This little gem is one of the best we have stayed in when visiting Huntington Beach - and we have stayed in many. Location is perfect - short walk to beach/pier, shops and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood, but close enough to everything. We felt right at home in this comfy, cozy & clean spot and we felt it was even better than described. We loved how clean it felt. The beds were very comfortable. So much attention to details and anything you could want/need was provided. Communication was excellent and getting into the unit was a breeze. If you have any questions, their response time is super quick. We can’t say enough good things about our stay. This will be the first place we look for on our next trip to the area.

Probably one of the best 2 bedroom air bnb's we have booked for this price! Pictures don't even do justice for how awesome the patio is! This unit is also on the end, so there are extra windows and beautiful views over the beach. Will definitely stay here again if I'm looking for a place in LB! Bring an air mattress if you need if more than four people, but the couch is SUPER comfy too!

If you’re looking for a beach vacation, this is the one! The views of the ocean from the balcony are spectacular! We saw stunning sunsets! We absolutely loved it, very nice totally outfitted condo. Beds and the bedding were very comfortable, which is important! Easy garage access, easy beach access, lovely beach sidewalks. Great neighborhood for restaurants. One thing that we were very happy about, the host does not allow pets. I also agree with reviewer, Mark, his December review, for additional info about the condo. All in all we really loved it here and will hopefully be back.

The beach house was located right on the beach. The views were amazing. Great location. Our family would stay there again.

Shelly’s place was great! Eight of stayed for a pre cruise night. The home was very roomy and clean and described just as the listing. Shelly provided great details. Would for sure stay again.

My extended family and I had to evacuate from the Eaton fires and stayed in this lovely home for 10 days. From beginning to end Jennifer was available to answer all my questions and she made our stay so comfortable. The house is very beautiful, clean and amazingly equipped with good quality furnishings and every amenity that one would need. Staying at the house made our disastrous situation much better. We will most likely rent this home again for a vacation.

It’s our 4th or 5th time staying at Debra’s and we’re already planning our next stay! Her home is so charming, plenty of amenities and is a great location for walking to the beach, restaurants, TJoe’s, gift shops, bars, and parks. Weather permitting, her patio, garden and yard is so pleasant and private - a great place to relax, read and just hang out. Debra was also so accommodating when my brother drove down from Nevada and stayed with us a couple days. At the tail end of our stay, her dishwasher stopped working and she’s already sent me a pic of the new DW she purchased! Obviously we love it there and can’t wait to return!

Fantastic host! Stocked the fridge with water and left us some fruit and chocolate for our arrival. Gave us early check in and late checkout. The house itself was very clean and well maintained. The upstairs bathrooms even have bidets. Would 100% stay again. The only negative worth mentioning is the house is on a main road so there was car noise audible in the mornings. But that's the trade off for being directly across from the beach entrance.

Great place to stay with the family. The place matched the description well. Very convenient location. Less than a block from the sand and walkable to all the restaurants. Just far enough from the nightlife to not be bothered by the noise from that. Sanjay was a responsive host, answered any questions very timely.

Wonderful stay! Wiill definitely return and recommend to others. Beautiful home, super clean, had all amenities needed. Home is exactly as posted. Walkable distance to beach, restaurants, and best neighborhood even just for a stroll.

We had a fantastic short stay at Derek's beach house. It was wonderful! We really appreciated the water bottles. The house itself was absolutely perfect for our family, beautiful and also comfortable with small children. What a perfect location with beach access right off the back yard. Lots of parking available and easy to find. The views were amazing and the home was stocked with everything we needed for basic cooking. Derek was very responsive and easy to reach. Highly recommend and would love to visit again one day.

Great place to stay in Ling Beach. Beautiful house and I especially loved the front terrace by the water!

This rental was absolutely amazing. The location couldn't have been more perfect for us - situated close to the middle of the peninsula, making walking in either direction a reasonable walk distance-wise. This rental is much closer to both the beach, and the harbor, than you would think from the photos. The house is in pristine condition...it all seems brand new. Not a speck of dust to be found. The unit even smells like a new-build. There are NO odors in the house...no horrible sprays or anything like that. Just fresh. The linens were lovely (I wish I knew where the bed coverlet is from, I want it for home!), and the bed (split-King) and pillows were wonderful. My husband is a "problem sleeper", and he slept straight through every single night, waking up feeling like a new man! Despite the people upstairs being a little noisy, the house is truly a 10 out of 10. Can't wait to go back!

i went up there for my birthday weekend and it couldn’t have gone better. it was right on the beach, walkable to shops and restaurants, and had two parking spots which made it easy for leaving and coming. it was thee perfect spot to chill and have a good time! thank you sam!

Staying at Sam’s was more than I expected. Sam was a phenomenal host and went above and beyond to support our stay, which was being in town for a large educational conference. The space added peace to a busy experience. The condo is ELITE and gave so much inspiration for future apartment/housing layouts. It took a time to find the back ways to the Convention Center and Beach, but as soon as you crack the code - it makes getting around seamless. Cannot speak enough about staying with Sam. Tremendously grateful for their kindness and care. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay! Chris and Jillian's house is beautiful and has a great location. It was amazing waking up to the ocean view every morning. It was very peaceful and relaxing! Plus they had lots of great beach toys for the kids to play with.

I loved my stay in Long Beach. Nico has a very nice home, it is just as pictures. I was in town for a conference at the Convention Center and the walk was with-in 5-8mins, restaurants, Boardwalk and more at your finger tips. Nico's home was the perfect spot to have comfort and easy of accesso to the city and him being a very responsive and kind host made it even better.

Maya was a wonderful host! Place was around the corner from a few gems- Broadway Donuts and Tito’s taco place. Clean, just as described, and comfortable! Looking forward to future visits! Highly recommend this host and accommodations!

Hi! We loved our stay and time here! All the details were well thought out, even down to having plastic baggies for us to put leftovers in. It really felt like home away from home! The hosts even had a book laminated with things to do in the area, restaurants and kid friendly activities. My toddlers loved the toys and it was a nice place to relax and enjoy our time as a family. I would stay here again no hesitation, it was such a great rental. I also wanted to say I was impressed that there were so many baby friendly and safety features. There’s even a wagon in the garage to pack stuff up and take to the beach. Literally every detail was pre planned which made this so welcoming. Loved that we could walk to the beach and to the pier from here. It really is a great location and trip! Thank you again for hosting us!
