Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Hermosa Beach

This place was clean and exactly what we expected based on the pictures. There was a bit of a plumbing issue (life happens) and they took care of it ASAP and went an over and beyond to make things right. Thanks for the honest listing we had a great stay.

Beautiful home in a private and peaceful environment. the house is very well equipped and the terrace is beautiful. huge plus for the river just below, the place is just magical. we were even able to see monkeys. if you are visiting, do not hesitate to spend several because the environment is superb.

Brian was a great host and always responded within minutes. His home was so clean and everything was in perfect working order. His house was in a great location and everything was walkable. Highly recommend this home for your stay in Jaco!

We stay at a lot of extended stays at AIRBNBs around the world, but this has been by far our best experience. We came for the entire month of January to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary on a beach in Costa Rica and fortuanately found this place. It was exactly as described and then some. We had no car so Spencer arranged a shuttle from the San Jose Airport and then we walked to get around Jaco. The location of the place is perfect: a secure, gated abode 2 minutes from the beach. It is a 20 minute beach walk to the Jaco strip where anything can be found. There is the best vegetable and fruit store a ten minute walk with great prices and accepting credit cards with English speaking employees. The location of the AIRBNB is on the quiet south part of the Beach where the riptide is not so bad and the surfing is great. Recommend renting a board from the South Beach Hotel left on the beach: $15 per day and umbrellas with 2 chairs for 20. We will be back.

Kevin & Mary’s place is beautiful. The pool is the gem of this place. Very relaxing and private. Loved the hosts they were more than helpful and responsive. Gave tons of great recommendations and places to eat. Even helped us get info from their friend Angie for info about jaco and a ride for when we left to la fortuna. Overall great experience can’t wait to come back soon.

Gabriel from the first contact was very friendly and his responses were so kind that he made me wash his place quickly. When arriving at the place everything was very comfortable, it is in a very central area and the condominium very safe, without a doubt every time I visit Jacó this is going to be my only option to stay, everything was incredible!!!

The Place Was Nice And The Gated Community Was also very safe and quiet. Host was also friendly and responsive. I would for sure Recommend it😉

We stayed in the upper loft apartment and the views of the trees and wildlife from the upper deck were beautiful! Be sure to bring binoculars we saw birds & eguanas in the trees behind the buildings. Convenient location if you dont have a car, its just a few steps to the beach with warm Pacific waters, &waves for beginner surfers. Beautiful sunsets, restaurant & 2 grocery stores across the street. Just around the corner from the downtown so you may want to bring earplugs at night. Recommendations: a sunset horseback ride to Miro(Ethan is usually on the beach with his horses) walk to the rocky area at the end of the beach. If you dont have a car the green public bus takes colones & picks up at Best Western & goes as south to Hermosa & other beaches, route ends at bus station in Quepos. Be sure to buy a return ticket at the station where it drops off because they only take tickets here. You can transfer to Emanuel Antonio from station or taxi/uber. Kayak Jaco also has awesome tours

Rocío helped us super fast even though we made an early booking everything was ready, the place is super clean and you manage to find everything you need to have a good stay. The place we had had a pool table that gave us a super entertaining evening, we also had access to the pool of the complex that has saved us from the strong jacó heat. It will undoubtedly be my first choice on my next visits to Jacó.

We traveled with our kids and we had a great time. Very comfortable condo, large spacious and with everything you need. The pool was great and the property was very safe. Walkable to restaurants, shops etc as well. This is probably about as good as it gets in Jaco.

It was really close to the beach. It was nice to be able to have our laundry done for us. Within walking distance to lots of great places to eat!

Villas Paraisio is a perfect complex and the unit was great. 5 minute walk to grocery stores, bars and restaurants. less then 10 minute walk to the beach. safe and secure. It's a perfect location for a vacation and Eric's unit is nicely equipped. everything you need.

Beautiful condo …. We loved sitting on the patio watching the birds fly around , beautiful view on the water / beach . Very peaceful/ relaxing . Easy walk to the beautiful beach . Already looking forward to booking again.
