Vacation rentals with a patio in Monroe County

Wonderful place! It was perfect for a weekend stay. Loved the esthetics and it smelled wonderful lol only thing to note is that it is on a busy street. But I would for sure stay again if in the city!

We reached out to Galina for a last minute reservation when our initial one fell through. She was fast with her responses and we loved her place! It was perfect for our family of 5. It was a very clean and cozy place and the beds were so comfy. Very tasteful decor too. We would definitely stay here again!

The amount of care and detail put into Katy’s place made this studio apartment feel anything but quaint. We had such a lovely time, despite our very short trip into town. The location is steps away from Park Ave, centrally located with easy off-street parking. Katy was quick to respond to any requests and we would highly recommend any of her rentals, based off of this experience.

Very clean space in a great location. The actual space was just like the pictures showed. I had a little problem with the Wifi and they were very understanding and responsive. I would definitely recommend to anyone and if I ever need to stay in Webster again, I would want to stay here.

I had a great stay at Neil’s place while I was in town for work for 2 weeks. The neighborhood was quiet and the apartment had everything with clean towels plenty of blankets and the laundry in the basement was easy to use. I would definitely stay again! Neil was quick to answer and very polite over text he checked in to make sure everything was to my liking!

Especially liked the level 2 charging station located across the street. We were able to charge our electric car overnight. Big plus for us. Walked to a laser light show at the Planetarium. Beds are very comfortable.

I just needed a place for a single night while visiting my RIT student, but I could have stayed comfortably at Liam's place for a week! It was ideally located for travel around the Henrietta/south Rochester area, close to amenities, and easy to find and park. Liam went above and beyond leading up to my stay, ensuring that I had all the information I'd need. The flat was clean & bright & spacious, with compact but fully appropriate kitchen & bath. There were helpful notes posted throughout for operating the heat, A/C, stove, etc. The property is located on a busy road, very close to a traffic light, which Liam makes sure to explain ahead of time so there are no surprises. There was certainly road noise, but with the interior door closed and the shades drawn, it wasn't at all intrusive. Light sleepers would probably benefit from bringing earplugs, but Liam very thoughtfully provides fans & a white noise machine, as well. If we need another stay in Rochester, I'll definitely rebook here!

Very peaceful place with wildlife right out back, yet still close to the airport and shopping. Clean and roomy feel. Great community. Super responsive and accommodating host. We'd love to check back in when we return to Rochester!

If I could give this place more than five stars I definitely would! This Airbnb is fantastic! Beautiful home, large spaces and all the amenities and extras you could hope for! It was even decorated for Christmas with a tree and assorted very tasteful decorations. There were even lights on the house! Everything about this stay made me feel so at home. The neighborhood is beautiful and my interactions with some of the locals were great. The next door neighbor even came without being asked and offered to help remove some snow from a light snowfall we had. He wouldn’t take no for an answer and was what anyone would want in a neighbor. I highly recommend this Airbnb and hopefully it will be available again the next time I am in town. Thank you so much!

This was my second time staying at Nicole’s Airbnb, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The space is beautiful, cozy, and peaceful—perfect for a weekend getaway. The view from the back porch is absolutely stunning, making it the perfect spot to relax. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

This place was amazing me and my friends had an amazing time laughing and catching up. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. Definitely will rebook again this summer to see what the backyard has to offer. Parking isn’t the best on the main streets but if you have less then 2 cars or you and your guest get there early parking should be a breeze.

I am highly impressed by this home, it is beautifully and exquisitely decorated. The space is large enough for entertaining family, and friends, which makes it perfect for gatherings. Each room has been thoughtfully designed with attention to detail. Stunning finishes, very warm and inviting.

Erin was an extremely helpful host, she adjusted our check-in time to allow for a bag drop and provided a high chair for my young nephew. The home was beautiful and check-in was very easy. Walking distance from downtown Pittsford and every amenity you need - I plan to stay here again if available when we're in the area!

This was our 3rd trip and as always it’s a favorite when we come to visit family in Batavia and Rochester . Owner is wonderful and the place is fantastic . Watched the NYE fireworks from the back deck and love the location .

Place was very cozy and romantic for me and my fiance for our valentines day trip. I can't wait to book again.
