House vacation rentals in Charlotte, Rochester

We had a great stay at Amy’s place while in town for my son’s sporting event. The house is large, very clean, and stocked with everything you could possibly need—it made traveling with kids so much easier. Amy was a fantastic host—she sent over restaurant recommendations before we arrived and even mailed back a few clothes we accidentally left in the dryer (so appreciated!). The location was super convenient—close to stores (Target, Dicks Sporting Goods, Wegmans), restaurants, Lake Ontario (2 miles away), and only about 20 minutes to Rochester. We visited in early April, so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool or outdoor space, but it all looked lovely.

Loved our stay and hope to stay here next time we are in the area!

A really wonderful find just outside of Rochester (around 2 hours away from Ithaca, Niagara Falls, Buffalo, or the NYS Fair). The house and pool were wonderful, with really comfortable beds, a large living room, a full kitchen, and a great backyard. Sergey was wonderful from start to finish. He made sure the pool was cleaned every morning, answered all of our questions, and was just overall very friendly. Our group of 6 felt right at home. Would love to return at some point in the future!

We LOVED our stay at Neil’s place. It’s a comfy house in a great location, between Pittsford Village and Victor mall, close to fwy, hiking trails and the Erie Canal. The indoor pool was fantastic—a highlight for the kids and a huge plus on a rainy April wknd. We noted that some furniture, such as dining chairs, were in need of repair or replacement, yet were very comfortable! And in the end, didn’t matter at all—when not in the pool, this is where we spent most of our time, eating, conversing & playing games. Neil is a wonderful host: proactive, flexible and friendly. Such an interesting collection of books, pictures & momentos adorn this home, would love to hear some stories behind them. Thank you Neil for your hospitality. We look forward to a return visit.

Our family stayed here right after Christmas & not only did the accommodations fit us perfectly, it was nice to be somewhere that was decorated for the holiday. The house was of course old, but that is part of the charm. The bathrooms were pristine & the grounds were beautiful! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Martha!

We really enjoyed Casey's house. The layout of the house is great. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, and quite close to the events we came to the area for. The deck was nice. We had a great stay!

Our family (including our two dogs) had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The space was spacious, making it perfect for relaxing and spreading out. The location was ideal—peaceful neighborhood with convenience to the event we are attending, shopping centers, and restaurants. The host was incredibly communicative, always quick to respond and offer helpful information. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

This is our fourth time staying at this house and it is our favorite, we come to Rochester twice a year for family gatherings, the only reason we stay anywhere else is if Ambers house is not available on our dates. Amber is a fabulous host, communicative from start to finish.

We had such a great time during our stay at Tamara’s place. It was so warm and cozy on the chili days. Everything was clean and comfortable and beautifully decorated. We would definitely stay there again when we return!

Perfect location for us - centrally located in ROC and easy to get to family in suburbs we were visiting. The house was clean and comfortable, had a well stocked kitchen and very comfortable bed. We were very impressed with the quiet in the bedroom. The house is near 490 and there are chickens next door, yet you can NOT hear them. The white noise machine is really helpful. No fault of the owner, I should have asked, but the one thing I didn't like was the scent in some rooms. Very sensitive to that and it was annoying. I'd love to have Airbnb have an option for "scent free" when I'm booking a place. Frankie was very responsive whenever I did message him. Our dog, Zee loved the place. The backyard space was really nice for her to have.

We enjoyed our last scrapbook retreat before the summer. The house was in perfect condition upon our arrival as usual. We have zero complaints and have been very happy here. We enjoy watching the wildlife in the mornings. We look forward to booking more weekends in the future. Thanks Tim and Katie!

Had YMCA swim championships, it was a perfect place to stay for the weekend. Close to the pool and restaurants. The home is a cute 2 bedroom with everything one would need. The area is quiet and the home cozy. Plenty of racks to hang towels, coats etc. Would stay here again! Thank you! Just perfect in every way.

Peter and Ana were terrific hosts and their home is so cute! They were so responsive whenever we had questions, and they made the house very welcoming. We had lots of room to celebrate the holidays with family and the fenced yard for the dogs was fantastic!

Our second visit to Hamilton House and we just love it here! Beautiful historic house in a trendy neighborhood full of shops, pubs and restaurants within walking distance. It’s on a side street off the main road so no street noise at night. Large well-appointed kitchen, comfortable communal spaces, tasteful decor, everything very clean and tidy. Big driveway which will accommodate three or four cars. Christina is a super responsive and accommodating host. First choice for lodging in Rochester, will definitely be booking again.

I recently moved back to Rochester, NY but my new place wasn't ready yet. I stayed at Adham's home for the month of February. The quaint living room furnishings made me feel at home, and the more modern kitchen and bedroom were both functional and comfortable. Having stayed for so long the washer and dryer were essential. An enclosed front porch was designed as a work space, and being there the month of February the heat vents kept the room usable. The house is set back from the road, which allowed for more privacy but during my time there it snowed nearly every day. Adham always kept the driveway meticulously shoveled, and never commented on my poor reverse-driving skills. My host provided some little extra touches that were both unexpected and welcomed. I can't think of anything that could have allowed for an easier transition. Thank you, Adham!

If there was a way to leave a review rating HIGHER than 5 stars, we would!! So quiet, clean, and comfortable. Love property and our second time to stay here. Always so wonderful!!

We spent the week of Thanksgiving at Noel’s place. It was super clean and comfortable. I enjoyed walking to the lake and watching the GIANT squirrels in the backyard. The Wi-Fi was out when we visited, but Noel took care of us! Can’t wait to return in the summer!

After a stressful cross-country move, we needed a place to stay while we looked for a house. Joanne's place was exactly what we needed. It was so quiet and peaceful, but still close to many things. It is a great location, within walking distance of the beach and walking trails. Even though it was freezing most of our stay, I still enjoyed taking walks in the woods at the end of the street. The house itself is very cute and cozy. We felt right at home. Everything was clean and stocked for a long stay. Joanne was very responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here.

Our stay at Noel’s place was great! Noel was responsible, kind and flexible and was very communicative throughout our time there. The house was clean, in a convenient area and had nice decor and space for our group of 5. We enjoyed sitting outside on the back porch in the Adirondack chairs, walking to nearby activities (comedy show and radio social) and found it to be quiet and safe. We would definitely come back! We had a fantastic stay during Thanksgiving week. Perfectly situated on Beach Ave., close to lots of bars and restaurants. The home was fantastic. Really beautiful. As a small, but appreciated bonus, it was nice to have coffee pots in the front bedroom and kitchenette upstairs. Worth every penny. Gregory was a great host!

This was our 3rd trip and as always it’s a favorite when we come to visit family in Batavia and Rochester . Owner is wonderful and the place is fantastic . Watched the NYE fireworks from the back deck and love the location .
