Vacation rentals in Chowan County

I was there for a death in the family and Cassandra was very responsive and flexible with changes in stay if needed to cut short or to extend length of stay. It was an emotional week and was nice knowing we had a nice, clean and comfortable place to come back to at night to lay our head. I will be coming back a lot and will definitely check to see if Cassandra has an availability!!

Ms. Danita was so pleasant and made our trip for our college Homecoming worth while. Thank you again for our amazing and family style hospitality. I look forward to forward to staying there again in the future.

I would probably say that this is about the best value in town if you need two bedrooms. Although staying right in the downtown Edenton area would be preferable for some, it's also definitely more expensive, and that's exactly where this rental's strength is. It's very affordable, and is really only 5 minutes or so drive to the downtown Edenton area. We had 4 adult guests for our stay, and for that many people, the house is quite roomy and comfortable. It's not a "polished" home, but it doesn't advertise itself as such, so it really is an honest to goodness comfy, roomy home at the right price, very close to downtown Edenton. We'd definitely stay again. If I had to complain about anything, it'd be the fact that there is no Wi-fi in the house. The 4G / 5G signal in this particular area is not good, so it's unlikely that any guests will be able to stream any entertainment on their tablets, unless for example they've downloaded movies in advance.

David and Deanna's place was so cleverly designed and executed. Though technically a small cabin, it had everything we needed, including an ample full bath! Charming location in a charming town. It was interesting to read about all of their gardening projects; we would love to return in a warmer season to see the place in bloom! Deanna was also so kind in assisting us with our wet things after we were caught in a heavy thunderstorm at our previous destination. Would certainly return!

The guest house is absolutely beautiful, and John and Mary Jo made sure it was immaculately tidy when I arrived. It's also only a short walk from the water and downtown, which is an added bonus. Definitely would stay again.

Great location in the heart of downtown Edenton. Enjoyed all our meal sright on the main road along with Herring Bone on the water. Friendly people all around. Had a great experience riding the Edenton Trolly where Sam gave us all the historical facts along with some of his own experiences. Stephanie had the place all set up for WiFi, clean spaces, and listing of places to eat. Will be back when weather warms up so we can take advantage of some of the water events. We had a great time staying here! Nice little place on the river.

This was our third time staying at Melody's place. Once again we found it to be very comfortable and cozy. The location is perfect for us and Melody is a wonderful host.

Charming house on the water in an equally charming town. We came because we had a family event in Elizabeth City, But would be a wonderful longer stay for family. Hope to come back. Linda was very helpful.
