Highly recommended accommodation. Very spacious for the price, with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom, and balcony. Clean, with plenty of natural light and great interior decoration. Good WIFI for remote working. Access to washer and dryer. The host lives downstairs. She is friendly, responsive, and respects your privacy. She has 2 cats that sometimes wander upstairs so you should consider that if you are highly allergic to dander. Nice neighborhood too. Street sweeping on Tue morning so parking can be tricky that day. Otherwise, you’ll find available spaces in the condo or street. I definitely plan to stay here again.

Place is safe and quiet. Communication was good. they are responsive to your needs and are flexible. Place is 10 minutes from beach.

It was one of my best ever experience at Airbnb. Felt like if I am at my own home. Kim and Van were always helpful, very easy to talk to, friendly and were always quick to solve any of my problem or if I need something. Here are some pros and cons if you are considering this place PROS -Locations is very good and there are lots of places are around to dine or adventure -Super super clean restroom and not only on the day you arrive. I literally mean every day. Van takes care of it very well. -Microwave, Fridge, Coffee Machine inside the room -They have separate netlfix profile for guests so you don't need your own Netflix subscription - Lots of in-room free welcome snacks and coffee - Room is exactly as beautiful and spacious as it is shown in the pictures - A guaranteed homely experience CONS: Tried very hard but nothing came in my mind

This was an all around good stay. Bathroom assigned to my room was pristine. Any kitchen with the full range of accessible amenities will always get high marks from me. Included towels and washcloths were a nice touch. The location is within 5 miles of everything one could need. Than was responsive and friendly. I'd recommend and stay again.
