Vacation rentals with a patio in Charlotte, Rochester

I'm familiar with Rochester and knew exactly where this place was...a 5-minute walk for my morning cappuccino and croissant and a convenient drive past Rochester's only Frank Lloyd Wright house to friends and family,. The apartment is lovely and tranquil - a new, modern kitchen, small but nice bath, lovely dining room and comfortable livingroom/bedroom with good lighting and a very comfortable reading chair, an amenity that is seldom provided. The furnishings are lovely and the closet has lots and lots of hangers. A 10-minute walk to Park Ave. restaurants and shops; a short drive to Wegmans. Culver Road traffic noise can be irritating, but it quiets at night; expressway noise is negligible. James was very responsive when I had questions. I will return.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Regent! Great location, felt safe, quiet, comfortable couch and beds, nice bathroom, dining room and kitchen open to living area. Really had no complaints! Don’t hesitate to book this gem!

I had a very comfortable stay at Katy's place. Great location and off street parking which is so nice in that area. Perfect spot for a 3 day work trip, traveling solo.

Very clean space in a great location. The actual space was just like the pictures showed. I had a little problem with the Wifi and they were very understanding and responsive. I would definitely recommend to anyone and if I ever need to stay in Webster again, I would want to stay here.

Tamara is a very friendly and responsive host. Her place is in a quiet residential area and is very comfortable, clean, and tastefully decorated. This was our 2nd stay at her place, and we'd be happy to stay there again when we visit Rochester. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for my cousins wedding and the location was absolutely perfect! I grew up visiting Canandaigua and you can’t beat being right off main st. Would stay here again!

Very peaceful place with wildlife right out back, yet still close to the airport and shopping. Clean and roomy feel. Great community. Super responsive and accommodating host. We'd love to check back in when we return to Rochester!

If I could give this place more than five stars I definitely would! This Airbnb is fantastic! Beautiful home, large spaces and all the amenities and extras you could hope for! It was even decorated for Christmas with a tree and assorted very tasteful decorations. There were even lights on the house! Everything about this stay made me feel so at home. The neighborhood is beautiful and my interactions with some of the locals were great. The next door neighbor even came without being asked and offered to help remove some snow from a light snowfall we had. He wouldn’t take no for an answer and was what anyone would want in a neighbor. I highly recommend this Airbnb and hopefully it will be available again the next time I am in town. Thank you so much!

Condo was perfect for our family of five (and could easily accommodate more). The furniture was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat. The kids loved the basement game room and spent hours playing! Conveniently located between Rochester and Palmyra, we were able to enjoy city attractions and historical sites. We stayed three nights, and I’d absolutely stay there again!

This was a great option for my family while visiting RIT. Very close to the campus! The cottage has been renovated for a modern feel - like an extra-large open concept apartment. Very roomy, comfortable and has every amenity you need. Nicole was also easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any question I had. We'd definitely stay here again!

We had an awesome stay! The house is beautiful and comfortable and had everything our family needed. Street is cozy and quiet while still very close to the stores and restaurants on Park. Emily and Amanda were super responsive and accommodating hosts - thank you!!!

Stayed at this charming place while in Rochester visiting the Museum of Play. Super comfortable for our family of 4, and found the drive to the museum very convenient (about 5 mins!). The surrounding area had lots of interesting looking stores, cafes and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Erin was an extremely helpful host, she adjusted our check-in time to allow for a bag drop and provided a high chair for my young nephew. The home was beautiful and check-in was very easy. Walking distance from downtown Pittsford and every amenity you need - I plan to stay here again if available when we're in the area!

This was our 3rd trip and as always it’s a favorite when we come to visit family in Batavia and Rochester . Owner is wonderful and the place is fantastic . Watched the NYE fireworks from the back deck and love the location .
