Patry responds quickly to inquiries and provides support. The place is about 5 blocks from the city, excellent to get away from the usual, but close enough to walk to anything you need.

Jorge's place was immaculate and very comfortable. His kitchen is great, and he had left coffee and sugar which was very helpful for the first morning! The roof top swimming pool and lounging area were lovely. We heard howling monkeys and saw toucans and scarlet macaws He answered all our questions, and we loved all of Quepos, access to all beaches and town. We visited Manuel Antonio Park and had a wonderful time there and saw lots of capuchin monkeys. Highly recommend this place!

My wife and I had an amazing stay at this bungalow retreat! We loved waking up with the sunrise to see birds and monkeys, and panoramic views of the forest. The bed was comfy and we enjoyed the outdoor kitchen (has a protected roof). The location is walking distance to delicious restaurants, and we had no trouble getting ubers to Quepos and MA National Park. Instructions from Karen were clearly communicated, overall fantastic stay.

We arrived quite early and they helped us with early check-in and we really appreciate that because we have a 2-year-old girl, the place is quite large, the apartment has everything, very clean, free parking, they helped me with everything we requested, a very pleasant stay I would come back many more times, it is necessary to have a car as a recommendation, it is not far from anything but it is more comfortable with a car.

The accommodation is a complete apartment, with many places to be and a beautiful gallery. It has a very complete kitchen, with complete and very nice dishes. Christian is very kind. He shares local information and is very helpful whenever you need it.

Very peaceful and beautiful apartment with a great view of the town, mountain and sea. Definitely need a car if staying here, as it's a dirt road up a hill to get here, but well worth it. Loved having the balcony for breakfast and late evenings, and the apartment was plenty spacious enough. Would note that there is no AC in the apt -- only in one of the two bedrooms -- if you prefer a cooler indoor temperature. All rooms have fans and windows that fully open, but it's fairly humid outside.

Staying with the Mikes, American born but clearly embracing the Costa Rican ethos of generous hospitality, was pura vida. They shared info on local excursions & were readily available with whatever questions or needs we had during our stay. In 20 years of international travel, I don't think I've ever had more supportive and friendly hosts! The views were amazing, as were the beautiful plantings and squirrel monkeys. The driveway-hill is no joke, maybe 20% grade, and not for folks with mobility issues. We mastered it by the end of the week, but were grateful for our very fit hosts carrying up our duffles. There are multiple fantastic restaurants of all sorts in walking distance that cater to English-speaking guests & graciously will practice Spanish with you. We also found the local bus cheap & convenient for getting to the beach / Quepos; get coins for it @ the $$$ grocery store & ride to Quepos for the reasonable one. Loved the place! It offers plenty of privacy while still being centrally located, making it easy to access restaurants and nearby beaches. I would definitely go back!

The location would have been difficult to find so Johann met us in Parrita and we were able to follow him, so arrival at the right location was uneventful. We found Johann and Elke to be great hosts as they respected our privacy yet were always available anytime we wanted to contact them. They were more than willing to answer any questions, provide us with everything we needed for our stay. In addition, the sofa upon arrival was broken and once Johann was informed he went out the following day and purchased a new one for us as well as providing us with a brand new microwave. The pool was great, scenery was awesome. We found it to be a peaceful, relaxing surrounding.

We really appreciated our stay at this Airbnb. Upon arrival, everything was very clean and everytime we had a question or needed help from the hosts, Andres and Jerome were responding very quickly. The site is beautiful with birds and flowers all around. The house itself has a large windows at the back, from where we can appreciate the beauty of the jungle directly in the backyard. We loved this place and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

I recommend Roger's accommodation, quite spacious and very complete.

We had an absolutely wonderful time in Manuel Antonio thanks to Raquel and Sam! The Monkey House was everything we could have hoped for and more. We saw more animals at the house than we did our entire time in Costa Rica. The location is super convenient to all Manuel Antonio restaurants, beaches and activities. The house was completely spotless and had everything we could need. The local recommendations Sam provided were stellar and we look forward to many more trips back to The Monkey House. Pura Vida!

It’s hard to sum up my feelings about this place. It was so special and wonderful. It’s hard to describe. I also hesitate about giving it so much praise because I worry that next time I want to book it it’ll be full! The place was perfect. It was right on a private beach at the end of a private road. The water was a perfect temperature. The sand was soft. The ground Keeper was so friendly and very helpful. He was very kind to my kids and we felt right at home! Also a huge added bonus were his dogs. My kids miss our dogs when we travel and they were thrilled to find dogs here waiting for us when we arrived. There were limitless activities for us to do. We could lay around on the beach or swim in the pool or do excursions that were close by. This part of Costa Rica is extremely beautiful! I would stay in a place like this over a resort any day.

David's place is a perfect location to walk to anything you need. It was amazing to sit on the balcony and see and hear all the wildlife. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful patio! We saw so many monkeys! Restaurants and stores are within a few minute walk.

A taste of nature for sure. Birds and monkeys right off the front porch, and just far enough removed from the city that it was literally in a little jungle valley. Probably amazing in the rainy season when the little river behind the property is flowing. Very peaceful, and the land lady on the premises was always there for help.

Paradise, relaxing, really able to unwind and forget all that you want! Very nice and helpful people.
