This is a great one bedroom place in a nice neigbourhood. A 5-10 minute walk to a small shopping center with some restaurants and a good supermarket. Caribou Coffee and Nando's were also closeby which was great. In the appartment there is one king size bed and 2 matresses for kids. Inside the enclosed area there is a good gym, pool and a childeren's play area. The bed squeaks whenever you move, but for the rest the place is perfect.

Laith is an exceptional host. He took really good care of our needs as we were travelling as a small family with two small kids. He even showed us around in the greens and springs to help us feel like a local.

Accurately described and accessible to dubai mall. The view by the balcony is great and even from the pool while swimming. The rooms have huge closets which are handy for us or staying for quite a while. Very secured and nice neighborhood.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property! We traveled with two friends, our two children, and our baby, and everything was perfect. The home was spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped to accommodate our group. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to help us with any issues that arose during our stay. A true Arabian styled villa, Ehab is a wonderful host he did accommodated us in the last minute and supported us with an early check in, the check in was very smooth, the villa is spacious and well decorated plenty of interesting books around, a breakfast or dinner at the garden patio is so intimating. A highly recommended place for tranquility and accessibility. Thank you Ehab for being a super host.

I stayed here for a week with my family. Nalla and Sabine were great hosts. The apartment was neatly maintained and the views out the flat were stunning. Would definitely come and stay here again in the future!

It was our first time in Dubai and I cannot be more happy with the accomodation and the hosts. Zunaid communicated every step of the way and was very clear with the check in details. Omid was there to check us in himself at 12:30am when we arrived at the accommodation and checked us out early morning when we were leaving. Omid was very helpful and friendly. The accommodation was very clean and was exactly as described. I cannot recommend this accommodation enough. 😊

Amazing place, and the rooftop pool had great views!

Bastein and Helene are extremely good hosts. They communicated everything to us, well in time. They checked in to see if we were comfortable. They’re quite accommodating as well which is rare in bnb host community as they let us check in early and check out late. The apartment looks better in person, is well stocked and has everything you would need. The only issue is that you need a car to get to places as commute might be a problem otherwise. The location is quiet and there’s not much to do but everything is a 30-40 minute drive. We rented a car so that was not a problem. What is worth mentioning is that this place has really good energy. The sun comes in from the floor to ceiling windows which really is the best. There’s something about this apartment that makes it homely and warm. If you don’t like overly done air bnbs and are looking for a warm and cozy place, this is the perfect place! Thanks again Helene and bastein! Hope to see you again sometime :)

The apartment was great, enough space for us 5. Beautiful view from the balcony. Everything clean and tidy and as described. There was immediate support for questions. We needed a stool for our little son. It said there was one on site, and actually the day after we arrived, there was a package with a cute kick for the little one outside the door. Thank you for that! We also had the opportunity to postpone our checkout a little on request. It helped a lot. Really great!!

Great place to stay, everything was the way it was described. Location is the advantage, walking distance from metro station, 10-20 mins drive for all attractions in marina, Palm Jumeirah, beaches. Friendly host, always responsive in case of anything needed. Recommended for all travellers, with or without family.
