Awesome place with private beach, must go and enjoy some peaceful time right next to the beach. You must come see this place!

We visit in Newport at least once a year, stayed in hotels and recently started using Airbnb for our vacations, this place is walkable to everything a family can hope For, our daughters loved the house and the location, nice place for a large family gathering. Will definitely stay at Alex’s place next time, he was a great host.

Cherie’s condo was perfect for our stay, and she was a wonderful host, responding to our questions quickly and offering suggestions for our stay. Her place is spotlessly clean and in a great area, close enough to take day trips to both San Diego and the LA area, with excellent proximity to gorgeous beaches and great restaurants. If we ever get back to the area, we would definitely stay in Cherie’s place again!

Nice upper unit in primarily a quiet & friendly condo neighborhood of Dana Point. Appreciated having quality towels, & kitchen essentials. Cute farmers market a few block walk away on Saturdays. Restaurants and parks are nearby. Host was very responsive.

Nice place. About 2.2 miles from the beach. Walking distances to some good restaurants. You'll need a car/uber to navigate in the area. Overall, a good stay.

Laura’s place was just as described. I will admit though the area at night is a little questionable. Once inside I felt safe and check in was super easy. Host was very responsive. I look forward to staying here in the future. Another thing to note is there is no central ac or heat , but host does provide space heaters and wall ac units.

We had a wonderful time and we loved the house! Eric was a gracious host and was always available. Loved the neighborhood and got to know some of the people around us. Was very grateful that we could bring our dogs!

We originally planned to stay for a month but my house was not ready to move in, so extended for 2 more weeks. Wilson & Leona are great hosts, very friendly and always responsive. Their place is very quiet, clean and safe in a gated community. Great location, walking distance to an Asian plaza nearby, Pizza Hut, KFC and CVS also available in that plaza. On weekends, you can enjoy shopping at a fair market just outside the Nogales high school, which is just located across the street, not mention Mexican BBQ also available there on weekend nights! Last, lots of Chinese food available nearby and 99 Ranch supermarket just 5 mins drive if you love Chinese cuisine!

Wayne is always checking in to make sure we are ok and happy with everything. His place is in a great spot overall. Neighbors are nice and helpful with everything. Great for a family of 4 very clean . We had a great time. I definitely recommend

I had booked this stay for my girlfriend to recover after a major surgery and it did not disappoint. The property was very homey and cozy, fully equipped with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Extra towels, pillows, and bathroom supplies were provided. They even had hair tools available to use in 2 of the bathrooms. The unit was super clean upon arrival and we enjoyed the fact that there were 2 different living room areas. The beds were extremely comfortable and so were the couches. The host was very helpful whenever we needed it and was quick to respond. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anybody visiting the area.

Lisa was a great host and super responsive! We stayed at her listing during the most recent wildfires and she was extremely accommodating and flexible. Her house served as a nice escape!

Apartamento served us well for the period we stayed in. The bathroom should be cleaner - the bathtub and curtain were dirty, but overall it was fine. Jason was very requested!

We had an amazing stay. It’s very hard to travel and feel right at home but with this stay we absolutely felt at home. It was clean, kitchen fully stocked, bedding and towels were freshly cleaned. It had everything. If you are considering staying please do and please keep this place as nice as previous guests have done so. I’m excited to come back next year!!!

Kye's place was as described with lots of amenities on property. Instructions were clear and easy to access the unit. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen so we could cook. My husband and I only really needed the unit for ourselves and our two pups while we transitioned out of our home ahead of a cross country move and was a comfortable landing spot for all of us in the interim.

Amazing, clean home! Love the fact that we got a gate for security and easy access to the garage. The home was easy to find and easy to check in to. Great price for what all that you get. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for a few days and Kyle provided us everything that we needed! The location is perfect, with off street parking. The place is super clean, and we would definitely come back again!

Anna’s place is as close as you can get to Disneyland without actually staying on property. It’s basically staying on property though! It was the perfect spot that you can walk back to when you needed a break in the afternoon and head back into the park in the evenings! Our family enjoyed our stay here very much!

The best place to stay at Ladera Ranch. Many amenities, the house has everything you need so it will feel like you’re at home. And Shelley is a great host. Will definitely be back again
