Apartment vacation rentals in Hermosa Beach

The apartment is very nice and comfortable (as seen in the photos) and is also very spacious, quite large and with a lot of privacy for an apartment building. In addition, it is impeccable and has everything you need for a pleasant stay: we feel at home at all times. Access was so easy. The place is beautiful, the pool area is large and you can see that it is given proper maintenance, as it is kept clean and in excellent condition. Direct beach access from the pool is great. Pamela and Sergio are excellent hosts, always attentive to any questions, we wanted to stay one more night and they helped us at all times. It is advisable to arrive with all the purchases made so you don't have to leave the place, however if you need to go out Herradura is 15-20 minutes away and there you have supermarkets, restaurants and everything you may need. Super recommended, a place I would definitely come back to as many times as I can.

The place is super nice, well equipped, and is as shown in the photos. It is well located and in a quiet location. About 8 minutes from the beach by car. I highly recommend it!

Communication and responsiveness were excellent. House staff were very generous and friendly (groundskeeper brought us complementary bananas and coconuts). The only issue was that on the first night the sheets had a noticeable odor, but by the next day they had rectified it, offering complementary laundry service as an apology. We used the common room for eating meals and playing lots of ping pong. The beach is 5 minute walk and it's not the best beach for swimming but the sunsets were gorgeous.

Our stay was great. The condo complex is located in the heart of Jaco and there is plenty within walking distance. The host met us and gave great information about places to go and how to access the beach. He was very knowledgeable and eager to help. Check in was easy. The condo complex is gated. We did not have time to access the pool, but it looked great too. As others have mentioned, the bathrooms are small, but there are 3 of them. No complaints here - squeeze in. The water pressure was low at times - there must be shared water among the condos. Understandable for a complex like this and at peak Jaco busy season. The kitchen was well stocked and the multiple air conditioners worked great. Thanks for a great stay and wonderful hospitality.

We had an amazing time- the pools were incredible for the kids, the beach was beautiful and great for swimming. Will definitely come back again. Great place for medium to large families especially those with small children. Cute cafes and bars within a few minutes of the condo. We had a few minor issues with the appliances/AC and Chris was super responsive and had them sorted immediately.

Johana's place was/is the perfect accommodation from which to explore Jaco and the surrounding areas. Her prompt attention to every question or comment began before we even checked in. She wanted us to feel at home and we certainly did! Along with being pristine when we walked in, her home was exactly, maybe even better, than the photos. The pool is delightful, the grounds are beautiful, the staff are friendly, and the security is just what one would want: feeling safe yet comfortable and relaxed. Johana's place is just two blocks from Jaco's main street with its vibrant culture: shops, groceries, restaurants of all cuisines, and music venues. And just three blocks from a great volcanic sand beach! After a busy day of having lots of fun, Johana's home will provide the respite and peace needed to get ready for the next day! Johana and her home are accurate symbols of the warmth and friendliness of the Costa Rican culture. Pura Vida!

The condo was perfect for our stay as a family with young kids. Easy walk to restaurants and the beach and the pools are great. The host was responsive to messages and the unit looks exactly as pictured. If security is a concern for you the complex is very secure and well staffed, although we didnt feel unsafe at all walking around town. We had a great time!

Cute and clean home with great amenities for long and short term stays. We stayed for a month, and the internet worked well enough for me to be on video calls all day for my job. It is very peaceful and has lots of wildlife. Located at the end of a dirt road, it feels private with only a few neighbors- all of which are very friendly! There is a nice front yard for dogs as well. Jaco Homes was very responsive and acted quickly whenever we needed anything. Only 5 minutes from the beach, or a 25-minute walk! Great restaurants, including Macaws, Zoco, and Esterillos Chill, are very close by. I would definitely stay here again.

Best placed we have ever stayed in! The pool was amazing and the studio is by itself very cozy and full with everything one can need and even more. We loved everything about it, the guide was easy to understand and you have total privacy to rest. We did not have no use the car even once during the whole stay, the beach was really close and is easy to find and plus, we had bicyles to go around. We definitely recommend this place if anyone's looking for a nice place to stay near Jaco beach

It was a perfect place for us considering we were with a baby and a young child. The ground floor access it as handy to move in and out of the pool. The apartment was clean an easy to access

We stayed in the upper loft apartment and the views of the trees and wildlife from the upper deck were beautiful! Be sure to bring binoculars we saw birds & eguanas in the trees behind the buildings. Convenient location if you dont have a car, its just a few steps to the beach with warm Pacific waters, &waves for beginner surfers. Beautiful sunsets, restaurant & 2 grocery stores across the street. Just around the corner from the downtown so you may want to bring earplugs at night. Recommendations: a sunset horseback ride to Miro(Ethan is usually on the beach with his horses) walk to the rocky area at the end of the beach. If you dont have a car the green public bus takes colones & picks up at Best Western & goes as south to Hermosa & other beaches, route ends at bus station in Quepos. Be sure to buy a return ticket at the station where it drops off because they only take tickets here. You can transfer to Emanuel Antonio from station or taxi/uber. Kayak Jaco also has awesome tours

We stayed at this amazing place for 5 weeks and absolutely loved it!! The place is as described and she has thought of everything. All the things for the kitchen, the deck is amazing and enjoying coffee in the mornings on there was a highlight watching the town wake up! The pool area and bbq are a delight and I loved the hammock!! The views are amazing and watching the wildlife was one of our favorite pastimes. From the iguanas in the bushes that surrounded the property to the hummingbirds that visit daily, and the macaws that fly by 2-3x a day. The WiFi was perfect for working daily. All the extras like the bikes and the beach gear is a super big plus. Now some say the noise is loud…. All depends on your outlook. We got use to the activity of the vibrant neighborhood and felt apart of the community!! They are extremely response to the few issues we had early on and rectified immediately. I would highly recommend visiting Fishbonz to anyone !! The area has lots to offer & explore

Claudia's place is beautiful, clean with a great location. The kitchen is well equipped and bedding is very comfortable. The views from the balcony are peaceful and relaxing. Claudia's guide book is spot on for activities. If your visiting Jaco I would highly recommend this unit. Dave & Karen
