Monthly Rentals in Costa Mesa

Highly recommended accommodation. Very spacious for the price, with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom, and balcony. Clean, with plenty of natural light and great interior decoration. Good WIFI for remote working. Access to washer and dryer. The host lives downstairs. She is friendly, responsive, and respects your privacy. She has 2 cats that sometimes wander upstairs so you should consider that if you are highly allergic to dander. Nice neighborhood too. Street sweeping on Tue morning so parking can be tricky that day. Otherwise, you’ll find available spaces in the condo or street. I definitely plan to stay here again.

Great place in a super quiet neighborhood close to 17th st, the beach, and the 55. We will definitely be back!

Great studio space in Costa Mesa with everything we needed for our stay. The planes can be a smidge loud, so pack earplugs if you’re sensitive to that type of noise. We will definitely book again if we are back in the area. So cozy and comfortable!
