Hi Rob. Thank you so much, we had a lovely stay. What a delightful cottage for a weekend getaway. Beyond the picture perfect setting of the gorgeous stone cottage in the trees with the stream gurgling past, Brookelands farm is a wonderful place to visit with a peaceful, relaxed energy. We so enjoyed the sweet dogs visiting. Fell in love with the Jack Russell girl who joined us on our walks and swims. She really is precious. We loved meandering on the farm and swimming in the dams. What a treasure! All in all we had a fantastic time absorbing the peaceful energy of Brookelands. The cottage had everything we needed and was a perfect balance of rustic quirkiness and comfort. We loved the outdoor shower. And the roses everywhere in the cottage were a beautiful touch 🥹. Thank you so much. We would love to visit again.

The hostess was very nice

Had a lovely stay in the cottage. You are really out in the middle of nowhere, it is quite peaceful and quiet. Beautiful views around and the stars at night were spectacular. The included game drive was great! We saw giraffes, springbok, wildebeast and some antelope on the drive. We also saw zebras while driving on our way out. The bathtub was massive. Nice towels and robes as well. We used the pizza oven and braai and enjoyed the semi catered package. Note - there were a fair amount of flies in and around the cottage and they were quite annoying but bugs were expected with the remote location. I recommend taking a SUV vs a car when driving there.

Anton was a very responsive and accommodating host. The place is tucked away in nature which means lots of serene sounds, peace and quietness. The place is decked out with all the basic cooking stuff, guides and books to really disconnect from our city lives. Only challenge was getting our small rental car over the driveway to the cabin. Highly recommended

This cabin was exactly what we needed after a hectic week—the serenity was truly unmatched. The scenic views were breathtaking, and the peaceful atmosphere made it impossible to leave. We arrived late, but Chantelle kept checking in on us, which was so thoughtful. Upon arrival, Marc was there to welcome us, show us around, and share some great recommendations. Their hospitality made the stay even more special. It was so relaxing that we ended up canceling our plans just to stay in and soak up the tranquility. A highlight of our trip was spotting elephants right outside—Chantelle even messaged us to let us know they were nearby! This was one of the most peaceful stays we’ve ever had, and we truly can’t wait to return!

We loved our peaceful stay at Simon’s place. It is truly a private hide away on the edge of nature. The walk to the beach was beautiful. And the beach is endless and breathtaking. We loved the cottage and it has all the basics that you need. There are a few restaurants close by - two within walking distance. Our highlights were all the trails and the beach walks.

Our comfortable cabin was charming and magical in many ways. Its positioned in a pristine, beautiful forest. We loved the waterfalls and the peaceful surroundings.

The tiny house was a delightful stay. It was clean, beautifully furnished, and located in a fantastic spot, making it perfect for exploring the area. The only thing missing for us was Wi-Fi.

This was one of the most beautiful settings I’ve ever had the great fortune to visit. If you like being surrounded by magical forests and bird song this is the place for you. Stephan and Anna are exceptional hosts. They were responsive to questions before our arrival, and greeted us with fresh eggs, homemade baked goods, honey yogurt and jam. The accommodations are extremely comfortable for two and worked out well for four of us. Their place has so many lively touches. Stephan and Anna’s recommendations for hikes, outings and restaurants were so spot on. Totally aligned with our interests and what we were looking to do. We won’t soon forget our stay!!

We stayed in the Wheat Cabin. The view was fantastic, the cabin well equipped with everything we needed and more. The hot tub was a great addition and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The cabin is private and the best break away from the hustle and bustle. Lida and Kobus were fantastic hosts and ensured that we had no shortcomings, including complimentary wine and homemade bread.We will be back soon!

We had a wonderful stay at this amazing accommodation! The view of Plettenberg is absolutely breathtaking. The location is perfect – just a short walk from lovely restaurants and cozy bars. The house is incredibly well-equipped; they truly thought of everything: outdoor and indoor games, fitness equipment, books, and a fully stocked kitchen. The host was incredibly friendly, flexible, and always available whenever we needed anything. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay – highly recommended!

This is a beautifully secluded location providing wonderful views and complete peace. We watched a variety of wildlife from our veranda while eating breakfast. Dan took us on two long drives around the enormous and varied reserve and he was informative and helpful throughout. The accommodation surpassed what we were expecting and we loved the whole experience.

a tranquil, stunning farm, with wildlife around you. a wood-fired hottub, braai, wi-fi was convenient, amazing outside shower, walked on the farm, super friendly hosts, a place away from the busy day-to-day life where you can "just be"! Thanks Sandra and Clifton! we'll be back.

Expect to be in awe from the moment you start driving up to the cutest cabin. The views are beyond words and the cabin was so amazing. The photos don't do the cabin justice. It is so clean, well equipped and has absolutely everything that you need. We considered going back down to explore the town of Robertson but then decided against it as we were loving the peace and tranquility. Jackie was amazing from the get go and being so accommodating with change of plans. Thank you for the best weekend.

a great house in a wonderfully quiet area. perfectly and very tastefully furnished. a few minutes from the beach. with a bit of luck you can watch zebras from your bedroom in the morning ... hildegarde and thys are wonderful and helpful hosts. we would love to come back ...

Pebble Beach at Cape St Francis Resort is very well situated, minutes walking distance from two restaurants,a few minutes walk away from the most amazing Cape St Francis beach, and a 30 minute walk to the Seal Point lighthouse. The home is a real beach house. Other than a grocery trip to St Francis Bay, you can just park your car for the duration of your stay and discover the area on foot. Our host Fiona was very helpful, and even helped put us in touch with a surf school which my kids loved.

We had a great stay at Alet's place. Alet was/is a great host who was very helpful with all our questions and always responded right away. The apartment was perfectly clean and we even got new linen and towels on a regular basis. The area is absolutely safe and the beach can be reached within 10-15 min of walking. Sadly the pool was not usable when we were there which was disappointing for our kids but absolutely not Alet's fault.

The perfect getaway for family or friends! The house looked exactly like the photos and had all the necessary amenities. It was spotless, and we felt at home from the moment we arrived. The location is great, with a beautiful mountain view. Plus, it’s just a short drive to the beach and excellent restaurants. The host was very responsive, and the information pack was so helpful. Vyonne is the best host ever she so friendly she made us feel right at home , my kids really had the best time thank you for having us and for being a really good communicator always responsive , me and my family will surely be back .

100% as advertised. Extremely high value for money, and super conveniently located. If you’re looking for a Parternoster stay that’s comfortable and doesn’t obliterate your pockets, cannot recommend Camilla and her home enough.

This experience was topped up by our host who provided every thing we needed, clear rules and easy access to whatever you may think of, that you have in your home and more. You would not even need to call him for anything because it is all there. A clean home with beautiful furniture, spotless bathrooms, How can I forget the different scents used for every bedroom. The electric blankets saved our first windy and cold night. Thank you .

Marleen’s place was really great, so clean and well looked after that everything looked brand new. Lots of nice touches. We felt right at home as she and her husband Shaun welcomed us and showed us around. We travel with our 2 large dogs and they found themselves in a big grassy fenced garden which they really enjoyed. Marleen was so kind to even welcome them with some yummy treats and very cute bandanas which they put on right away. The house is very close to the beach in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. We will definitely be back
