Claudia’s place was lovely and perfect for our family of four’s weekend trip. We were impressed with how spacious the apartment was. It was very clean and was stocked with anything a guest may need during their stay. Claudia provided detailed directions for check in and for the heating system. We would definitely stay again! Taylor was really friendly and helpful and gave us a list of his favorite restaurants. The neighborhood is conveniently located and we walked to MoMA and the Barrymore theater as well as Rockefeller Center and Central Park. The apartment had a nice living room where we could sit and a nice sized kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and the street was quiet at night so we slept well. I lived in New York in the past and was not familiar with this neighborhood but it was great and had everything we needed close by including good coffee.

Ira was super responsive and helpful ! The place was perfect for a weekend staycation! The view in the morning of the sunrise of the city was phenomenal ! The free parking in the lot across the street was great as well! The place is a nice size and the bed was comfortable !

Great location and stay

The people were super nice. We love the location. A lot of nice such as that I wasn’t expecting like a record player, decanter whiskey, glasses, etc..

The host was always available to communicate which helpedus make decisions as tourists to the area. The area is pretty good for basic amenities - big grocery store, subway, walgreens are all walkable.

My family and I had an amazing stay at King’s Airbnb! King was incredibly accommodating, even waiting for us late at night to welcome us and show us around the apartment. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and perfect for a family. My wife and kids loved how comfortable and well-equipped everything was. The location was ideal – just minutes from EWR and a quick trip to NYC. King’s attention to detail and warm hospitality made our stay truly enjoyable. We’ll definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families or anyone visiting the area!

I was in NY for a week and didn’t fancy being in a hotel room for 7 nights. Wanted a bit of freedom to make toast/dinner and stretch out etc. Helen’s place did the job, and only four blocks from my office. Easy check-in but then a bit of a weird entry to the apartment but don’t be put off - it actually means you can’t hear the going ons in the hallway. Helen warned me about music from a restaurant and whilst I heard it I have to say it did not interfere with my stay at all. You won’t get better location/price equation in NY I would suggest. Thanks Helen worked perfectly for me.

i had a great stay that i ended up extending! david was a kind, helpful, and friendly host. location is quiet and building has convenient and helpful amenities like the gym and work stations. i highly recommend staying here to get the most out of your money and airbnb stay. thanks David!

This was our best stay on Airbnb! The condo felt more like a 5-star hotel than a typical rental. It was chic, modern and exceptionally well-designed. Watching the sunset over the river from the living room was truly breathtaking. The kitchen was fully equipped with top of the line appliances. Location was ideal with easy access to the some of the best restaurants, boutiques, NYC attractions and Central Park. 
What made our stay even more special was Alex’s hospitality. Her welcoming and friendly manner added a personal touch that made our visit truly exceptional. We had a great time and we are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you again for your wonderful hospitality and fabulous home!

Such a clean, comfortable, inviting place to stay!Harris met us when we first checked in and helped us feel comfortable- it’s great to meet your host and have them walk you through where to find what you need. We loved the delicious restaurants and awesome bars nearby and walkability to the subway and stores. Super easy to get from Brooklyn to Manhattan in this location. We also had a minor emergency and Harris was very responsive even late at night - which is exceptional! We would definitely stay again. Great host!

Great location and easy to walk to Penn station. Lots of food options. Apartment was clean and felt safe.

The stay was great, and the bnb was exactly as depicted in the listing. it is situated in the right spot so you are close to a lot of activities and location you may want to visit. It is only 25 min drive to NYC and it is conveniently close to major highways for easy travel. I would recommend!

Communication was amazing. I have to make known the house was beautiful. It was like a big clean maze, very spacious very elegant and I like that because I’m very bougie. Lol I would definitely come back which I am in June!! But I have to say the architect is beautiful. I want to build something like this for my second home.

We booked last minute and Sumana was very responsive and got back to all our messages right away. The place felt welcoming and inviting. It had all the necessary amenities, very clean and warm during a snow day. Beds were very comfortable. We definitely recommend Sumana’s place for anyone looking to stay in the Newark area. The train stain was only 7 mins away and there are convenience stores in every corner.

We had a wonderful experience at Lisa's carriage house! We were in town for a Bachelorette Weekend (9 women from all over the east coast) and this was the perfect home base for our trip. When we arrived, Lisa gave a tour of the property and house, showed me how everything worked, and provided very clear instructions and suggestions. She gave us a great recommendation for dinner delivery that evening and was exceptionally responsive and helpful for the whole weekend. We spent a day at Sojo Spa and enjoyed a great dinner in downtown Englewood on Saturday night. The house had everything we could have needed from an amenities perspective and tons of warmth & charm on top of that. Thanks Lisa for having us! We had an amazing weekend celebrating the bride-to-be.
