Luis’s place was great. We felt very comfortable, safe and most of all no bugs. The location is very central and you need a car because its in a local little town just off the main road, however easy access to some of the best spots. The space is well equipped and even has a nice chill out spot outdoors!! We had a few minor issues that were easily resolved promptly. Luis is very responsive and his place is well maintained and caree for. Thank you.

My stay at this Airbnb was excellent. The house is beautiful, with many spacious and comfortable spaces to share and enjoy as a family. In addition, it is fully equipped with everything you need for a carefree stay. The location is ideal, as it is close to everything, which makes it easy to get around and allows you to make the most of your time. Definitely a highly recommended option for those looking for comfort and convenience in one place.

We had the most incredible stay at Casa Azul for my 30th birthday!! Benton was top notch- friendly, super quick responses, proactive communication, and he recommended an unforgettable catamaran excursion. The home was absolutely one of my favorite AirBnB stays so far. The photos just don’t do it justice! Steep but walkable and quick path down to the beach which was one of the prettier beaches in the area and also host to one of the nicer restaurants we got to eat at- Father Rooster. Don’t sleep on booking Benton’s place for your CR stay!

Casa Bosque will forever be in our happy memories! My family had such an incredible stay here. The hosts, Forest and Andrea, were so attentive to our questions or needs. She even made us sourdough bread one morning! They were respectful of our space and felt genuinely glad we were enjoying ourselves. They took our families sunset pics the last night. It was great getting to know them! The home is picturesque and has everything you need to enjoy Playa Negra. The beautiful pool overlooked the ocean and tropical landscape. It was refreshing to lounge in during the heat of the day. The kitchen had every amenity we needed to fix coffee, breakfast, and lunch. We chose to try restaurants in the area for dinners each night. Howler monkeys delighted us a couple of days when we could see the family hopping through the trees. The beach out front was a dream to walk out to from your own private entrance. We will definitely be putting this home on our “go back to” list. We enjoyed every minute!!

A very comfortable place, with everything you need and in excellent condition. Close to everything and a beautiful view. The rooms and bathrooms are very good. The social spaces are spacious and in perfect condition.

Benoit is an excellent host, very attentive, with good recommendations. The accommodation is 3 minutes by car from Playa Negra and 10 minutes from Avellanas beach. The place is spacious, very clean and meets all the needs. Thank you to Benoit so cordial treatment.

The studio was well equipped, good internet, air conditioning, the bed was comfortable, good water pressure in the bathroom, had spaces for parking, close to the beach about 10 minutes away, Allan responded immediately, always helped us.

Great stay with Rafael. The place is beautiful and looks newly renovated. Everything was very clean. The location has parking, WiFi, AC, and is securely gated off. In terms of location, you can get to the main downtown area with about 10 minutes walk. The intervening area isn’t the nicest, but you can also Uber to the downtown. Recommend keeping cash on hand if needing to get back to the airport early or if needing to use the taxis. Ubers aren’t always available early or very late. We ran into this issue but Rafael was super responsive and flexible and even offered to pay our taxi fee for us back to the airport if we couldn’t get cash (we ended up finding an ATM , but nice gesture regardless).

Lovely place to enjoy the nature and peace, our kids absolutely loved the swimming pool and surroundings. Friendly owners and staff made us feel like home and we definitely enjoyed our stay and would love to come back to explore more

Kelly and Javier are such wonderful and sweet hosts and the photos cannot even capture what a beautiful place they created for you to stay in! They put so many little hand picked and individual details that this was hands down the hardest to leave in Costa Rica. Every corner of their place feels like a little oasis of its own that you want to enjoy at different times of the day or night. The cherry on the top is that Kelly and Javier are outstandingly kind and attentive hosts that provide you with all the information you need and are always up for chat. Staying at their place was definitely the highlight of our whole vacation!

The place is very nice and complete, in the kitchen there were all kinds of utensils and appliances, the comfortable rooms and the bathroom very nice and impeccable, the pool area has a waterfall and colored lights perfect to enjoy on the night of a meeting with friends, full recommended

Super attentive, worrying about everything going well from the moment you had a good time. Any need was willing to resolve it. The house is very comfortable. The outdoor kitchen is very nice to share with friends. The location is great for those who want to enjoy the beach without having to worry about travel or complications. 10!

the location is amazing. just a minute from the beach in a a beautiful garden setting. monkeys and squirrels in the trees and a super friendly property dog who visits you every morning. the kitchen and dining room area are tastefully done. the bedrooms are a bit too simple for my tase( no night stands, no lamps, just overhead light bulb) but very practical for families with kids. overall a great price but keep in mind that there are Airbnb fees on top which ads up to $50 more then the listed price for the night.

Excellent accommodation, with complete basic amenities, equipped and with facilities on hand because it is close to Santa Cruz and the beach sites. Marianela is very helpful and friendly to any query and collaboration.

Great place to stay if you’re looking for a unique airbnb experience. The sound of the howler monkeys were comforting & the views were gorgeous. Make sure you are a bug friendly person as you are in the jungle. The pizza place nearby is worth a try :)

The Chic Shack is such a wonderful place to be! Nature is all around -- such a lovely escape from a city or busy life. The internet was incredibly strong! If you're into surfing (we're not), there are added benefits -- so close to a great surfing beach and lots of surfers around. Loved the hammock, especially in the evenings. Pascal and Camille are wonderful. They are just like AirBnb imagines its hosts to be: open, friendly, helpful, and respectful. Would recommend!
