We had the pleasure of staying at this property, and We can honestly say it exceeded all my expectations. The rooms were spacious and immaculately clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I felt refreshed every morning. The breathtaking view from the window offered a peaceful, serene atmosphere that made my stay even more enjoyable. The location was also perfect—conveniently situated near local major town centres and public transport. Overall, We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The attention to detail, exceptional service, and overall comfort made our stay memorable. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a quality stay there!

This place is amazing, right in the heart of Kottawa city, extremely convenient when it comes to traveling here & there. walking distance to the super market (long stay guys would love it) & the hosts are extremely nice, they had some rations stocked for us too. spare set of clean sheets and towels. over all fantastic place. Mithila & Pubudu you guys rock👏

The house is beautiful with well maintained garden area and ponds. On several occasions we got to witness beautiful birds taking bath in ponds and drinking water. everyday early morning we woke up to the peaceful sound of birds chirping.. The house is well maintained with a personal touch by Mr. Sumal. It had all the amenities and facilities we could ask for. Mr. Sumal is an excellent host who was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. I would certainly recommend the place and this would be my first choice to stay whenever I visit colombo. Thank You Mr. Sumal for welcoming us.
