Sylvette was such a lovely host! Super friendly, always ready to help out, and with such a sunny and nice personality. She gave us a tour around the nearby area that helped us make good plans for the trip, and was quite fun as well! The space is great and very cozy, perfect for 2.

Beautiful stay, it’s very walkable to restaurants, stores, and the beach. A close 10-15 minutes if you cross the bridge over the highway. It slept 7 of me and my friends no problem, and came with a completely working kitchen which was necessary for such a large group. Overall it was a wonderful stay!

I wanted to skip the hotels and tourist areas, and found this great bnb with a balcony overlooking the neighborhood. I felt right at home. There was an issue with the blender and Ramona responded quickly in replacing is so I can make my fruit juices. Supermarkets are near by with several options to choose from. Place is secured and area is safe. Would definitely book here again.

It was my first solo trip so I was a little nervous but staying at this airbnb made me feel safe and right at home. nice neighborhood, i loved sitting on the porch in the mornings. the wifi wasn’t working and Jose responded quickly and fixed it. Easy, very clean inside and out with pools and great beach access. Host was very responsive and a great value. I highly recommend this rental.

Quiet neighborhood (minus the usual PR night noises from chickens). It was very close to the Manatee Conservation Center, which was one of the places we were visiting. The photos Abdiel has in the listing were helpful in finding the location.

My wife and I stayed here with our 5 kids. It was great and cozy. We felt right at home. lots of food to get near and stores to go to in really short distance some with short walking distance. Overall all our family and I had a great experience. Host was really responsive and helpful.

Great place to stay. 45 minutes from the airport, minutes from El Toro trail head. Grocery stores within 10 minutes. Very peaceful place. It’s a farm so they have animals which we loved.

I love this place. It is quite in the country side. Cozy home. The house is super clean and comfortable. Victor is a friendly host and can be easy be reached. In 8 minutes you can find a bakery and restaurants. I will highly recommend this place. Thank you Victor for my welcome treats. Dulzura are my favorite treats from Puerto Rico.

Really loved this house. We could have lived on the patio alone. It was a super comfortable space and really central to Guaynabo, where we were exploring a move. Kelvin was amazing.

This home is everything that we've ever wanted in an AirBNB. If you are looking for a vacation home that's in the city, or in a touristy area, this it not it. Rather, if you want an authentic Puerto Rico neighborhood experience, this is it! The location was easy to find, as long as you used the Google Maps coordinate that is shared with you. We felt so at home. I spent most nights sitting on the rooftop, listening to the coquis frogs talking to one another. The neighbors that we met were so kind and welcoming. We needed to reach out to the hosts for a few things, and they were very responsive. I truly felt so at home and would have loved staying another week.... or even more ;-). The ocean was a quick two'ish block walk, totally flat and easy to walk. All in all, this was a lovely home, great neighborhood, and well worth the price.

Fabiola’s place was a great spot for us going to SanSe 2025, because was walking distance to Old San Juan, but far from the crowd and noisy party. Fabiola was very friendly and very attentive. We recommend Fabiola’s place for your next trip to San Juan.

The listing was as described, and was located in a gated community where it was quiet, clean, and safe. The host was very responsive and flexible with my late check-in. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.

This apartment was just perfect for us. We were a group of of 4 and still had space for at least 2 more. The sofa bed in the Livingroom was also comfortable , each room has good AC. Kitchen has everything needed to cook. The place was quiet and had good security. Walmart is at 15 min driving so we went to shop to prepare the food for our 4 days stay, so we always prepared our breakfast and lunch before going out. Also Alejandro was very friendly and responses quick. No complains at all. I'd recommend this place to stay.

I recently stayed at Ray’s apartments in Puerto Rico, and it was an incredible experience! The apartment was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, cozy bed, fast Wi-Fi. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, or beaches, making it easy to explore the area. Ray was an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and full of great local recommendations. He truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay.

Magda was a great host ! She was very helpful throughout our stay. We lost power for 2 days and Magda had portable lamps for us and always checked up on us with updates on when the power will be back up. The location was perfect as it had restaurants and bars close by. We felt safe walking around even at night. I would definitely stay at Magda’s place again.
