Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Hell's Kitchen, Manhattan

Highly recommend staying here if you’re wanting to stay outside of New York. Couple minute walk to train, an actual driveway to park in, and a nice neighborhood. We would stay here again!

Cozy, charming house checks all the boxes. We felt very comfortable and appreciated all the things available to us like paper products, spices, coffee, tea, air fryer, microwave, duralogs for the fireplace, linens, shampoo/conditioner and washing machine/dryer. We would definitely stay here again!

Hard to find a place that is both affordable and pet friendly and has a parking space to boot. There is a deli down the street that offered free delivery. Host very responsive. We were right at home and felt safe walking around at night. It’s only 30 minutes to JFK which was necessary for us.

The property is clean, safe, and conveniently located, with everything you need nearby and easily accessible. As an FYI, supermarkets in the area do not sell spirits, but a liquor store can be found next to a mini-mart across from the gas station. The neighbors are friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming environment. Delia was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would recommend this property for anyone, whether traveling with friends, family, your spouse, or a group of girlfriends.

Heba’s kitchen was complete. We prepared some dishes to take to an event. The kitchen was big enough for four of us to work together during food preparation.

Katia’s airbnb was a great experience for our first trip to NYC! Close enough to uber to Penn Station for relatively cheap. The place was spotless. By far the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The beds were extremely comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. If we plan another trip to NYC - I wouldn’t hesitate to rebook with Katia!

Easily one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in!The Morency Group’s listing looked even better in person, had everything and more needed for to literally feel like a home away from home. The welcome sign was such a nice touch,The kitchen allows you to cook countless meals effortlessly, the bed was super comfortable, the shower was heaven and the fireplace was an added delight. Ave Union is our home in NJ. We always stay here whenever we come to NJ and it has always been the best and still is the best! Everything stated on the descriptions are true and even way better. Nicole has been very attentive and kind to us, including every staff there. I didn't get everyone's names but they all have been the best. We love staying at Ave, it's a very safe location where you could also stroll or jog at the same time, perfect train access right outside the place. Going to NYC has been so easy! We are proud to say that we always will choose Ave, it's got all the things you need and the entire place is so cozy. We are so grateful for everyone's kindness and appreciate you all. I definately recommend this to anyone coming to NJ or NYC. It has always felt like a home and you can even hangout downstairs for some hot drinks. I had a wonderful stay at Mira’s apartment! It was so conveniently located near Grand Central, and it made getting around NYC so easy. The studio is very roomy, and it was comfortable to cozy up for a movie night. I was also surprised by how relatively quiet the streets were at night, considering this is Manhattan. All in all, the place was great and Mira was great to correspond with. Would stay again!

Candy and Will were great hosts.. Responsive and informative about the apartment. The apartment was as described -clean- comfortable- easily accessible and warm. ( January weather!) The neighborhood was great for a morning walk.. The bed was incredibly comfortable.. just what I needed after a 4 hour drive.. And a comfortable room with a cozy gas fireplace! Would happily return.. This was perfect for our family of five. We loved having space to spread out, and the kitchen was perfect for making a couple of small meals. The White Star bar across the street was adorable, and perfect for eating in or ordering to-go. The only thing I would do differently is to fly into Newark rather than JFK—the uber ride to the airport took over an hour.
