Renate was extremely helpful and accommodating to my changing ETA, it can be a busy street to park on but she helped find a good spot opposite her house, overall it’s been perfect for what I needed. 20min or so walk into town and to the train station, good for getting into London - second to last stop on the Elizabeth line tube.

Linda was very warm and friendly and went out of her way to make my stay easy and comfortable. Great house in the greatest town in the world. Would highly recommend.

Excellent place to stay

Eileen is a lovely, caring and thoughtful host. The house is well situated, close to the tube station, and in a safe area. It has everything you need during your stay, may it be long or short term. Everything you need in terms of shops is in close proximity. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a peaceful and wonderful stay.

Enjoyed my stay with Alex very much. He and his partner were kind, helpful and generous and it was a pleasure to get to know them. The room was comfortable and the breakfasts were healthy, tasty and filling. It would be particularly suited to vegans or anyone with an interest in raw food but also good for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Colchester.

Fola and Dayo came to the rescue when our previous booking was cancelled half an hour before we were due to check in - 8 of us were coming to Ipswich for a family funeral and had to find somewhere to stay with almost no notice, and they were very accommodating. Fola and Dayo were very easy to communicate with - we had a couple of minor issues with the house, nothing serious, and they were 100% committed to getting them sorted out without question or delay. Our party of 8 fitted in fine, the house was basic but clean and comfortable, and just what we needed as a base for a couple of days in Ipswich.

Veneranda and Leo hosted me for 3 months and in such a short time, they became like a second family to me. They are two special people because they are funny and always able to give great advices to their guests. I am happy to have spent these 3 months with them because I learnt so much. The description on their Airbnb page is really accurate. I hope to come back soon 😊

We stayed with Andy and his wonderful family for 5 days and felt right at home! Andy and Karen gave us many great tips for the area and we will definitely come back. You can get to London and Camden Town and many other great places by public transportation super relaxed. The room and bathroom were nice and clean and the bed very comfortable. Celia, was a very good host: always quick and helpful with messaging; good local knowledge; kept a clean property; good room provision including beverage making facilities and best of all a good cooked breakfast of your choosing was provided. Celia allowed me to check in much earlier than usual as i had no where to go in the cold. Celia also messaged me about a left item. The property is a quiet location, very convenient and walkable to the town centre. All in all very good value for money and a comfortable stay.

Thanks Joshua for an enjoyable stay. I used the AirBnB for me and my groomsmen before getting married at Stockbrook Manor. It is easy both for that location and for town. Joshua has made a real effort with the distinctive decor, which helped make for a fun stay, we loved the huge TV. The house is spotlessly clean and well laid out. Joshua was proactive in communication and made things easy for us.

My team and I stayed here when working at an event at The Excel. It was incredible well appointed in terms of facilities and the location was very handy. Having the whole team together with space to meet and chat was very useful. For us, this worked out much better than multiple anonymous hotel rooms. Thanks Sai

She is the best host ever😊 Absolutely highly recommended for the clean and highly organized space, close to 2 metro stations from where you can reach all the touristic places easily. the plus is the Ensuite bathroom super clean with a comfy shower with radio😁 and the washing machine and dryer. the kitchen is well equipped, anything you might need is available in the apt from kitchen's stuff to new slippers and toothbrush. She also welcomed us with traditional Italian Christmas sweet as she knew we are Italian and also she provides a welcome with some food (milk, bread, water, canned food, rice etc). She also came to pick up us with her dad at the metro station for the luggages and she asked if we wanted the same for the return. they were both friendly and the gave us advices for the stay. she is always available, the best stay ever on Airbnb💚 our vacation was wonderful

Helen is a lovely host and the place was great. My family described it as the best Airbnb experience they have had so far and my dad’s been chasing to me make sure I wrote a good review. The place was clean and very functional. It had everything available to provide a comfortable stay for my family of 6. The location was also great especially because of its proximity to Stratford which has a mall and places to eat plus most of the tube connections. Helen was also welcoming and responsive making sure everything was well and addressed queries promptly. Would recommend 11/10

I had the best stay! Fran was amazing – incredibly helpful, accommodating, and always went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel welcome and was always available to answer any questions. The location itself was fantastic – the neighbourhood was quiet and really relaxing. I could not have asked for a better experience and would 100% recommend staying here.

room are all very comfortable and tidy，both floors have bathroom so its quite covinent，also close to maryland station so i will be easy to get to the destination i want ，absolutely perfect choice if want to live at stratford

Nishank and Srishti have made a beautiful, spacious, well-equipped and welcoming space in their home and they are the kindest and most considerate of hosts. It was a real pleasure to stay with them again and lovely to spend time in their peaceful, spotlessly clean and comfortable Air BnB.

It was a really great stay overall. The location being right next to the metro station was phenomenal. The place in it self is really convenient for a six person stay, like ours.

We enjoyed our short stay with Jade and her home was exactly as described. Our space was spotlessly clean, well equipped and the location was within walking distance of the sea and Leigh Broadway with all its shops and restaurants. Jade was very welcoming and kind and we would definitely stay there again.

Martyn was a Great host. House in a nice quite area and was very clean and tidy. Ideal for our needs. Would highly recommend and will stay again when in the area.
