Really enjoyed my stay here. Very nice apartment and a wonderful view of the Burj Khalifa. Would recommend!

We were on the 13th floor with a nice view of burj khalifa and the fountains in the distance. The apartment is the same as the description , the two bedrooms are large with good bedding. The equipment in the kitchen is perfect. We were able to take possession of the apartment before the time as we arrived early in the morning and we thank the manager for it. We highly recommend this apartment for a stay in a beautiful environment and close to burj khalifa.

Great apartment, really friendly staff, room was perfect for what I needed. Free water each day was great and the opportunity to get breakfast at the apartment was a nice touch. Than you!

Absolute prime location .. with Dubai mall just mins away by walking Highlights were the view and the immaculate apartment .. truly is a penthouse setting in a central position. We could even see the evening water shows at the mall from our window. The apartment is also set in the 30th floor so nice and peaceful. Would not hesitate to return again next time in Dubai!

Very good and spacious Appartment with great view. We were staying with a 9-month kid for 2 weeks, so here’s a list of things we liked and not. Liked: - big area (~100 sqm I assume) with HUGE balcony and great view - a lot of sofas (4 or 5) and nice dining area - good kitchen with all appliances needed - new washing machine with dryer (must if you’re traveling with a kid) - close to Al Attihad park (where we spent most of of our time) and Spinneys supermarket - nice big pool and private beach walking (BUT! - price is 105 dirham per person per day, not included into price of the Appartment) - good speed Wi-Fi and TV with YouTube Areas for improvement: - squeaky bed mattress - the noise from the yachts outside sometimes was too loud Overall, it was a good experience, please discuss in advance the exact time when you arrive (because security on the ground floor doesn’t keep keys), so if your flight is delayed you might need to wait. Price is relatively high, but the view and location are definitely worth it

We had an exceptional stay at this property! It was the perfect place to check off our bucket list experience of watching the New Year’s Eve fireworks at the Burj Khalifa. We were provided with resident passes to freely walk around the area, which was incredibly valuable since the vicinity near the Burj was closed to the public after 4 PM. That alone made the stay well worth the cost. Being able to relax in the apartment and simply take the elevator down to watch the fireworks was truly unbeatable. The apartment itself was spacious, spotless, and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Mi Casa Holiday is a trustworthy and professional host. Their communication was excellent from the very beginning, with clear and detailed instructions throughout our stay. I highly recommend booking with them—you won’t be disappointed!

Amazing hotel apartment close to the airport. Daily cleaning provided and we were able to cook ans do our own laundry at the hotel also which was nice. It is slightly far from places we wanted to visit, but with the price, it makes sense. Lovely stay all through out, we were even able to order food and groceries and get it delivered on our door. So convenient. We just wished that check in was easier, they needed more information but couldnt seem to find it on our email confirmation or airbnb app so i wasnt sure what they needed. In the end they let us through but I wish it was a bit easier since our names were listed on the system. It was 230am too when we arrived so we were just all pretty tired. Thank you for the nice stay.
