Milagros was very responsive and made our stay a great one providing recommendations and making sure we had what we needed during our stay. The house was perfect for the 4 of us ( 2 couples). Practical Kitchen essentials, confortable beds and great place close to San Juan and major highways.

We are very happy with our stay! Everything that we needed was there. Rafael was very quick in responding to any questions and very accommodating. The apartment has a beautiful view and we loved having coffee and breakfast looking at the ocean. We would love to return!

My husband and I stayed a month and didn't want to leave! This place is cute, quiet, and has everything you need. Sylvette is an extremely lovely host. Very respectful (she lives next door) of your space. If you need anything at all she is on it:) The area is quiet and safe. My husband loved listening to the roosters, chickens, and coque everyday! You are within walking distance to many restaurants, coffee, shops, and beach. Old San Juan is a 5 mile walk. Condado downtown is a 3 mile walk. Beautiful beach, restaurants and shops. To see more of the island you really should rent a car. We did for two weeks and it was wonderful! Ubers are easy to get. Sylvette can give you many suggestions. We enjoyed our evening talks:) Loquillo Beach kiosks, Ziplining, El Yunque Rainforest, Hacienda Munoz Coffee Farm, Ponce, Rincon, El Morro Fort,Museums and Galleries. There is so much to do and relax at the many beaches. We visited 12 different beaches and they were all fabulous! We'll be back!!

I love the place lots to do pull jacuzzi have everything you need there love to hostess you fabulous the price was remarkable I couldn't get over it's very beautiful I love that I love the place I really recommend it and I will be coming back and recommended to my friends and family I loved it we all loved it fabulous

Reyny was super communicative and kind. Our flight was canceled last minute and he allowed us to extend our checkout by a couple hours giving us the time to figure our situation out. We loved the location! The apartment is located in a very peaceful neighborhood filled with kitties and plenty of bird/frog songs! We slept great in the large selection of beds. Thank you again Reyny 🫶🏼 we want to come back!!

This apartment is safe, well-lit, and spacious. Ramona is lovely and kind, and she was helpful and gracious during my stay. I loved the outdoor terrace, having a park nearby where I walked frequently, and the quiet neighborhood. I also appreciated that there was a Walmart close by. Something to keep in mind is that Carolina is not part of San Juan proper, and at least for me, everything that I was interested in doing and seeing was a 15 to 30-minute Uber drive away. Also, the morning light in the apartment can be quite strong since there is no covering over the door that leads to the terrace, and at night, I felt a little exposed, even though it was a completely safe neighborhood and I knew rationally that no one was looking in. Overall, if you are looking for an attractive, comfortable, and clean place to stay, I recommend this apartment. I hope to come back here. Gracias por todo Ramona, fue un placer.

Apartment was very clean and comfortable!! It felt like home when we were in San Juan. It's a short walk away from La Casita Blanca and it's easy to uber to other nearby locations. The neighborhood itself isn't super beautiful, but it has its own charm and is quaint. The one criticism is that the parking spot is extremely difficult to park into because of an obstructive pole. It took an extremely long time to park our tiny rental car every time. Additionally, the door is a bit hard to lock and it's confusing, but with some fidgeting it does lock.

absolutely enjoyed our stay at Abrianny’s!😌💗 we found the place pretty easy, clear instructions, and a clean environment. we even received a text message from the host when there was a tsunami watch (no tsunami!) which was really nice considering we had no idea that an earthquake had occurred!! overall, we would book this airbnb again and again! thank you ☺️

Great house! The AC is quite powerful. The backyard is an amazing space. The beds are on the soft size, so keep that in mind. The shower is a bit funky - either super hot or cold, but good once you figure it out! Overall a great stay!

5 years and we won’t stop until we permanently relocate to Cubuy. Samuel and his family are kind and friendly. They are a pleasure to talk to but also give all the space. The house is naturally cool because of its location but there’s always a sunbeam to lay and read in. The rain is a treat. As a mom traveling with 3 kids (one has become an adult since we began staying here), I feel safe and secure on this piece of the island.

I love this place. It is quite in the country side. Cozy home. The house is super clean and comfortable. Victor is a friendly host and can be easy be reached. In 8 minutes you can find a bakery and restaurants. I will highly recommend this place. Thank you Victor for my welcome treats. Dulzura are my favorite treats from Puerto Rico.

I had a wonderful stay at this 2-bedroom, 1-bath home! The house was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. Marcos was very responsive and friendly. Very safe apartment, it's great to have a garage with remote control entrance in an very accessible location.

I really enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb. It was a 5 minute walk to ocean park beach and is right off Calle Loiza with tons of bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. The close proximity to Walgreens was nice as well. The Airbnb was fully stocked with everything you could need and the host was very responsive and friendly. My only complaint is the level of noise from the street when i was trying to sleep some mornings.

Fabiola’s place was a great spot for us going to SanSe 2025, because was walking distance to Old San Juan, but far from the crowd and noisy party. Fabiola was very friendly and very attentive. We recommend Fabiola’s place for your next trip to San Juan.

My family and I had a great stay at Melba’s. She was extremely responsive and ready to greet us at check in even though we had a late arrival. Her place was sparkling and smelled amazing as soon as you walked in. She provided beach towels, a cooler and beach chairs for our daily excursions. The neighborhood was extremely secure and quiet. Melba’s home is close to the grocery stores, fast food, drug stores and restaurants. We will definitely be back felt like home.

These are great people of kind grace and the spirit of friendliness. They welcomed me into their home and offered me many kindness.

Great space in a great location, with great views only 1 down side. You can hear all the really loud motorcycles going by at night and they might wake you up.
