Alejandro is an amazing host, maintained good communication and super attentive. The place is spacious and quite private, just like the photographs. Perfect for a large group and pets.

The house is stuning, more spacious than on the photos. The pool is amazing. Plenty of towels, which is really appreciated. Would stay again.

I cannot say enough great things about this airbnb. First, the host was super responsive and organized rides from the airport for us and proactively checked if things were going ok. Willy is the manager and was beyond amazing. We had major flight issues and he helped us with transportation changes and then let us stay an extra day when a flight was cancelled. He also arranged a great zipline tour for the kids. The location is perfect-away from the business of the town but an easy walk into town and to the beach. The house was comfortable and it was nice that our kids each had their own room and bathroom. The house has a really nice backyard area with a pool and it was fun to be outside even in the rain since there was a covered area. It was also great that we were able to avoid renting a car and just walk everywhere. Overall, we had a great time here and I am very grateful for such help from Willy and Sandi.

Stayed here over Christmas break with husband and 2 teens, had a wonderful time in this beautiful home! We loved the pool, the 3 private bedrooms with AC (much appreciated), the use of the washer/dryer (it rained more than we had anticipated), and the kitchen amenities. The host, Angelica, is very friendly and responsive and helped us get settled in the house. Easy walk down to beach and town from the home. Would love to stay here again!

Great quiet location, but a little far from good options for food. A car is definitely necessary if you are going to eat out. We just bought food at the local market and brought it back to cook. It was very quiet and we had monkeys right outside and had fun watching them every morning and afternoon. Ocotal beach is just a 2 minute walk away! Would stay again!

We had a fantastic time at this house! We travelled with our two kids (8 and 10) and the setup and outdoor living was perfect. The pool was beautiful and warm and the landscaping was great! The kitchen was very well apportioned, with all of the tools we needed to cook all of our meals there. It was a short walk to Playa Brasilito and a little further to the amazing Playa Conchal (which had good shore snorkelling and clear turquoise waters). The home was modern and clean and perfect for us with gated access for safe parking. Would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay so much at Casa Bianca that we extended. Marie was so helpful. Beautifully furnished, comfortable beds and linens, super clean! The pool area was beautiful with lovely loungers. The outdoor kitchen was a great spot to hang out and prepare meals. Having a washer and dryer was so nice after traveling for a while. The location is perfect, short walk to beach, restaurants and shops. We loved that they provided beach chairs too. WiFi was strong to catch up on emails or research things to do. I would highly recommend staying and we are already looking at return dates. Playa Grande is a perfect location to do day trips from, we explored Tamarindo, Playa Flamingo and Brasilito. Marie provided great directions and a nice welcome package for nearby things to do. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Our group loved the place! All the bedrooms being en-suites was a BIG plus for us. Loved the view & the pool! Gated community was peaceful and very centric.

The house was excellent for our large family (6 adults 3 children) kept in mind we were out most days doing excursions. While there the pool was nice to have. This home offered everything.

Our stay overall was fantastic! The only things I would point out is that the photos made this place look much more spacious than it is, which happens sometimes. But this house is in a cute little circular community with a private gate, has a beautiful palapa outside the front door, and felt very safe. Also the property manager was very attentive and took care of everything we needed including setting up water delivery and fixing the AC immediately when we had a small leaking issue. The host was very gracious as well and gave me a partial refund when I had to leave early due to a death in my family. One thing I would recommend for future guests is to make sure you have some sort of transportation. While it is just a 15 min walk to the beach, the larger grocery stores and better restaurants are a bit far to walk to, and the street back to this house is uphill with little shade. We stayed a month and made it without renting a car, but groceries were a battle to come home with.

Andrea, Yunis, were all so helpful! They have been so responsive ever since I booked this trip. They were able to respond to to all my questions in my timely manner. Very beautiful and it looks just like the pictures!! We did have a issue with two of the showers, but they quickly resolved the draining issues.

We really enjoyed our stay which was one of a kind experience. Samantha was very helpful and communicative right from the get go with check-in instructions, local recommendations, excursions and really anything we needed during our stay. She was always very quick to respond and provided all the information we needed. She communicated when landscapers, pool cleaners and any workers upkeeping the property would be coming by well ahead of time in order to keep the property in A+ condition. Marilyn, who was our maid throughout our stay was absolutely wonderful. She came everyday to clean, make breakfast, snacks, drinks and was a lovely person to get to know. She only knows a little bit of english so make sure to use a translator to communicate! The house was spotless everyday before she left and she cleaned all rooms and washrooms daily. Marilyn was truly the cherry on top for this airbnb, thank you for all your help! The pool was nice, rooms spacious, each room had its own washroom & AC.

Loved the location where we stayed. It was private for access but the back entrance was easy access to walk (5-10min) to the beach. It wasn't clear when yard custodians were coming for property mgmt - we weren't sure who was jumping the wall vs. coming in from the neighboring rental. I thought the pool was temp regulated a bit warmer, but we dealt fine. Would just recommend locking up your belongings before you leave, but would stay again!

My family enjoyed our stay! Walkable to the beach, which had multiple good restaurants. Short drive to other beaches. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed.

My stay at Andres' place was perfect for me. I was travelling alone and loved that the place was within a gated community. While located near other homes it is so surrounded by tropical landscaping that I felt like I was in the Jungle. It was very private and tranquil and I was entertained by bird sounds and sitings. My favorite part was the shower that was exposed to the outdoor air and filled with plants---quite a unique experience. Andres was very responsive to any questions that I had. I recommend his place as being near beaches, but far enough away to have a quieter setting than in the beach towns.

We were 2 couples and we had a great time at Benoît's house. The house, the garden, the vegetation, the swimming pool, the accessibility to the surrounding shops and the beach, everything was really superb! Benoît is extremely friendly and helped us a lot throughout our stay with great accessibility and very simple communication. he gave us a lot of advice! We loved this place! This place is situated in a quieter town than Tamarindo (which is driveable in 30 minutes). There are lots of great restaurants within walking distance (5-10 min.), including a great Brewery. The beach is a 10-minute walk away, too. There's parking, a smallish pool perfect for the kids and to cool down in, and a comfortable living area outside. A mini-mart is a 2-minute walk away, perfect for grabbing essentials like eggs, bread, and beer. The host is fast at responding, helpful, and friendly. Would recommend!

This was the perfect place to stay as a family. Our two kids loved the pool, and the horses on the property. Great location, close to supermarkets, local restaurants and 10 minute drive to Tamarindo and beaches. I can’t emphasize enough how special this place was and how comfortable our family felt being there. Would 100000% go back. If you needed anything the host was super responsive and helpful. I can go on and on about this place. I would definitely recommend it!

We shared the house with another family. The teenagers had a great time playing the pool after a day at the beach, which was just a mile down the road. Grocery stores were in walking distance. The host (Outer Reef) was very responsive! We made lifetime memories and would absolutely return to this house again!
