Really clean and spacious property. Could have done with a couple of more saucepans and more cutlery. Enjoyed our stay - Matt extremely helpful and responsive.

This was my first air b&b booking and it has honestly been amazing. Michelle was very helpful in accommodating our large group for my wedding and answering all my questions. It was a lovely house to stay in, we all had plenty of space to move around and not once did we feel on top of each other. If I ever found myself in Bocking or the surrounding area it is one that I would book again. I would love to explore the fields out the back and spend more time in the surrounding area. The house was in the perfect location and everything about it was great.

Kevin's place was as described and conveniently located. The bedrooms with ensuite were a plus. Kevin responded to any queries promptly. Will definitely stay there again.

Cosy little cottage with lovely views

The bakehouse was a great, we had wonderful time the house have everything that you need to feel comfortable and everything it’s 5 min less walking distance. Great place and host . Definitely recommendable

We booked to stay here as part of our wedding, we’re fairly local but wanted to stay apart the night before the wedding. The accommodation was perfect, lots of space and bright airy rooms. Bernadette went above and beyond and provided us with some tailored gifts and treats, she even carried the back of my dress to the car on our wedding day. I would definitely stay here again and will be recommending to others. Thank you again for being a part of our wedding which was absolutely perfect in every way ☺️

This home and host is a little hidden gem of west mersea. The house is impeccably clean and cosy and honestly felt like home from home I slept well all 3 nights which is rare for me when away from home. The home has just about everything you could think of in it making life so much easier all round. Everything went smoothly thanks to Jayne who was very accommodating and helpful from the moment of booking until leaving. Would definitely want to stay again in the future. Thank you Jayne.

Had a great stay The host was friendly and made check-in easy without face-to-face interaction, which I appreciated. They left chocolates, biscuits, and even coffee for the morning. The apartment was cozy with a great view, plenty of towels, and two bottles of water. Outstanding 5-star customer service

We had an amazing stay in the loveley flat by Yemi! He is very kind and really cares about his guests. Espacially the view from the balcony is amazing from 15th floor. The flat looks exactly as shown.

We had an awesome stay at the property. Apartment was very cosy. Store and train being very close is a huge benefit.

I absolutely loved my stay! The room was clean and so well-maintained. It had all the cooking essentials, which made meal prep super convenient. The whole place was incredibly quiet and cosy, perfect for relaxing. It had such a welcoming vibe, and I can’t wait to visit again soon. Highly recommend!

We (family of 4 with a small dog) had a lovely stay in "The Hive"! It is a small but wonderful nice little house on the edge of Walthamstow and a 7 minute walk away to the Overground station "Wood Street". A large wooded area is very close for taking the dog out for walks. The house was very clean and nicely furnished. Because of the weather we couldn't use the garden much and didn't need the office at the end of the garden but in warmer temperatures this would surely make the stay even more perfect. If you are looking for a place to stay in London that gives you the opportunity to go into town easily and quickly but you like staying in a quiet neighbourhood with nature close by, this is perfect! Samantha was a fantastic, friendly host. We bumped into her on day 1 and she gave us some great suggestions to keep us going for the weekend. The nearby nature reserve and the seaside were both lovely and the lakes around the lodge are beautiful. A wonderful spot for a quiet weekend. The cottage had everything we could have needed plus some lovely extra touches.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Lovely, clean and welcoming. Set in a beautiful location and the accommodation has been finished to a high standard. Beds are super comfy, WiFi and heating were amazing and everything we needed was available. Only problem we should have booked 4 nights ;)

Lovely relaxing long weekend in the Suffolk countryside. We were treated to local bread, butter and a lovely bottle of wine. We enjoyed our bbq and paddle on the boating lake, which our hosts were kind enough to arrange for us. Even helped us out when we left things behind - much appreciated. The Calf Pens Is a beautifully cosy home from home - would highly recommend.

Henry was a lovely host, we arrived super late but was still there to make us feel at home. The place was clean, but needed some more attention to dusting. Great amenities.
