Vacation rentals in Chowan County

Enjoyed the cottage very much. 3/14/2025 will be my last check out as my replacement has arrived and I'm retiring - AGAIN. LOL Thanks for a safe feeling, clean, quite little cottage.

Ms. Danita was so pleasant and made our trip for our college Homecoming worth while. Thank you again for our amazing and family style hospitality. I look forward to forward to staying there again in the future.

For someone looking a quiet place out of the way to fish, visit friends, or a beach day the simplicity of this place is hard to beat. Has everything you could need for a peaceful week away.

David was a very responsive and friendly host. He met with us on our arrival and we had a great conversation about the local area and places to visit. Awoke to the sound of birds each morning. Beautiful gardens and surroundings. We will be staying here again.

This was our second time staying at this charming carriage house. We enjoyed it so much the first time, we had to come back! The space is beautifully maintained, fully stocked with everything we needed, and exceptionally comfortable. The host, who lives in the house next door on the property, is gracious and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location is ideal—just a short walk to restaurants, cafes, unique shops, and Edenton’s historic sites. We can’t wait to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Beautiful and comfortable 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom loft with fantastic, fully functional kitchen in walkable and central location. Will definitely plan to stay here again

This was our third time staying at Melody's place. Once again we found it to be very comfortable and cozy. The location is perfect for us and Melody is a wonderful host.

Charming house on the water in an equally charming town. We came because we had a family event in Elizabeth City, But would be a wonderful longer stay for family. Hope to come back. Linda was very helpful.
