Great place, great host. Franks concern for everything really shows in his unit. Even putting up some Christmas lights outside before our arrival. Great walkable area. And 4 places close by - Vern’s, Chubby Fish, Island Provisions and D'Allesandro's. Great food all at different levels. And 1 street over from King St so close enough to walk but far enough away that you don’t get the craziness. So - perfect spot. You’ll enjoy Franks place.

Our stay was wonderful. Our large group fit comfortably. We couldn’t have had a better time! Highly recommend to those visiting Charleston.

Jessie and Robin's place was clean, had a well stocked kitchen and the beds were comfortable. Easy access to the beach which my husband and our leashed Vizsla ran along, ocean views from the front two balconies, and within walking distance to all of the many restaurants in the area. If you like live music, Chico Feo is right across the street. If you don't not to worry as the music stops before 11 pm. We brought our dog and loved the many outdoor patios that would allow our pet to join us. There is also a leash free dog park near the water tower down the road, and another really big dog park with a large pond for swimming at James Island County Park (about 15 min drive). While we didn't need it because we never left our pup alone in the home, Jessie and Robin supplied a dog crate for us, just in case. Great location for our two week winter getaway.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Madeline was an amazing host. She is very kind, professional, helped with any inquiries I had and always responded in a timely manner. As we were traveling from another state, she was kind enough to let us check in a little early since we had a lengthy drive. The home has really comfortable beds and is in a quiet location, so that made for a good night's rest! We liked that it is very close to restaurants and shops, and a short walk to the beach. There are 3 parking spaces, which was perfect since we did not have to worry about finding parking or paying for extra parking. Another cool thing is that the house has four bedrooms total, but two of the bedrooms are primary bedrooms (with en suite bathrooms) which were perfect for my parents and aunt/uncle. The home is clean, very spacious and perfect for a family or friends traveling together. We would definitely recommend staying at Madeline's place and look forward to returning again!

We had the best time at this house! It was a beautiful setting and great location. Jayne was extremely helpful when it came to recommendations and navigating Kiawah Island. Her house is fully stocked and very comfortable. We chose to heat the pool which was worth it. Some of the days were very miles in temp so we were happy to have a heated pool. The pool was awesome! Very big and my kids loved it. We hope to come back to Kiawah and would definitely stay at this house again!

Steven was very communicative and accommodating for our stay. It was a great space for what we needed.

We stayed at this home for our annual Family Thanksgiving gathering..total of 10 people. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this lake home! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views and the peaceful setting. The house was spacious and had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped overlooked the serene water. We spent hours playing pool, swimming in the heated pool and enjoying the sunsets every evening. The host was incredibly responsive. Whether you're looking for a quiet retreat or an active outdoor adventure, this lake home has it all. Highly recommend!

Rebecca's place was exactly as described and fit our short get away from the snow weekend. very close to several great seafood options. Rebecca was proactive and provided extra clear directions for check in and check out and was very responsive to any questions. I would highly recommend.

April's place was perfect for a Christmas vacation with my family. Quick access to the beach, close to restaurants, lots of space in the home for us to spread out, great kitchen for making meals, and my sons loved to putting green!

We loved the home it was lovely. In my opinion the distance to the beach was an inconvenience. It’s a good walk for families with little kids or older retired adults. The golf cart was not accessible on one of the days and we didn’t get any communication about the situation until we were already at the beach. Driving was an option but even then the distance was long for my parents who are 80+. We still made memories and had a good time. The house was beautiful and very clean. Big enough for everyone to have their own space. My grandchildren loved the bunk beds 3-4 years of age. The hostess was wonderful. She was willing to help if needed.

We were in town for a few days for our Grandsons graduation from Marine Boot camp and wanted to be as close as possible to the base. This location was perfect as it only took us 5 minutes to get to the gate. The host was very nice and accommodating and we were pleased to get to meet her in person as we arrived early to see where it was. The house is newly remodeled and is very clean and comfortable. There are many restaurants, grocery stores and other businesses within a few miles. It was a great experience for us.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. My wife liked the accessories in the kitchen. She felt like she was in her kitchen. We will be back again.

This house was perfect for our corporate ladies retreat. We had perfect space for 8 ladies. the walk to the beach was fairly close. the spa at sweetgrass was nice and convenient. We felt very safe in the gated community and the house was beautiful and clean. The only downside is that we couldn't use the fireplace (fire marshalls orders) and the kitchen could have been stocked a little better- more serving bowls, charcuterie board. Overall the perfect retreat!

This was a great find! Cozy, spacious, and terrific accommodations. Very affordable and convenient to all things Hilton Head. Very responsive rental agency. We locked ourselves out by accident late at night and they were able to get us in minutes. Highly recommend this location. The 10 of us hadva wonderful time.

Nice place a little off the beaten path . Gorgeous marsh views and convenient to Charleston, Mt. Pleasant and the beach. Very spacious.

We booked this Airbnb last minute due to an unexpected family loss, and it was absolutely perfect for what we needed. In such a difficult time, having a comfortable and beautiful space where we could all be together as a family meant so much. The home was gorgeous—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed—providing a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. It was especially important for us to not be separated from our children in hotel rooms, and this home allowed us to stay together, support one another, and be there for my mother-in-law. The host was incredibly accommodating, making the whole process easy during a stressful time. We are so grateful to have found this place when we needed it most.
