Condo vacation rentals in Biesanz Beach

Mario’s place was very nice, the beach is beautiful and very private. The pool area is nice and clean, they are very strict about keeping it clean. All of the staff on the property are very friendly and professional. In my opinion this is the perfect place for families.

this was easily my favorite place i’ve ever stayed in costa rica. the hosts were amazing and accommodating to whatever i needed. the condo was impeccably clean as comfortable! would recommend to anyone and i plan on going back many times!!!

A taste of nature for sure. Birds and monkeys right off the front porch, and just far enough removed from the city that it was literally in a little jungle valley. Probably amazing in the rainy season when the little river behind the property is flowing. Very peaceful, and the land lady on the premises was always there for help.

AMAZING! If I could rate this a 10/10 I would. The place is even more magical in person. Super clean, everything exactly like in the pictures. The kitchen is fully equipped with every single item that you need. The bed is super comfortable. The washer works great and he even had a bike for me to get around. The beach is literally a few steps away, and the pool is also more beautiful in person. The view to the backyard is magical, in the evenings it’s peaceful and during the day you’ll see monkeys, black squirrels, all kinds of birds and parrots!!! Honestly, the gardeners are so kind and respectful, they felt like family. I didn’t want to leave because it’s truly a magical place. Super simple to get around, and if you’re looking for privacy, quiet, peaceful and beautiful sights. This is your place! Thanks Alex the place was beyond my expectation.

Great communication, very flexible with check in and check out. location was hard cause it was in between both manual antonio and guepos (have to taxi more often!) but for the price it evens out and is worth it.

Beautiful location on the beach. The beach only had a few people on it the entire time we were there. Beautiful sunsets.

The place was great , close to everything:) nice view and can walk to the beach! Multiple pools available I recommend it. Noted that the shower water is not hot but it cools;p

We stayed at George’s place for one week. Location was perfect. Right off main road. Apartment grounds are very well kept and clean. Security/ employees are everywhere to make sure you are a guest at the complex (we felt very safe and welcomed) the apartment overlooks the beautiful Pacific Ocean. And sunsets are breath taking. We saw all kinds of birds, squirrels and even two sloths while we stayed there. Apartment was well stocked with paper goods and laundry detergent. An excellent stay for couples or families. George is a wonderful host and very easy to contact and communicate with.

The place was clean and very spacious. We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen with the balcony very much. Every morning we could watch toucans from there. The contact person Itza was very sweet and always immediately available. We really enjoyed the time there and Michael was always easily accessible!

We had a wonderful time at Bejuco Beach. Everything was great. We can only highly recommend the flat. It was perfect.

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, located in a beautiful natural environment, the heated pool excellent. The location is suitable to get to know Manuel Antonio. The perfect value for the money. Highly recommended!

This was a beautiful condo on the ground floor. We sat on patio every morning watching the waves hit the beach. There were warning signs of rip tides at every beach we visited. I more timid kept hip deep but there were quite a few people out further. There were several pools available to us. We kept close to our Condo. It was the nicest place we stayed and most expensive. Not sorry in the least I rented it. We did a short hike to a waterfall near by and relaxed. Very chill and guarded too!

We loved this condo! We stayed in one and our friends stayed in this one. They loved it and wanted to stay longer! Romelia was very helpful with anything we needed and super quick at responding! The ocean view was great and the grounds were spotless! The pools were perfect and never crowded. They loved the security on the property. This was their first time in Costa Rica and it put them right at ease to have workers on the grounds. There were long walks on the beach and beautiful sunsets! All 4 of us agreed that this condo and the other one we stayed at were perfect for us and we would all come back!!! Great vacation!

Chamon is a beautiful Villa. Many nice people. Walkable to nice Restaraunts, or using the public transportation. The Jade tours company was more than willing to pick us up from the villa as well. The Villa its self was bright and airy, very good size 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The Villa was clean and well taken care of. Internet was really reliable. The pool and pool area was always clean and inviting. The grounds are kept meticulously. So very pretty. Also so much wild life in the area. Monkeys come to visit. Yellow throated toucans and Scarlett MaCaws. It was our first time in Costa Rica and it was amazing accommodations.

My family of five stayed here in March 2025 and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I'll start with the location of the villa. We were steps away from so many restaurants and shops that we did not use the rental car for the 3 days we stayed at Donielle's home. We relied on the public bus that stopped right in front of the property and led you to Manuel Antonio National Park and the local beach in roughly 10 to 12 minutes. We called an Uber once and it was like $4 to transport us from the public beach. As others have commented, the balcony is the star of the show. While we did not see any monkeys, we saw beautiful toucans and enjoyed watching the sunset with a drink in hand from the balcony every evening. There is a community pool just one level down and while it was not meant for a swim, it's a nice place to dip and cool down from the hot, humid weather. I would 100% stay at Donielle's place again the next time we visit Manuel Antonio.

Gerardo’s place is perfect and exactly as described. If you want a big beautiful beach with lots of sun and steady waves while feeling very safe this is the place for you. For us it was a bit too hot but hey, we are from Canada and are used to cold haha. Gerardo was very responsive to our inquiries and made our stay great.

The Shana is a great resort and Kent’s place was wonderful. Everything was so clean. The view is amazing from the balcony. We loved to sit and relax in the rocking chairs and watch the mischievous capuchin monkeys get into everything at the resort. So much space in this condo. It was perfect for our family of five. Will definitely come back.

Beautiful duplex apartment. Inside a very quiet villa with a pool. Fully equipped. I recommend it!!

We had a wonderful stay at Carrie's place in Bejuco. Her and her husband were incredibly communicative leading up to and during our stay. We appreciated the scenic views from the condo and watching macaws fly by in the morning as we drank coffee from the balcony. Away from the more touristy parts of the coast, we enjoyed coming back to the serenity of the condo after a day of exploring the surrounding areas. Would recommend for anyone seeking solace or a home base from Manuel Antonio.
