James was a incredible host! Very kind and gentle, gave me an incredible experience at his place. The place is in the best neighborhood of NYC. Restaurants, bars, nightlife, cityscapes and more. Few blocks from Highline Park. The apartment is very silent and perfect for a good night of sleeping. Really recomend.

This place was perfect for our needs during frequent work trips to New York these last four months. Cheaper than any hotel we could have gotten in the area, and the area was great - on the same block as a subway stop, walkable to Times Square, plenty of great restaurants, and a Target conveniently up the street. The room was very clean and very well set up, I definitely had everything I needed. And Nat and his team were super responsive and great with guest services. Would 100% stay here again for any future business or leisure trips!

I had a lovely stay at Michal’s apartment! The space is cozy and truly felt like home for the few weeks I was there. Michal, her husband, and their adorable dog Bella were wonderful hosts—warm, responsive, and always helpful. The kitchen, though small, is functional enough to prepare simple meals, and the location is fantastic! The subway is close by, and there’s a direct bus to the airport, making travel super convenient. Like most places in Manhattan, there is some city noise, so light sleepers might want to keep that in mind. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily stay here again!

Staying at Vitaliy’s place was outstanding. I visited from Australia. Such a great location considering the reason for my trip was to see a lot of Broadway shows. The two balconies are such a rare find in NYC, especially on Airbnb. Very walkable location close to many landmarks, very close to subway stations too. Vitaliy was responsive and helped me with my luggage up the stairs upon arrival. I’ve seen lots of reviews mentioning the stairs, but you really do get used to it (plus it served as a way to exercise every day 🤣) I highly recommend this place to any prospective guests, it’s a gem! Can’t wait to come back soon. Thank you!
