Fred’s place was absolutely stunning - both inside and outside. Fred was very responsive to our questions. The place itself is spotless, spacious and very comfortable. The landscaping is beautiful. We would love to visit again!!

This air bnb was amazing it had everything as listed. We celebrated my boyfriend’s birthday and had an amazing time! The door code wasn’t working when we got there but I quickly called Josh and he handled it so quickly and perfectly. The house is beautiful and filled with mostly everything ! The view was stunning right when you walk into the master bedroom you see the large lake! Truly such a good stay I definitely recommend, might come back in the summer to enjoy the kayaks and the lake!

Really liked the comfort of the unit. Our visit was during a lake effect snow storm.....not good planning on our part.

Wonderful little place on the lake with beautiful sunrise views, would definitely be worth checking out in summer and fall! Clean place with very helpful hosts, felt secure and safe!

This was our second stay here - we loved it so much the first time we stayed that we decided it will be our "go to" when home visiting family. The house is very clean, the perfect size for us and we feel very comfortable here. Great kitchen!

Great location. Can walk to the lake and restaurants and of Sea Breeze.

What a beautiful view and peaceful location. Quiet neighborhood, safe and tranquil just as described. As I will be a regular traveler to the area I will look to stay again for future travels. Perfect for 1-2 people and the outdoor shower in a chilly morning was blissful. Dina was friendly and you would have known you were in there same property except for her to reach out and check in the day prior to leaving. 10/10 for any traveler looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway close enough to access anything you may want/need to do.

This place was perfect. Well decorated & very comfortable. Loved having off street parking & a fenced in back yard for our pup. The neighborhood was quiet & is walking disctance to our favorite diner. Felt like home. Thanks for having us Frankie!

Beatriz is a great host. Very communicative and helpful. Her home is super cute and comfy. Great location and easy to get to many things around Rochester. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a true gem! My family of 5 enjoyed our time at this cozy home with GIANT pool! Unbelievable! My 2 english labs enjoyed running in the completely fenced in back yard. Neil was super helpful, friendly and responsive. We will be back for sure!

This guest suite was spotless and came well stocked with extra amenities. We busied ourselves exploring the Canandaigua downtown and lakefront, so unfortunately didn’t spend a lot of time in the suite, but it was a cozy and comfortable place to return to and wind down after a day full of activities. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a conveniently located BnB to the Canandaigua area!

As advertised, the host was extremely accommodating and responsive to all requests. It's a cute home with that lake house feel perfect for our family of four. We stayed during the off-season for Seabreeze, but it's close enough to walk there and to the lakefront. Plenty of restaurants close by ... we'll be back.

Deer enjoy the backyard scenery and walk unafraid! Perfect in every way. Super responsive host. Love the location, thoughtfulness and special touches. Our host thought of everything. You will really enjoy it here.

Stayed with Tamara for a quick visit with my toddler. The layout was perfect for a family & it felt safe for children. I loved the added sound machines! My daughter slept through the night & that’s rare 😍

We were in town for The Strong museum for March break and Christina’s place was perfect for our family of 4. Super close to the museum, cozy and full of charm. We all loved staying in such a historic place. Truly one of the best airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed in. If this place is available, book it!

This place was in an ideal location for where we needed to be. The house was nice and clean and easy to get inside. Good bathrooms which is always top on my list. I would definitely book again.

We had a fantastic stay at Courtney's house. Everything was very clean and well kept. In fact the home was far more equipped than many Airbnb's we have stayed at in the past. Plenty of accessories, toys for kids, towels, toiletries, cleaning supplies, etc. Would definitely recommend when in the Rochester area.

Place was very cozy and romantic for me and my fiance for our valentines day trip. I can't wait to book again.

Great long weekend at Chelsey and Bel's place. Clean and convenient to Fairport's town area.
