Amazing host provided great hospitality!!

The home is great, a great location, well cared for and, everything you could need/want. But it was the host who made all the difference. I was booking Nicole's place for an employee and his family who had been in a terrible accident while vacationing in the area. It was horrible, and two children ended up in one hospital, and the father in another. The wife had stayed home and was unaware of the accident until Emergency Services called her - she had to fly across country to be with them. They were all in critical condition and she was split between two hospitals while the loves of her life struggled. I reached out to Nicole and explained the circumstances and she jumped through hoops to help me (help them). I do believe that humans are put on earth to care for one another, and she stepped up and made the world of difference to a family in need. Thank you, Nicole - from the bottom of all of our hearts. PS - everyone is doing great and should be released soon :)

Truly this lovely cottage was the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! It was spotless, FULLY equipped with anything and everything you could expect or might need, perfect location in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts were extremely attentive and responsive in a very timely manner and were amenable to requests. There were no problems whatsoever, and we highly recommend Erik and Lisa and their perfect little home away from home. We would gladly come again!

Josh was great to work with. He’s very responsive and provided very clear instructions for check-in and check-out.

Sheila’s place was awesome for our crew of 4 to stay. There was plenty of room and comfortable for all. The views and river out back make this location beautiful and peaceful.

We were there less than 10 hours but it was a clean place to sleep. Clean. Lots of extra towels, blankets and pillows. Snack basket was great for my tired kiddos.

Great location close to town, cozy and quiet space, with amazing views!

This place was very cute. The interior is decorated in an adorable beach theme, and the front porch was equally as charming. The town is very quaint. There are some gorgeous historic homes, a and really beautiful plantation that the state of North Carolina recently purchased, all within walking distance. There a couple of bikes available at this place as well. I rode out to the plantation mansion and it only took a couple of minutes. There is also an adorable lighthouse within feet of this home. We came in for golf. The Occano golf course is only a short drive away, and the course is truly one of a kind. I’d recommend staying here if you want to be close to the heart of Edenton, and nearby course:

It was furnished with the basic essentials for a out of town trip. A quiet neighborhood and was in a convenient spot in the city.

We absolutely loved Alice’s place. It was very clean, cozy and peaceful. We a beautiful view of the river that overlooked the city. Alice was a wonderful host! She was kind, attentive to our needs and made us feel right at home. We will definitely visit again!

Beautiful location with great sunrises. Nice quiet area and walkable to downtown.

Great spot in Elizabeth City. Walkable to the waterfront. Clean and comfortable room with parking right outside. The beer garden is a nice touch. I would definitely stay again when in EC.

Ms. Danita was so pleasant and made our trip for our college Homecoming worth while. Thank you again for our amazing and family style hospitality. I look forward to forward to staying there again in the future.
