The best part of this place was the host. He is very responsive. All the procedures were completed before we checked in and it was very smooth. The place is spotless clean. Lot of places to visit down with good restaurants.

Good stay. Apartment was clean with all we needed. Free parking was very comfortable because we have a car. Nice view from the balcony.

Stayed here for almost 3 months and had a great experience! The host is extremely fast at communication, professional and very helpful. They were also flexible in helping me have the best check-in and check-out experience, whether it was luggage storage or later times, they tried their best to accommodate my needs. The flat itself is very spacious and nicely furnished equipped with everything one would need, I loved my time staying there long-term. The building has great facilities (pool, gym, view of the Burj, bbq area) and is very safe. The location was perfect as it is close to everything by car, the only downside I would say it's not walking distance therefore must use taxis/own car, but for me this was an advantage as there's hardly any traffic in this area despite being extremely close to centre. There's also a small grocery shop within the building which is very convenient. Overall, I had an amazing experience with this property and would definitely recommend. I will be back!

I stayed at The Muse 45 for two months and had a comfortable experience. The room was exactly as described in the listing and the staff were always polite and helpful. I was also able to add a clothes rack to dry my laundry in the balcony upon request. The location was also walking distance to Emirates Towers metro, making it convenient to visit Dubai Mall and Museum of the Future. There is also a supermarket just seconds away. Would recommend to anyone looking for a longer term stay in Dubai.
