Exceptional Place with exceptional hosts. There is not one thing lacking with this stay, everthing you can think of is there. Such a spacious safe space to relax and enjoy your stay. We stayed with our kids (4 & 1 years old) Hazel and Christo made sure we had everything we needed and more. We will definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone and we will be back for another visit soon. Thank you Hazel and Christo for everything.

We have stayed at many places in Scarborough - but Ballygale is by far our best! Uninterrupted views, long sunsets, a walk to the beach, star gazing in a lovely warm hot tub. The space is comfortable and well equipped with many thoughtful homely touches. We were even lucky enough to encounter the resident tortoise,Burrito 🐢 Sebastian was lovely to deal with, we can't wait to come back. . thanks again

Loved our stay! It can be hard to find somewhere that can accommodate a group of 10, but the cottage was spacious enough for us, and had plenty of communal space to hang out! Great back yard with small pool, wood fire hot tub, and braai area with fire pit, couldn't ask for a better set up to connect with a group of friends over meals or just to hang out. A highlight for me was the fact that the kitchen had large doors that opened directly into the back yard, overlooking a large outdoor dining table, so there was a great natural flow of conversation and food! The hosts were incredibly kind and understanding, helped us when needed, and made us feel welcome. Great stay, will be back!

An absolutely amazing escape from the city! The tranquility of the farm and the fully equipped cottage is truly unmatched. Philippa and her team were incredibly attentive, even letting us know we could check in earlier than the usual time, which was a very thoughtful touch. The cottage is beautifully appointed and has everything you could possibly need. The views from the deck are simply breathtaking! Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway, a peaceful retreat, or just a couple of days to unwind, this place is a must-visit.

What a stunning airbnb. Everything is pristine, designed beautifully, and thoughtful. The garden is so relaxing to sit in and the outdoor patio by the braai is also lovely for nighttime dinners. My husband and I absolutely loved this place and plan to return in the future. It was so peaceful and lovely. The large bath tub and equipped kitchen were also highlights. It is located on the vineyards of a few wine farms and so it was great to walk to Stellenbosch Reserve for a tasting & dinner and also nice to walk along the vines. It felt very peaceful and relaxing.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this delightful little cottage. It was very clean, safe, cozy and peaceful. Actually, the word "serene" keeps popping into my head when I think of our stay! The garden is so very interesting and I spent quite a bit of time simply staring at the various plants and arrays that have been set up. Having breakfast at the outdoor table was such fun and an opportunity for us to bond and plan our day. I highly recommend this cottage; it is a true gem.

We had a wonderful stay at Michelle's fantastic holiday home and felt incredibly comfortable throughout our visit. Michelle's friendliness, the excellent location, and the well-thought-out amenities of the house are truly outstanding.

We absolutely loved our stay with Nikki. Perfectly located to visit Cape Town and get to Simon's Town/Cape of Good Hope. Lovely quiet area which is also lovely for running! I'll definitely be booking this lovely little cottage again!

very nice beach house. High-quality materials. Wonderful giant large fireplace with cast iron pans gives the Beach House a charming and rustic touch. You can hear the waves rushing at night and admire the starry sky. We can only recommend the house and will be happy to come back

This is an absolutely great spot. Incredible sunset views and walking distance to a lovely otter pool inlet in Rooiels Nature Reserve. The braai area is also best placed to shelter you from the summer SouthEasterly wind. Just keep an eye out for the baboons! Illah and Ivan were very helpful. We'll definitely make an effort to visit again.

We had a wonderful stay at Trish‘s place. The property is even more beautiful than the pictures and the views out of every window were gorgeous. We found the cottage to be conveniently located for the Stellenbosch area with shops, wine, farms and restaurants only a short drive away. The property is securely fenced with an electric gate and an alarm and felt very safe. Trish is very friendly and always available if you need help. We would definitely love to stay in Trish‘s cottage again and highly recommend it to anyone spending time in the winelands.

Kim’s Cottage, and hosts Hayley and Kim, we’re wonderful. Great hospitality from the start and we felt like part of the family. Very well equipped and situated perfectly in mountains, very close to excellent walks and hikes in the Jonkershoek mountains.

I loved staying in the cottage. I went there for peace and that is exactly what I found. I could hear the creek outside, cool off in the pool, take a relaxing bath, and just spend hours looking at nature...and when I felt like it I was close to some amazing restuarants (Hari's for African tasting menu and wine pairing and Maison for the their tasting menu as well). The hosts were very responsive and kind. Thank you!

Wyatt was a welcoming and gracious host. The apartment is spacious and well appointed, with a lovely balcony from which you can see Signal Hill. Although it is close to the centre, it is really peaceful.

We couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful stay at Jenny’s. The cottage is a little slice of heaven - beautifully furnished with meticulous attention to detail. We loved waking up to the sound of birds and the view of lush greenery as the morning sunlight streamed. Jenny was the perfect host and made us feel right at home. We already miss her highly addictive weekly cinnamon buns :-) Thank you so much Jenny for being so wonderful and the best holiday, we can’t wait to be back!

This Airbnb is a welcome home away from home tranquil cottage. It has everything you need and is in a great location for reaching Constantia Village to buy food etc as well as accessing different areas of Cape Town. Anne is a lovely host and helps with any needs you have. You are able to use the gardens and swimming pool which is helpful with kids. We recommend this Airbnb

Beautiful, serene and peaceful. The cottages feel remote on the river and in the valley, but is 5 min away from the town.

Fantastic place for a geat away. The house keeper, Memory, was always super helpful and freindly. I highly recommend. I would definitely stay here again...
