Really beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood. The house is exactly as described and felt even bigger than we were expecting. The kitchen has every appliance or utensil you can need and the backyard with fire pit and hot tub was awesome! Perfect for what we needed and would definitely stay here again when we’re visiting.

The Surf Shack was a fantastic place for us, we were 4 adults and one toddler. The house was fully equipped and the pool was fantastic. If I ever find my way back to Folly Beach, hopefully we'll be able to stay again. Thank you.

Great place, great host. Franks concern for everything really shows in his unit. Even putting up some Christmas lights outside before our arrival. Great walkable area. And 4 places close by - Vern’s, Chubby Fish, Island Provisions and D'Allesandro's. Great food all at different levels. And 1 street over from King St so close enough to walk but far enough away that you don’t get the craziness. So - perfect spot. You’ll enjoy Franks place.

Beautiful home with a great view of marsh! Extremely convenient to downtown! The tide will come in and flood the driveway but we had no problem getting out each day-just part of being in the low country! I would stay here again!!

This is place is excellent. Lots of room. Comfortable furniture. Great sound with the main TV. Pool is really nice and comfortable to hang at. Best kitchen of any Airbnb I’ve stayed at. All the utensils and pans worked well. Karen and crew made it super easy for us to check in real late and were very helpful when our flight was involuntarily changed while we were there. Also, location, location, location. We went all over, downtown and North Charleston, Folly Beach, John Island. Everything was 15-20 minutes away from the house. We had such an excellent stay.

Our first trip to Follly. We enjoyed the town and the house was absolutely fantastic. We loved soaking in the views from the hot tub and the short walk to the state park!

Easy to find and amazing parking in back lot! Felt very safe there and awesome walkability to all things Charleston! Beds were very comfy, kitchen well-appointed too. Spacious for our family of five!

We recently stayed here while we visited the Charleston SC area. We often travel with our dogs and brought them with us on this trip. Dana's house was perfect for what we needed and allowed our dogs their own space to run around. This was a great active neighborhood that has plenty of places to walk to (even a dog park!) but great breweries and local places to try. We really enjoyed our stay!

The home was beautiful and furnished very well. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and appliances. Bed was very comfortable. The home was very clean. We appreciate that we were able to bring our dog and the front yard was very open and kept up. It was nice that the home had a garage under the house to secure our car as well. It was very quiet all around us the whole week. Would be happy to stay here again.

Joseph was very responsive to all my messages and questions. we were even able to check in an hour early, which was nice and we had arrived in the area sooner than expected. the house was clean, and there were plenty of extra towels, blankets and linens. it was nice he provided popcorn and coffee and even some ramen noodles for a late night snack. my dogs loved the huge fenced in backyard and the fences were nice and high so I didn't have to worry about them escaping or anything. the house is on the older side, as most of the houses in Charleston are, but there are a lot of renovations but still keeps that old world charm. overall an outstanding stay. thank you!

Perfect for our stay, attended a hockey tournament for my son in North Charleston. Space was clean and owner easy to communicate with. Too cold for the pool in January obviously, but it was really pretty and I bet great to enjoy in the hot weather.

We had an amazing stay at Bo and MaryMar’s home! It’s so cozy and quaint, with every detail perfectly thought out. The place was furnished with everything we needed, making it feel like a home away from home. We especially loved having our morning coffee by the pool—it was so peaceful and relaxing. The neighborhood is really sweet too, perfect for nice walks and just soaking in the quiet atmosphere. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

This was a great relaxing place to stay for eight high school friends that hadn't seen each other for 40+ years. We came from all over the U.S. to spend time in Charleston. The house was perfect size for all of us and the pool was an added bonus! House was very clean and Tiana was very prompt and responsive from the initial booking to the last day of stay. It's in a neighborhood, but, it's very private that you don't realize it. Charleston International Airport is very easy to get to and from and there is a Harris Teeter and Trader Joe's not far if you choose to get some food/snacks for the house. We would definitely rent it again!

Highly recommend 218 Forrest trail. House was very comfortable. Well updated kitchen and bathrooms. Comfy beds and a great pool/backyard. Definitely would stay again!

Great stay! Location was great for Park Circle, very short drive to restaurants, easy to get in the interstate. Loved the yard for the dogs. Beds were comfy. Great TV streaming options. Loved the coffee provided. Everything worked great. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a charming historic home in the center of the city. This vacation spot is all about its location, location, location. It is so easy to get around town from this spot. The home was stocked well with everything needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the sheets and towels were of great quality. The kitchen had everything you could need. And the wet bar is fun is you care for afternoon cocktails. It was a great stay. Thank you, Lisa.

We absolutely loved the house! My three year old had a great time with the provided toys and the park across the street was truly the coolest we’ve ever been to! Colleen was very responsive and even came over to unlock some doors for us that our toddler locked. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the extra blankets and pillows were so helpful for my kids when we all watched movies on the huge sectional! Overall, excellent stay and would definitely choose it again!

Alexandra was an amazing host, she responded quickly and was very lenient and easy going when it came to checkout! She allowed me to bring a grill onto the property and allowed me late checkout because we were running behind. I would 100% recommend Alexandra to family and friends and I would definitely stay here again!

Jessica's place, The Big Red, is in North Charleston, about 10 miles (15-18 minutes by car) north of downtown Charleston. My German friends fell in love with the cottage, its color and charming, southern style, with porch and swing seating. The house is in a pleasant, peaceful neighborhood. It's fully equipped, nicely and comfortably decorated. Great beds. We very much enjoyed our stay and would return to Jessica's place if the opportunity arose. Given my personal circumstances in light of the payment and cancellation policy, I found it useful to take out the available Airbnb travel insurance.
