Villa vacation rentals in Kiawah Island

Had a nice stay. The condo was clean and as described. Easy to find on the island and in a good location A couple of notes for those considering booking this location: 1. You will only be allowed to bring two vehicles max. The first is free but the second vehicle will cost you ~$45 after taxes to get through the gate. This condo is behind the guarded gate of the town of Seabrook Island, and you literally will not be given a pass for more than 2 vehicles to get into the community. I feel this is important to highlight since most Airbnb listings are not this strict on number of vehicles. But, since this one is within the gated portion of the community, it is. 2. You will not be able to access most restaurants or other locations INSIDE of the gated portion of the town without getting an amenity card, which costs $40/day for access only. The cost of meals/other services is not included in this $40. We had a nice stay and the property served our groups’ needs!

We had the absolute best stay over Thanksgiving break! The condo was even better than we imagined and had everything we needed, even to cook a Thanksgiving meal. My husband loved that golf was included and we utilized the shuttle to the beach at Westin regularly. Hope to come back again!

Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful villa by the marsh. Watching the tides come in and out, and seeing the oyster beds was fascinating! Thank you for sharing a slice of paradise with us!

Wow what’s not to love. Erika is an incredible host - we had two small kiddos with us and Erika’s home was very kid friendly: toys, books, kids cups, plates, and silverware, and a great beach wagon - all the things needed to make it a stress free vacation with kiddos! The home is nice and updated- felt like home! Short walk to the beach and having the amenities card included was a great perk! Had a little moment with the amenity office and Erika had it resolved within minutes- hands down the best host we’ve had yet! Thank you again Erika we will be back!

The unit was all we expected it to be. Terrific amenities and the location was perfect. The indoor pool was larger than it appeared in the pics and the whirlpool was quite relaxing. We will definitely consider this unit for future trips

We loved our stay at Martin’s place in Kiawah! The location offers a short walk to the beach and also walking and biking trails nearby. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. The coffee every morning overlooking the Lagoon also helped to provide a relaxing atmosphere. Martin was helpful and responsive. We would definitely recommend Martin’s place.

We couldn’t be more happy with our stay! The villa is beautiful and in a perfect location for walking to the Westin resort. There is so much to do and see! There truly is something for everyone! The pools, beach, and golf made for a perfect vacation for our whole family. Kelly and Franky were so nice and accommodating and always answered within a few minutes. We can’t thank them enough for sharing their beautiful home. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful experience with iTrip Charleston, and the beautiful Sea La Vie villa. All pre-booking questions were answered immediately, and the team was highly informative with travel details from check-in/arrival through departure. We felt at home from the moment we walked in to discover welcome treats and a lovely message from Sarah & Steven in this spacious and beautiful villa. The pet-friendly home was well-stocked, nicely decorated, and super cozy - everything we needed for a relaxing break. It’s in a fantastic location - only a short walk to the beach. Definitely will not be our last stay here! This place is absolutely beautiful…well stocked, clean, quiet…every bit as pretty as the pictures if not more so! The host was responsive to questions and had a ton of thoughtful recommendations, check in a breeze, bed was comfortable, everything was just perfect! Great rental…I didn’t wanna leave!

This is the cleanest and nicest airbnb I’ve ever stayed at ! It was very accommodating and had everything we needed for a great vacation. I contacted the host and their response was extremely fast and helpful. I definitely recommend! I can’t say anything negative about our experience.

We enjoyed our stay on Kiawah Island at Tom’s beautiful, well appointed villa located on a beautiful island full of walking trails. The home was cozy & comfortable. We prepared all meals at the villa while there and everything we needed was available in the well-stocked kitchen (cookware, flatware, glasses, etc.) Thank you, Tom for allowing us to stay in your home. Adding it to my favorites list!

Daryl was so kind and welcoming. such a sweet little spot and we felt so comfortable. laid back and easy. pet friendly.

Great location & amenities. They’re very strict on amount of cars allowed per unit which makes sense considering the minimal resort parking space. Very good and quick communication! Board walk to the ocean definitely gets your steps in so having a wagon is a must, however seeing all the nature is really cool while walking.

Pamela’s villa was the PERFECT getaway for my mom and dog! The proximity to the beach made our morning walks so enjoyable. Pamela was very communicative and quick to respond. Everything about the villa made it feel like a home away from home - and the shower is amazing! Given that it’s on the ground level, taking Poppy out was a breeze. I definitely recommend and will hopefully come back again!

Nick’s place made for a wonderful fall Fripp weekend! The kitchen was well equipped and beds comfortable. Easy walk to the beach and right in the middle of all Fripp’s great amenities. We will definitely stay again!

We were looking for a quiet get away. Your property provided just that. The unit was clean and comfortable and the beach was amazing! We came at a unique time as the complex was undergoing some renovations. You shared that up front to avoid surprises, we appreciated that very much. And, while there was work being done, we didn’t really feel that. Kudos to the crew performing the work. The unit itself was very much as advertised and we cannot point to any specific areas where we were let down. The team who prepares and cares for your complex should be complimented. Finally, from reservation to checkout, your team provided everything we needed. Happy to say, we have starred your property for a future visit.

This was our second stay. We came back because of the quiet location plus very walkable to Folly Fields beach. Folly Fields is a great location and easily accessible. The kitchen is well equipped. Everyone slept great after longs days at the beach and seeing the sights. Hope to return again!
