. Having 2 1/2 bathrooms was very nice. Everything about the house was ideal. Unfortunately I was at a large gathering before we came and got sick and brought it with me. We stayed inside a lot and got out when we were feeling up to it. Ron and Crysta were so helpful!!!

We had a great time. The property is as described, comfortable, friendly and intimate. The beautiful beach and local shops are easily accessible, more or less a 20-minute walk away. Benoit and Gender, were responsive to our requests.

We had a lovely time here. The house is so great, it felt like home. Wished we could’ve stayed longer! The house is like the pictures but the atmosphere is even better! We also like to add that you can even see some wildlife in the garden. We had iguana’s visiting us everyday. Small and bigger ones. Beautiful to see. In the big tree there were even some parrots. 🦜 I would 100% recommend this airbnb!

This was the perfect place to stay as a family. Our two kids loved the pool, and the horses on the property. Great location, close to supermarkets, local restaurants and 10 minute drive to Tamarindo and beaches. I can’t emphasize enough how special this place was and how comfortable our family felt being there. Would 100000% go back. If you needed anything the host was super responsive and helpful. I can go on and on about this place. I would definitely recommend it!

The place is as shown in the photos, a private and quiet oasis in the middle of the active village of Tamarindo. Everything was spotless and there was everything you need to spend a relaxing family vacation. We would definitely stay here again.

Arrived later in the day and Esteban meet us at the gate and welcomed us to the house and showed us around. Esteban was always very helpful with any concerns that popped up as we settled in. Esteban and Jackson were out a few times to sort out some minor issues promptly and always so helpful. The house and pool were just as shown on the website. Rooms and amenities were just great. The drive down to Potrero took about 10 min. You would need a vehicle to get around from this location. Suggest that you don’t try to drive the Monkey Trail the first time at night. What a ride!! With a vehicle you can access many beaches with a short drive.
